An absolutely incredible week at Oblu Select Sangeli. The staff were amazing, friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable - we never had to wait for service for anything (drinks, when ordering at live cooking stations) which is just beyond expectations and a credit to the amazing staff. The range of food at the buffet with themed nights was amazing and meant we never got bored, and the dinners at Just Wok and Just Grill were delicious. Cocktails and wines were impeccable also. Rooms were turned around twice a day and amazingly clean, we sometimes spent time in our water villa during the day but never had to wait for cleaning service as it had already been done so efficiently whilst having breakfast or whilst at dinner. If you are snorkelling fans, the house reef is incredible and we saw thousands of tropical fish, reef sharks, stingrays and eagle rays just at the drop off near our villa.

Just about everything was perfect during our stay. The hotel room was immaculate, the greeting when we arrived was outstanding. All of the staff were happy and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone, you won’t be disappointed

Traumhafter Urlaub - auf dieser Insel bleibt kein Wunsch unerfüllt.
Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich dort willkommen. Das Personal ist so herzlich und freundlich - immer mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Essen war wahnsinnig gut - wir hatten so ziemlich alles probiert und waren nie enttäuscht. Sowie auch Cocktails und Getränke. Das Hausriff ist wunderschön mit einer Artenvielfalt, die wir anderswo noch nie gesehen haben. Fische in allen Größen und Farben, Schildkröten, Oktopusse, Rochen, usw..
Die Anlage wird penibel von fleißigen Gärtnern gepflegt. Unsere Water Villa wurde immer perfekt gereinigt. Das einzige Manko - die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Lässt sich aber mit Ohropax aushalten..
Ansonsten können wir das Resort vollends weiterempfehlen und würden auch wieder dorthin reisen!

オールインクルーシブプランをハネムーンで利用しました。
スタッフは、とても丁寧に対応してくれます。
水上ヴィラでは、床からきれいな海を見ることができます。客室は、水回りを含めてとてもきれいです。清掃スタッフは、2回/日の頻度で丁寧に清掃してくれましたし、毎回タオルデコレーションをしてくれる等、サービスも充実していました。
ジェットスキー＋ウミガメとシュノーケリングのプランに参加し、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。また、ビーチでのんびり過ごせて最高でした。
またいつか訪れたい場所だと思います。ありがとうございました。

5日間の短い滞在であったが、ホテルでもいろいろなイベントが企画されて、毎日飽きることなく過ごせた。

食事は美味しく種類もあります。
シュノーケ海ではサメやエイがみれました。
また機会があれば訪れたいです。

The location is great and the marine life is breathtaking. Oblu are doing a great job protecting the marine life growing new coral gardens and educating guests on sustainable tourism. This was all why we chose the hotel but what really stood out for us was the staff and the Maldivian hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble and all requests were met with a smile. We had a great stay - thanks to everyone who made it so special.

We stayed in the Honeymoon Water Villa with Pool, and it was absolutely perfect! The villa was stunning. spacious, clean, and incredibly romantic, with breathtaking ocean views and a private pool overlooking the sea.
The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, from the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of variety and top-quality options. Our butler was great, very friendly and easy to communicate with!
Overall it was a lovely experience.

5 Sterne – OBLU Sangeli SELECT, Water Bungalow 435
Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt im Paradies. Der Water Bungalow 435 war traumhaft – sauber, modern und mit direktem Blick auf ein lebendiges Riff voller Fische.
Das gesamte Team ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und herzlich. Ein besonderer Dank an Adam, der erst seit Kurzem im Resort ist und aus Hamburg kommt – großartig im Service und immer mit einem freundlichen Wort. Das Resort hat mir einen unvergesslichen Geburtstags mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten bereitet.
Michel hat mit ihrem Salat-Service jeden Lunch und jeden Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Pasta, frisch zubereitet vom kasachischen Koch, war die beste, die ich je auf einer Insel gegessen habe. Der Obstservice von zum Frühstück vom 31.10.-7.11.2025 war jedes Mal ein Highlight.
Dheenu war unglaublich aufmerksam, und auch „The Rock“ hat mit seiner Art jedes Gespräch und jede Begegnung bereichert.
Essen, Wein, Cocktails mit dem Servive von Firey, Entertainment – alles auf höchstem Niveau. Ein Resort, das den Begriff Paradies wirklich verdient.

I recently stayed at OBLU by Sangeli for my honeymoon, and I can confidently say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any resort.
From the moment we arrived, the level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. Safwan at The Courtyard went above and beyond every single time we dined there. He always ensured we had everything we needed, checked in to make sure we were happy with the cuisine, and even surprised us with thoughtful gifts before our departure. His personality and kindness truly elevated our stay.
Niheart gave us a wonderful introduction to the resort, showing us everything it has to offer. Knowing it was our honeymoon, he organized special surprises and memorable private dinners that made our trip feel truly unique and unforgettable.
The chefs, Roni and Vijay, deserve special recognition. Every day, they personally checked in with us, ensuring we enjoyed our meals. They even prepared customized dishes based on our requests. Their talent, creativity, and hospitality were unmatched.
Our villa host, Kaiom, took incredible care of our room. He was always prompt and respectful, making sure everything was spotless. On top of that, he went the extra mile by decorating our room beautifully with surprises that made our honeymoon even more special.
As for the resort itself—it was like living in a dream. The honeymoon suite was breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life right beneath us. Snorkeling with sharks and colorful tropical fish

Stay was amazing . It’s well designed and well planned all inclusive plan . It includes meals , specialty restaurants and excursions. Staff is polite and welcoming. Also quite accommodating in food for fussy kids …… I would like to appreciate chef Vijay in this regard…. Thank you so much …. Highly recommended

A wonderful stay in an exquisite resort with exceptional staff and fabulous facilities and activities. The accommodation was amazing, over the water with a pool. The bed was so comfortable.

Die Insel ist mitlerweile deutlich grüner geworden als es die Standardbilder vermuten lassen.

Super Zimmer, es hat alles gepasst.
Verpflegung lässt an nichts mangeln, selbst Cocktails werden zu den Mahlzeiten zubereitet. Das Personal ist maximal aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

The Hotel is 5 stars and the snorkeling its amazing, costumer service the best!
BUT few points to be consider: for the all inclusive just 1 buffet restaurant is included and most dishes are indian (with some burgers, pizza, pasta and 2 other options usually) the other 2 a la carte restaurants the hotel charges extra.
The manager was amazing to accommodate our expectations and help to include some a lacarte visit so we could have some variation for the food.
2- make sure about your return flight from Male, the hotel doesn’t offer different time frames for the speedboat return and we ended up missing our last breakfast at the hotel because they putted us in a super early back boat which cause us frustrations. At least they could leave the island at 7:30-8am so we could have a chance to eat properly.
But all that they could do to accommodate, they did for us! Special thanks again for the manager who accommodated the food situation, Sam the waiter! And the night cleaner (room 407) he was the best and leave everything in the room soo organized!

Properties asset and the beach’s were impressive, but let’s talk about the personnel which is the most valuable component for any business and service
Mr Sheriff from Egypt gave us the most assertive introduction for an easy landing on the island and property he was very diligent and clear in all our questions
Miss Moe for Myanmar was the most professional and lovely person in the entire island she made us very confident advising on location and pleasant places in all areas where she was working, she is very kind and respectful person
Miss Sia from Uzbekistan has a natural leadership on his task she was managing all guest in a very professional manner I also saw her managing complex situation with problematic guest and she never lost the good actitud and respect she is a very good team leader
Mis Edina from Sri lanka is very professional and frankly speaker she has everything in time for all customer always with a smile
Mr Dilanka from Sri Lanka oh my friend he was wonderful sever he made my nights happy his suggestion always assertive he knows all the menu in all restaurants
Miss Chamini from Sri Lanka this lady has gold and diamond in her hands oh my gosh I feel very relaxed during the massage therapy if you really want to visit the heaven please go to Oblu Sangeli SPA
Mr Kamal is an active chef very profesional with high commitment and ownership on his task he passed for all tables asking for quality assurance, all food where OUTSTANDING, The best!

If we could give a 10-star rating, we absolutely would! From the moment we arrived at the resort until the day we left, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Everything—from the delicious food to the friendly staff and well-organized activities—was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Absolutely loved our stay at Oblu Sangeli, it is a little piece of paradise. The rooms were incredible, the marine life and snorkelling around the island was amazing and the staff were brilliant. We had an amazing time!

水上コテージを利用しました。コテージから海に入って、数メートル先がドロップオフになっていて最高！
5度目のモルディブですが、コテージからドロップオフの近さはNo.1でした。
食事については、ブッフェにもう少し工夫があってもいいかなと思います。朝食、昼食は同じところで取ったので、5泊するとさすがにワンパターンで飽きてきたなと。
それでも、海は素晴らしいし、スタッフもいい感じの方が多いので、行く価値あります。
個人的には、再訪したいなと思っています。
爪切り（貸出なし）、室内用簡易スリッパはないので、持って行ったほうがいいと思います。

This place was heaven on earth! It was the best snorkelling I’ve ever seen! The staff were all go gracious! The food had so much variety and was absolutely delicious! I would recommend that they remind guests upon arrival to not stand or touch the coral. I saw a lot of damage and dead coral - and literally witnessed people standing on coral - of course I yelled to them to get off - but they didn’t seem to understand English. I feel that telling all guests at the arrival meeting is imperative. I would LOVE to return to this resort! 10 out of 10 for sure!

The resort is in excellent location and has all facilities on site. Once you are on island you no need to go for anything as it was all inclusive everything was included. Cleaning of the property was excellent. They clean multiple times in a day and facilities in property are also good.

This resort has the best water villas, you will all kind of fish, shark and mantas next to your villa.... just swim up on your own pool and watch!!! this is a paradise!

We had an outstanding holiday at this resort. Loved the food, the adult only island, the staff was an absolute highlight, the honeymoon package. Things to be improved: The honeymoon dinner experience and the floating breakfast were below expectations. The setup for the honeymoon dinner didn't feel very special and the quality of the floating breakfast was way below the regular restaurant. There were also minor maintenance issues at the villa that were not a major concern, but shouldn't be there in a 5 star resort. However, all in all, this resort exceeded our expectations, mostly thanks to the staff and the food at the three main restaurants.
