The room seem like long uninhabited and not properly maintain. The bedsheets smell musty

Extremely spacious room with all amenities. Superb staff and customer service. I look forward to staying at D’Majestic again!

Jeg bodde på D’Majestic Place by Widebed sammen med en venn i fire netter. Oppholdet var gjennomgående positivt, særlig med tanke på romstørrelsen og fasilitetene. Rommet var romslig og godt egnet for et lengre opphold, og hotellets takområde med både basseng og restaurant var et stort pluss. Det ga en fin mulighet til å slappe av etter dager ute i byen.
Servicen var også god. Spesielt Fai i resepsjonen fortjener ros – han var svært hyggelig, imøtekommende og hjelpsom gjennom hele oppholdet.
Det eneste som trakk ned var en svak kloakklukt fra dusjen, men bortsett fra dette var oppholdet behagelig. Beliggenheten gjorde det enkelt å komme seg rundt i Kuala Lumpur, og hotellet gir generelt god verdi for pengene.
Alt i alt et godt valg dersom man ønsker et romslig opphold med gode fasiliteter og hyggelig service.

Appartement ultra spacieux, propre et bien géré par une équipe très réactive et sympathique.
Seul problème : l'insonorisation. Les fenêtres ne sont pas du double vitrage alors on entend tous les bruits de la rue ce qui peut déranger le sommeil dans la nuit.
Piscine sur le toit agréable également.

Friendly helpful staff, Great Location, excellent WiFi. The rooms were great but looking abit tired and worn in places particularly the furniture. Other than that I had a great stay! 😁👍

Just one of the best infinity pools in Kuala Lumpur. I enjoyed several afternoons up on the roof. AMAZING huge apartment - hotel with beautiful views over KL from the 19th floor. Great simple communications from the team and every question or request dealt with immediately.

I am satisfied at this hotell but there are some rules that you need to apply for the customer .
Like:
1. In the sauna room,
PLEASE post a rules outside the sauna room before using it .
” Celphone are not allowed inside the sauna room”
” You need to provide two room key because in case of emergency the other Person can use the elevator .( you only provide 1 room key)

Es sind sehr nette und saubere Zimmer. Und obwohl an der Strasse gelegen, ist es verhältnissmässig ruhig.Vor allem hatten wir ein sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, dass uns bei allen Angelegenheiten schnell und unpersönlich halfen. Vielen Dank für diese nette Hilfe.

以CP值來看, 整體還可以, 衣櫃有點舊和失修所以開合時發出聲嚮很大, 浴窒的淋浴只有冷水, 但有一個小熱水器在旁, 可惜這小熱水器的花灑出水很小, 以致洗澡時感覺非常不便.
天台的泳池真的不錯, 旁邊還布小CAFE可以吃東西.

Hotel sieht äüsserlich nicht gerade einladend aus, aber innen ist es in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch die Gegend ist nicht einladend, es liegt jedoch sehr nah an der Bahn. Die Rezeption ist ein Desaster, der eigentliche Bearbeiter war nicht da und die anderen kannten sich nicht us oder waren nicht willig, so dass letztlich der Security uns eincheckte

This isn’t your usual hotel, it’s more of a shared building, but everything was nice and clean, looked like the website photos. The pool is amazing and the store MIX in the lobby was awesome! Only downside could be that there wasn’t someone at the front desk to help that often, but there was security and they were nice and helpful.

Overall it was good, luckily we brought our laptop together with us cuz the tv box was slow and not much thing to watch. No heat water in shower rain, water pressure abit low. Recommend for those who are not high expectation.

200myr takuu otettiin mut ei palautettu. Ymmärrän että siitä viikon siivous pois mut minne jäi ne loput myrrit. Mukava hotelli muuten. uone oli tosi hieno, joutui vaan säätämään ennen kun saatiin huone minkä oli varannut ja maksanut.

酒店附近有不少食店，近地鐡。

SPGのゴールド会員だったが、特にアップグレードはなかった。
部屋が63平米確約だったが狭く感じた。
ただ、屋上のプールは素晴らしく、また部屋には食器が備えつけでその点は頼もしかった。

Pros:
- The apartment is modern, clean and spacious
- The rooftop and the pool are amazing
Cons:
- The location is not the best. However, you can quickly get anywhere by Grab
- There is no room service to change towels or toilet paper

If this unit was not part of the majestic hotel it would be just average but because of the pool and outdoor on the 20 th floor it is an amazing place to visit and the price is not to high :))

The pool was nice. The room size was good but there were too many insects. The washing machine sometimes leaks some water.
Even though the hotel is close to the touristic areas, the streets nearby are definitely not walking friendly. You will always need to get a Grab.

Property appears to be an apt-hotel...not a proper hotel with full service (ie. no room service, no bottled drinking water or extra towels when requested, only staffed btwn 9-5).
Property is a bit dated and could use a little TLC. Nice thing was room was very spacious (2 full bedrooms & bathrooms with kitchen and large living room) and had a great view twds Downtown KL.

Lisäpatja oli tahrainen ja likainen, pitäisi uusia. Ei käsipyyhkeitä. Siivous, lakanoiden ja pyyhkeiden vaihto vain lisämaksusta. Uima-altaalla liian tiukat säännöt, ei saanut edes juomia juoda.

Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Pool ist sehr gut und gepflegt. An der Poolbar sollte man nur was trinken und den Ausblick zu genießen. Essen vielleicht nicht unbedingt. Frühstück auch nicht. Zimmer sind ok aber die Küche sollte soviel Besteck haben wie Personen im App. sind. Genauso Teller und Tassen.

D'Majestic Place by Widebed was more like a hostel/motel standard than a hotel. Our room was old, noisy, and unclean (lots of dust). On our arrival, there were mosquitos in the room. The view from our room looked directly out into a rubbish dumping ground. The gym only had three (cardio) machines and only one machine semi-worked.
The only positive part of our stay was the rooftop pool.

Die gesamte Wohnung hat Krabbeltiere.
Lage ist ok.

I complain owner offer no TV service. 3 night cannot see TV channel. Always cloud TV is loading or authorised is expired

I would have ask for refund if possible, totally disappointed with the facility, no air cond at lobby,card access problem in the lift, crockcoaches in the bathroom...can I request for refund/compensation ? Haha just forget it.

This apartment is actually a room from the hotel but own by other people, so it is situated in the hotel itself. This KL ShortStay will charge and additional cleaning fee, so adding up, the price is same as booking the hotel itself. The services from KL Shortstay is the worst that I had experienced. First, they wont send you any check in details, you do not have luggage deposit. I spoke to the manager and he has very bad attitude and rude. He raised his voice towards me as a guest. The service is really terrible. I found out the next day my room heater was switched off, perhaps I argued with the manager? This is my worst stay ever in a hotel. I come here to get humiliated by the manager, it is a disappointment. If you ever want to stay here, book with the hotel, you can get great service , 24 hours, from the hotel staffs. Location is good though. Avoid KL Shortstay.... Dont get bluffed by the pics and the price.
