This is our second time staying here. It is very clean, the staff is super kind and helpful, breakfast is good, and parking is easy. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Puchong.

IOIモールまで車で10分くらいなのと、近くに小さなレストランも多く、便利です。
ホテルスタッフも親切で、朝食も美味しいです。
お部屋も清潔で問題はありませんが、虫が出たので⭐︎4つにしました。

値段の割には部屋も広くプールもあるようで、観光でKLに来るけど電車で行くのに億劫でなければいい場所のような気がします

Bespoke is great value if your looking to stay in Puchong. It’s a good hour from KLCC. If you have a bit higher budget the Sheraton is one kilometer away.

good stay. suite needs to design better...
probably hack down the wall to make it look like a suite instead of a two room.
power supply in the room , needs two card to activate. probably give three or four card to customer.

All members of staff were super helpful, welcoming and responsive! Great location, Hot breakfast, Room cleaned daily and given drinking water daily! The shower pressure the BEST! and I loved the pool area. Highly recommend great customer service, price, location, food and shower!

It would great if the hotel can provide the following:-
1. Iron and iron board in side the room.
2. More convenient place to hang the clothes. The current place is too small and tight to hang the clothes.

Aircon is cold, water heater is working well, bedsheets and toilet is clean. Body wash and shampoo doesn’t make me scratchy, toothbrush bristles are soft, and TV doesn’t static and also it airs SG channels. 100/100.

A lovely property in close walking distance to the train line. Property was clean, room was spacious enough for us and comfortable. Not as many 'eating' establishments for us, but good food courts could be reached by Grab (Malaysian Uber) and it was about a 40-45 minute train ride to KL city. Our main reason for choosing this location was that it was close to where our family live.

午後7時半位にチェックインしましたが、フロントには1名のスタッフしか居らず、私を含め3組の顧客がチェックイン待ちしていました。
チェックインに時間がかかるのは、好ましくないです。

Room is spacious and comfortable. But breakfast choices is very limited

Check in was slow, booked 2 rooms only gave us 1 in the beginning and then gave us rooms 5 floors apart. Got sorted but took for a long time. The non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell never left the room. Pool was reasonably clean by Malaysia standards.

It's a general a basic business boutique hotel,where all travellers' needs are met.
Location, room amenities, cleanliness is good and conceige services is excellent.
My only complaint is the there's was not enough hot water supply during my 4 nights stay. 'Hot' water is just room temp. Had raised the concern to the hotel n was told one of their boiler was under maintenance.
However, this reason is not fully acceptable.

Had a sour experience with one of the reception staff. Went to the front desk to validate my parking after check out, but the staff asked for my room number again after I already returned my room card. I felt like I was being judged, like I didn't stay there try to get free parking. Also she needs to be educated about the cashless card parking feature, I have to explain to her about it. Wifi is fast and I was able to do my work just fine, there's a lot of walkable grocery stores and shops. Breakfast is good. And the room is good too, I'm satisfied.
