パビリオン経由でアロー通りも近い
プールは宿泊者限定で美しくて屋根もあり、昼も夜もビュー最高
タオルは充分で、昼はレモンウォターがある
朝食はブッフェとオーダーバイキング
高層階なのでビュー最高
部屋やベッドは広くて清潔
枕は快適
バスはシャワーブースと繋がっていて、トイレとは別なのでノーストレス
水の補給も充分
エアコン温度の調整が難しいのと、ブロックアイスの入手が迅速ではなくて残念でした

Our stay was made truly memorable by the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, which created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit.
A special mention to the restaurant team Nash, Hanif and Rayna for their outstanding care and thoughtfulness. They went out of their way to understand our vegetarian preferences and ensured that we had a variety of well-prepared and delicious options. Their warmth, flexibility, and genuine hospitality made dining a delightful experience.
Thank you to the entire team for the care, professionalism, and personal touch. We truly felt looked after and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and exceptional service.

My stay at the Banyan Tree was exceptional. From the meticulous attention to detail, the delicious food at Horizon Grill and the general customer service. I had a blast and really enjoyed my birthday 🎁

Very nice hotel, superb location close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. Luxurious but still personal touch and friendly and helpful staff that made us feel welcome. Breakfast was perfect with high quality.
Gym perhaps a bit small but functional.
Spacious room with nice view of the KL skyline.
The rooftop bar was also excellent.
I highly recommend this hotel.

客室はかなり清潔でお風呂もお部屋も広く、スイートルームのようであった。場所も中心部に位置しており、Pavlionという巨大なショッピングモール直結の一等地。スタッフもみんな優しくかなり快適。朝食はメイン料理とドリンクは注文式で一部のみビュッフェ形式になっている。種類は少ないが、どれもとても美味しい。スタッフもみんな愛想が良い。強いてマイナスポイントを言うなら、たまに注文した飲み物の提供が遅い時があった。偶々忙しい時間だったかもしれないが、別日はすぐに料理も飲み物も提供された。

The room was gorgeous with incredible views. The staff from the moment we arrived were kind and attentive. The room had been decorated for us with birthday balloons and a piece of cake each - this was totally unexpected but such a nice touch. The staff were really accommodating when we wanted to watch the sunrise on the roof, something I highly recommend doing. We can't wait to stay again later in the year :)

Surprising small hotel, you would think it was huge. Rooms on 56 floor. Beautiful room and fabulous bathroom. Lovely, personal service. Vertigo bar is a must and very reasonably priced. Best views ever over Petronas towers! The pool is amazing too and was empty. The location opposite the Pavilion shopping mall and near other attractions is really good. A lovely hotel, highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel in central KL, the breakfast views are spectacular! Beautifully appointed rooms with great attention to detail.
An excellent base for our time on business and exploring the city.
A much easier spot for car drop offs than other hotels near Bukit Bintang

Excellent. The staff are very good. Especially Mr. Hakim@Horizontal Grill,he is polite and helpful ,always a smiling face. The location of the hotel is good ,access to different malls.

I had a very nice stay at Banyan Tree KL. The room was very spacious and I loved the bathtub and bathroom. Comfort level was high, staff was excellent. Lots of little attentions in the room (essential oil, yoga mat, smart toilet - scared me at first!). There is a nice pool and the breakfast was excellent. It's pricey, but a nice treat!

Great Hotel in convenient location. Near to KLCC, Petronas Towers and with adjustment to Pavilion Shopping Mall. Don’t miss Vertigo Bar on level 58 and above. We took a Grab from the airport to the hotel, app 1 hrs. Back to the airport we took a Grab to KL Sentral and the KLIA ekspres train, nice experience.
I can recommend the Banyan Tree and come back in a heartbeat. The hotel is great but the rooftop bar is out of this world

Fantastisk beliggenhed lige midt i KL. Gåafstand til alt. Deres nye Peru restaurant er fantastisk. Vær opmærksom på direkte sol ikke er muligt på pool dækket. Super imødekommende service. Byens flotteste udsigt, herunder fra baren Vertigo på toppen. Der kan man sidde ude og se perfekt udover KLCC

Stunning hotel with amazing rooms. Views are incredible over the KL skyline. Rooftop bar is fantastic with great views of the Petronas towers. Staff on the whole were very friendly and welcoming, particularly those on reception and at breakfast. Well located for access to the main areas of Kuala Lumpur.

Amazing hotel, best one I have stayed. Not only it has all you expect from a 5 star, but everyone is so professional without making you feel too awkward by being super polite, as it happens to many 5 stars. Amazing views, very very nice bathrooms with views from the window, amazing breakfast, good location. I could leave there for ever.

部屋数が少なくプールや朝食が混まないのが最高です。朝食のフレンチトースト、ヨーグルトに巣蜜が美味しすぎます。プールも食事も高層階の最高の景色とともに楽しめます。
お部屋も最高の景色、広々としたお風呂、高い天井、綺麗なトイレと快適でした。
立地的にはパビリオンショッピングセンターに直結しており、ブキッビンタンに遊びに行きやすくて便利です。
