客室はかなり清潔。シャワールームに水滴も残っていない。カウンターの人の対応も親切。

Well-priced hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby with outdoor dining, or at nearby nu Sentral mall. An 8-minute walk to trains or buses to the Airport. KL Sentral rail station is a hub for most Light Rail lines.

a good stay for solo traveller, close to nu sentral bout 4-5 mins walk
sound proof not so much u can clearly hear ppl talking, vehicles on the street but good location, centre of KL so it is worth the price

住宿環境很便利也很舒服離中央車站不遠, 走路十分鐘內可到達
但唯一不方便的地方是櫃台辦理住宿退房不是24小時, 如果早上很早就要退房去坐飛機時, 就必須要把工作人員給吵醒起來辦理退房

Pillows and blankets had an unpleasant smell. Towels that are supposed to be white, were rather gray. Wifi sometimes was not working. Other things are ok.

チェックイン時に、デポジットとして60リンギット払いました。
しかし、ルームキーケースに「デポジット50」と書かれ、本当に50リンギットしか返ってきませんでした。
質問してもわかりませんでした。

Close to KL and nu Sentral with many transportation and food options. Quite clean. Comfortable for one. It is small like everyone said but for this price, it’s a good deal.

KLセントラル駅から歩いて5分くらいなので、駅から近くて良かったです。
隣に、24時間営業のコンビニもあり、近くに屋台や食堂などもいろいろあり便利でした。
ただ、夜遅くまで賑やかなので、結構周りの車の音や話し声などが聞こえてくるので、その点は少し残念な感じでした。

Was good enough for my one night stay

My booking was for 2 nights and I extended for a night as needed to finalize some paperwork. I was very happy with room which was good value. I had double with window for first 2 nights and then one without window for last night. Bathrooms well set up for small space and bed comfortable. Ac works and kettle and drinking water supplied. For me and 25kg luggage room was fine, might be squeeze for 2 western size people but suggest get a larger room as the have them. The room with window 101 was on street so didn’t open curtain. Room is probably one of the noiser given location but had no problems sleeping, Room without window was little more run down. Not sure if higher usage as cheaper or cause no window but was still comfortable. Able to leave luggage on last day after checked out. Would recommend and would certainly stay again. Location is good for access tomKl Sentral

Hotel Double M is located in a busy street in Kuala Lumpur which is not accessible for the handicapped people if they want to got dropped off by a taxi or Mini Van in front of the hotel. The rooms are tiny, no windows and don’t have a sitting chair. Also, no refrigerator in the room and the safe wasn’t functional at the time of arrival. The TV has only 4 working channels and if you don’t speak Malaysian language or not a fan of Al Jezira, have no other choice. They don’t have a restaurant or coffee shop inside the hotel and not providing the breakfast for their gusts. Overall, I think the rating of this hotel is not exceeding than a 2 Star Hotel.

Easy access, walking distance to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral. Would be great if the management could check on the condition of the room especially the eye-sore spill stains on the wall and the broken water heater shower knob/faucet. A more comfortable and pleasant sleep if pillow and pillowcase are without the musty smell. Otherwise, all good for the price.

KLセントラル駅からモノレール側へ向かって行くとあっという間に到着します。
駅から近いため、非常に便利です。
少し早めにチェックインしましたが、デポジットRM60取られました。過去の書き込みでRM50と書かれていたのですが、多めに取られたのは早めのチェックインだったからでしょうか。。。
チェックアウト時にはRM50は戻ってきました。
リトル・インディアが近いし、KILA特急もかの駅から乗れるので便利です。
部屋としてはそんな広くないし、綺麗さも金額程度です、あとシャワーとトイレの間にカーテンの仕切りもないので便座びちょびちょは覚悟です。

位於車站附近，離捷運站很近，走路3分鐘，但飯店人員態度不友善，飯店竟然沒有提供吹風機（要了3天都說沒有）害我頭髮濕著睡覺，但周遭很多盲人按摩店，便宜又按得好，勉強接受

Strategically located and nearby to shopping mall and public transportation. Unfortunately, my TV did not function for the 5-day stay. The housekeeping lady has an attitude issue. Otherwise, everything was okay.

No soundproofing; okay for short stays but I was here too long becoming sleep deprived due to noisy guests & you can hear the "loudspeakers" from this location 5 times per day.

The room haven't been clean, several broken things with no maintenance, the window didn’t close and you could hear the noise of the traffic all night.
Some liquid felt down between the bed and the night table from a previous guest and it was still there sticky, the blankets had many spots.
The chair had also many spots and the room in general required a deep maintenance.

At least if you stay there, check before the pictures so you are not badly surprised

Very poor service very rude behaviour by the front office staff Ac not working in the room vey bad service by staff very poor customer service

The place was very bad, with the customer service, served by the indian staff, very rude and frustrated with us. Thereafter, the interior of the room was very run down, and when we put our luggages, we saw a cockroach on the chair, which we had to remove it ourselves. The bedsheet and linen was stained with yellow spots. The bathroom was very dirty, and only provided 1 small bottle of shampoo and body wash each, seemingly taken from another hotel. The entire experience was very bad and would not recommend it to anyone. The price is also not worth the stay and would not book from this place again.
