I love the location of the hotel.

Arrived late @ 1am. Greet by staff and quick check in. Booked 1 bedroom suite because of the low price given in online. This was my 5-6th time visited here and always my choice if had business in kl.

The front desk manager in charged at that time was very helpful. Friendly working staff. Room accommodation @ 32nd floor (2 bedroom suite) was very satisfactory. Got balcony. Breakfast lots of variety to be chosen. perfect ! Go to 14th floor pool area where u can get the best view of kl @ night. Overall the best hotel so far i had stayed.

Food is beyond expectation. Ordered mee goreng mamak and cucur udang for room service. The order came in a nice big blue box. That was the first surprise. The second surprise was when my husband opens his mee goreng mamak, two big fried prawns were in it. And when I turned my cucur udang, I also discovered two big prawns in it. Worth every cent of the money we paid for it. And breakfast was superb. A lot of extra menu that I have never found in other hotels. Great hotel :)

It was a great hotel, spacious room and great local area.
However the room i get is not very clean, the floor is dusty. But thanks to the fast action from front desk and room service, they make quick responded and clean my room ASAP. Really appreciate it.
Other thing i really enjoy the cafe view. It was really great and you can see KLCC and KL tower from there.

Great place to stay, nice spacious room with a fabulous view of the city. There was a huge selection of yummy foods at the breakfast buffet and all the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
The location was good as well, it was fairly close to everything, we found it was a comfortable walking distance to most of the places we visited in the city centre.

It was a great room, great location, many food stall or restaurant around, the room is big.
however, the floor a bit dusty. but the room service respond very fast to clean the room

Place was very close to local eateries (traditional, seafood..). getting around the city was convenient and affordable via the grab app platform. staff were great and accommodating. allowed me to check in early for a short rest before exploring the city. room pool and restaurant had an awesome view.

It was amazing, the toilet has a bad smell but im too lazy to ask to change room. But everything else is good. The view from pool is fantastic. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice location, walking distance to food stalls area, including durian stall, free parking, breakast ok with klcc view, just hotel looks old including the swimming pool, but can see the efforts to refurbish

The bathroom door is broken and there's a lingering unpleasant smell in the room. The cleanliness is good.

The hotel location next to a Mosque site makes some unforgettable due to the early prayers. The hotel policy of cleaning rooms every other day must be changed to daily.

Big hotel in the middle of kampung baru kl in chow kit area. The room was big but need to take care of cleaning the room, as hairs were on the bathroom floor. The iron was there but without ironing board. The check in staff were not profesional and needed more training because they keep on talking among themselves when the customers at the counter. Can't find any convenient store nearby.

The masjid interesting eating places within walking distance and the easy going traditional malay kampong environment that is truly unique.
