Great location to walk to scenic Petronas towers which lights up at night. Beautiful. Plus a great mall with restaurants is there along with light rail access to other sites like Central Market. Also 1919 restaurant is close by which had delicious food..

Clean room, great amenities. Comfortable bed. In a prime location. Not too pricey. Had a nice stay. Would stay again. Girl at front desk wasn't the most hospitable upon check in which started things off rocky, but the doormen and luggage handlers are fantastic.

Great stay at Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Center. Clean hotel with amazing city views. Great food and atmosphere. Enjoyed the rooftop pool overlooking Kuala Lumpur. Very nice hotel.

there is a 24 hour shop named "A Mart" and we can buy food and beverages anytime.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped with information we needed to get around. The breakfast buffet was really good with a variety of choices. It’s walking distance to the Petronas twin tower which was really nice.

Very welcoming, great views from pool and sky bar. Shower was great. Location was great, good idea to walk to Twin Towers as soon as possible in morning or first evening to understand your location and avoid the heat. We wished we saw the night show fireworks. We did a cultural tour which was well worth the money

We were from San Francisco. Room was excellent fresh and clean , shower was so strong and not, had free drinking water service daily, AC is good, bed was comfortable ! Recommended for booking this hotel!👍😀

주변에 백화점도 있고 걸어서 트윈타워까지 갈수있는 거리여서 매우 편리합니다.한가지 아쉬운점은 호텔 주변에 코인 세탁이 없습니다 ^^ 부킷빈땅 지역에 있으니 그랩으로 가시면 될것 같아요

방음(상) - 방이 많은 데에 비해 생각보다 괜찮았음. 가끔 애들이 복도에서 뛰면서 놀거나 할때를 제외하고는 크게 신경쓰지 않았던듯 함
가격(상) - 말레이시아에서 2인기준 1박 32,000원 정도이므로 매우 쌈
방 크기(중) - 싱글베드 두개 기준 방으로써 좁은 공간일 수 있으나 배치구조가 좋아 꽤 넓게 사용할 수 있었음. 특히 옷장, 금고, 냉장고 등 있을 건 전부 있으면서 널널하게 돌아다닐 수 있을 정도
편의(상) - 조식은 괜찮은데 음료가 매일 바뀌므로 주의. 매일 1층 로비에 무료 음료가 있으며 세탁 서비스, 수영장, 바, 미팅 룸 등등 어마어마한 크기를 자랑하는 만큼 주어지는 편의가 많음. 개인적으로 좋았던 것은 원하는 시간대에 청소를 해주는 서비스가 좋았음. 와이파이도 무지 빠르다
위치(중) - 트윈 타워에 가깝지만, 주변에 마트가 없어 조금 불편함. 마트를 가려면 트윈 타워에 가야 하는데 후줄근하게 입고 가면 사람들이 다 쳐다본다... 그 외에는 역에서도 가까우므로 기차를 타거나 그랩을 타고 다니기 나쁘지 않음
서비스(상) - 위에서도 적어놓았듯이 세탁 서비스 등등 다양한 서비스를 제공하나, 유료 서비스는 가격대가 조금 비싼게 흠이다.
보안 - 호텔 내에 개인 금고도 존재. 따로 저장할 귀금속 등은 넣어놓아도 좋다. 단 복도에 CCTV는 확인해보았으나 없는 것으로 알고있다(추후 다른 분이 넣어주세요)
추천
1. 조식이 푸짐하게 나오므로 조식을 포함하자
2. 트윈 타워 내 다양한 식당이 있으며, 지하에는 마트가, 가는 길에는 클럽과 음식점이 있으니 참고하자.
3. 밤 야경이 이쁘긴 하나, 문 닫는 시간이 빠른 것으로 알고 있으므로 확인하고 가자. 특히 말레이시아 쿠알라룸푸르는 치안이 좋지는 않으므로 날치기 등 주의 요망
4. 싱가폴 가는 버스를 이용하여 싱가폴을 갔다오는것도 나쁘지 않다. 단, 가격대가 왕복 약 7~8만원 정도 하므로 참고하자

친구랑 둘이 창문있는 스탠다드룸 묶었는데 가격도 부담없고, 시내 이곳저곳 나가기도 편해요! 바로 앞에 트윈타워가 있어서 스카이워크 이용해서 부킷빈탕 가고 그 김에 잘란알로 야시장도 갔어요! 말라카랑 푸트라자야 투어도 갔는데 두 군데 다 호텔이랑 많아봐야 한시간 반?시내 중심 위치라 어디든 좋구요! 루프탑 수영장 전경이 너무 좋았어요! 직원들도 너무 친절하셔서 기분 좋게 지내다 왔습니다ㅎㅎ

훌륭한 호텔입니다. KLCC에 위치하지만 지하철 역에서 도보 7분 거리에 떨어져 있고 주변이 매우 번화하다고 할 수 없지만 쿠알라룸푸르 어느 초호화 호텔도 접근성이 완벽한 곳이 드문점을 들면 괜찮다 생각합니다. 추천합니다.

We have stayed at Ibis Hotels around the world both in Europe in Asia and South America. This is a very nice property quite large 31 stories tall. The hotel staff were OK. There's a breakfast every morning on the 10th floor. A very large dining hall with a variety of foods. The emphasis seems to be on more Malaysian/Indian style foods. Lots of curry items. We do like their croissants. But the ones here are a little bit more cake like than other locations we've had in the past. The hotel cleaning staff is very shorthanded and we came back a couple of times in the afternoon and the room had not been cleaned yet. So in which we just asked for towels and went another day without a room service. Our room attendant is a very hard-working guy and we don't fault him for his efforts. One thing that we found very unusual is that the TV had primarily local channels. There was no international news, very few English speaking channels and unlike other hotels we had no access to go to YouTube. The Internet service was OK. The room was large and the bathroom was spacious. I think the pricing was spot on. We booked this reservation through Expedia. We had previously booked another hotel and it was not in a desirable area and looked sketchy. And so we came to this Ibis KLCC property. There's some restaurants across the street in in the area. But most days we took a grab taxi to the mall which had more choices overall, we would likely stay here again if we came back to KL.

Great hotel for anyone visiting KL as it's located near some of the main attractions like Suria KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers. It's walking distance from the MRT or even Chinatown/Little India if you are an avid walker like myself. The staff were all super helpful and kind. The hotel is relatively clean and fresh - there were few areas that needed to be cleaned when I first arrived. Maybe they could improve the air circulation by ensuring fresh air in all of the rooms to prevent stuffiness. The hotel has all the amenities you could want, but at times there would be lineups outside of the elevators which was inconvenient. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to KL!
