Very nice hotel. very accessible for shopping, different variety of restaurants,safe and reliable rooms. Location of the room was wonderful, can view the Petronas Twin Tower and Menara Tower. Their employees are very helpful, accommodating and hard working to make sure that their costumer will be satisfied during their stay. Very thankful to Mr. Eyasin Bhuiyan for assistance that provided to me during my stay and he deserves a commendation.

the location is fantastic, with lots of things to do close at hand.
shopping and entertainment at your door step is great, walked everywhere I needed to go

The room is lack of maintenance. A lot of cockcroaches.

Hôte de qualité j’avoue , mais le reste c’est une catastrophe vraiment je ne pèse pas mes mots j’ai même changé d’hotel directement après être resté à peine une heure
