Nice location and premium access to the city

This was a very nice hotel nice rooms everything you would expect from a Hilton. Great breakfast buffet in the morning and pretty inexpensive. They have a pretty good little gym laundry and the location was pretty good. Only took me 10-15 minutes to get pretty much everywhere I wanted to go.

Amazing room with views staff is nice too. Just the security guard in morning is bit rude. Overall it’s a good place to say and nearby to two stations for MRL and can go to twin towers easily.

Chambre avec une belle vue sur la KL Tower, spacieuse ainsi qu’une douche avec gel douche, shampoo, après shampoo, crème pour le corps et savon main. Table et fer à repasser. Petit dej varié un peu continental, asiatique et indien pour 6€.

Excellent experience with Hilton Garden Inn South from Checking In till Checked Out. Very smooth and fast Check in. We Checked in around 5pm. Rooms were clean and everything was in great working order.
Room service was great too. When we had the Do not Disturb sign on we were left to ourselves and when they clean the rooms they did a fine job.
Breakfast was pretty ok too though limited but no complaints. What was served was nice and an item or 2 were changed daily so its all good.
Location wise its fantastic. Very pleased. A few yrs back our first experience with the Garden Inns was with the Southh’s younger sibling the Garden Inn North. Same wonderful experience.
To the Mgt and Staff of Hilton Garden Inn South - Keep up the Good Work. Will definitely be staying there again if we were to visit KL again.

Firstly, all the staff members were nice and friendly and they even let me check-in early without any extra charges. The Hotel is bit aged, but they have done their level best with the upkeep. It is located at a very prime area of the city (KLCC is very close) with a rooftop swimming pool access with a bar in it. I will definitely visit again.

Puhdasta ja mukavaa, saatiin kaksi avainta joten ilmastoinnin pystyi pitämään päällä huoneesta lähtiessäkin, joka ei ole täälllä päin tässä hintaluokassa itsestäänselvää. Lavuaari tuoksui desinfiointiaineelta ja suihkussa oli loistava vedenpaine.

Great stay for a budget Hilton chain, mattress is comfy and the room is clean. Funny thing is they only give a bottle of water per booking, way too tight for a hotel at this price range. I had 2 single bookings and needed to update my door card the next day, no ideal why can’t they just link it? Major improvement from customer service aspect as the queue at the reception is usually long.

바깥이 보이는 창 있는 방은 아니었지만 넓어서 좋았음.
음식도 다양해서 좋았고 객실 컨디션도 괜찮음.
다만 샤워 부스 문이 없는 것이 아쉬움.

This hotel is value for money. Good comfortable beds, clean room and excellent service.
Stayed a few days back in a similar class hotel just 500m away from this hotel at almost double the rate. That is how comparatively cheap this hotel is.

So this is not a 5-star hotel, but it was good value for the money we spent.
Everyone working there was great, the rooms were ok, nothing more, nothing less, but then again, you are not there to spend your time in the room are you ?
Some people have complained about the breakfast. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. There is plenty of choices of food from Malaysia, China, India and some western food.
Would definitely stay here again 🙂

The staff was amazing with an incredible roof top pool playing great music, lots of tables and a great bar/restaurant. Amazing views.
Probably wouldn't do the breakfast add on unless a real fan of Malay and Indian food options. Poor is he was not great.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING AND THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. We loved our stay here. We were supposed to only stay here for one night, and then stay somewhere else but we ended up coming back here twice because of how happy we were.
We stayed both at North and South and we had a wonderful experience on both. I would say that the room is big and the bed is comfortable, and the view was always amazing. The location was also perfect, we’ve stayed in chow kit every time we came back to Malaysia, and it’s so convenient. I would say that the staff made the stay even better. Especially Saiful who would clean our rooms every day and greet us every morning. The security in the lobby, opened the door for us all the time and helped us with our luggage every time, which we are so thankful for.
The only thing I can say that wasn’t up to expectations was the food from the restaurant, but there’s so many restaurants nearby that you can try regardless. And that if you are in the top floor, you will have to wait a long time for the lift to arrive so if you have something to reach, you should put enough time to wait for the elevator. I would totally recommend this hotel!

The room is comfortable. View from room 1913 is nice. But the elevator is slow. very very slow. and parking is somewhat a bit inconvenience and they charge RM 15 per day (multiple entry) and valet parking only. inside very nice. once you get out from the property. its a "sight" to behold.

Had a wonderful stay! Beautiful room view and rooftop views! Hot water wasn’t initially available for the shower but the staff promptly fixed the issue.

Relativt centralt läge. Hotellet hade 25 våningar men bara 3 hissar, vilket kunde bli lång väntetid.
Frukosten var asiatisk, vilket var lite tråkigt i längden.
