방음 문제, 직원불친절,, 그리고 커넥팅
룸이엇던거 벽하나로 분리해놔서 , 소음 진짜 ^^
이돈주고 절대 안갈듯 ! , 수영장만 이용 추천드리며

W hotel KL was the BEST luxury experience I've had. The hotel is so gorgeous in itself with the fabulous amenities and their amazing Wet Deck, but what really sold it for me was the staff. They are so friendly, chatty and really take your stay seriously.
I was in KL for 10 days to celebrate my birthday and some of the staff at breakfast (Flock) recommended some places to go, things to do. I don't think I would've had as good of a stay had I not stayed at W Hotel KL.
Flock restaurant made my mornings so much brighter and definitely was the right way to start the day. Keith (assistant restaurant manager) is so friendly, chatty and he really cares. He was telling me about the history of the popular local Teh Tarik tea. Brian also from the Flock restaurant, a lovely person who is smiley and curious about the guests enough to spark wonderful conversation.
And finally, Elaine. The W Insider. She was amazing. She became more than just a staff member but she became a friend. Her level of care and consideration is unmatched and i am truly truly thankful to not just have met her but to have been a guest at the W that she looked after.
I will undoubtedly be back to KL and mainly for the W hotel.

For city breaks possibly the best hotel I have stayed in. Location is exceptional being over the road from the Petronas towers with an unrivalled view from the rooms and the pool (wet deck).
The facilities and staff were next level too - nothing was too much and it felt like there was a genuine personal touch you don’t get these days. Absolutely certain to visit here again if I return to KL.

We had an amazing staycation at W Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
The room design was absolutely stunning. Modern , stylish, and thoughtfully detailed. I especially loved the high-quality toiletries; you can really feel the luxury in every touchpoint.
The breakfast spread deserves a special mention, generous, well curated, and delicious.
The Wet Deck is another must-visit spot, perfect for leisure or gatherings. Enjoying the spectacular KLCC view from there was unforgettable. As Malaysians 🇲🇾, it made us feel incredibly proud to experience such an iconic view in such a vibrant setting.
A special thank you to front desk officer Ms. RD, who was professional, warm, and served us exceptionally well.
Overall, a truly worthwhile staycation experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Kuala Lumpur in style. ✨

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。特にSakuraさんのホスピタリティは素晴らしかったです。
一つだけ注文があるとすれば、部屋にあるエスプレッソマシンの場所がわかりにくかったので、わかりやすい案内があるとなお良かったと思います。

The staff/team of this hotel is the best of the world.

Good service. Although we had to ask for our bed sheet to be changed when we checked in as there a small blood stain on the underside of the bedsheet.

What a great hotel. Modern and stylish. The staff show a genuine interest in you and it’s not put on. It’s literally 2 mins from the petronas towers. The bars are really good (wet deck and flock) with both managers being excellent in service. The cleaning in my room was also phenomenally well done. I’d highly recommend

Vi blev mødt af venligt og meget hjælpsomt personale - som tryllede alt for os både før, under og efter opholdet - meget professionelt 🙏
Rengøringen var forbi værelset flere gange dagligt og sikret komfortabelt og rent ophold.
Morgenmaden var fantastisk - sidste morgen, hvor vi skulle ud på 4 timers køretur, lavede de en doggiback til os, til stor glæde for både store og små 🙏

the hotel is so kind to help arrange a little birthday smash cake, balloons and a hand written birthday card in the room for my daughter's birthday. my daughter had a lovely time. THANK YOU SO MUCH W.
the swimming pool and the view over looking the twin tower was stunning! love it! the room was tidy clean, bed is so soft & comfortable, and breakfast was amazing! walking distance to klcc too. recommended

It’s not the grandest of entrances to a 5 star hotel, but when you get up to the 8 floor reception I have to say everything is fantastic
The rooms are fab, bed and pillows so comfortable
The service by the staff is as good as anywhere I’ve been

雰囲気といい最高でした！日本ではこんな金額で泊まらないので、いい経験になりました。立地とスタッフの対応と雰囲気とどれも良かったです。朝食が最高でした！子供でも食べられるものが沢山あり、ビュッフェを楽しんでました。

세계여러곳을 투숙했던 경험이 있으나 투숙했던 호텔 중 최고의 호텔이었다. 고객응대가 가히 감동스러웠다. 매니져인 MR. Sean은 특히 우리 가족을 위해 여러가지의 잊지못할 퍼포먼스를 제공해 주었다. 입구에서부터 모든직우너은 친절했으며 레스토랑에서는 룸넘버아 이름도 기억해 주었고 생일 케익 퍼포먼스도 해주었다. 점심도 메니져인 션이 무료로 제공해 주었다. 위치와 뷰 또한 환상적이었고 호텔상태및 룸컨디션도 좋았다. 특히 수영장에서의 트윈타워뷰는 가히 몽환적이었다. 이호텔은 일부러라도 투숙해 볼만한 가치가 있다. 나는 W호텔 때문에 KL을 다시 방문할 것이다.
