The rooms are spatious and modern, but the real differantiator is the staf. They were extermely helpful and nice!

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, Fitnessstudio etwas spärlich eingerichtet, auf jeder Etage gibt es Kaffeemaschinen, leider sind diese nicht so sauber, ich würde davon abraten dort ein milchhaltiges getränk zu holen.

Väldigt hög service nivå och proffsig staff rakt igenom! Rummen var stora och fina, världens skönaste sängar och vi kände oss som hemma. Frukosten, närheten till Centralen och allt. Bara så nöjda!

Superfina rum. Stora, rymliga och allt som behövs. Vatten och allt fylls på vid behov! De skönaste sängarna och perfekt fluffiga kuddar & täcke. Mkt hög service & standard. Frukosten är magisk & bra läge till stationen etc. Allt är nära med GRAB. Återkommer gärna! Enda att påpeka.. lite för svalt i poolen.

Loved the room decoration, anmenities and space that came with my room. Bed was cosy and comfortable.
Probably not recommended to venture out to the shops near the hotel. The hotel is linked to Bangsar LRT that is one stop away to Sentral or Eco-City/Mid Valley mall.

An oasis of calm and tranquility in a very busy city.
LRT within 2 minutes walk.
Had the swimming pool to myself.

プールがよかった。子供が溺れそうになった時に近くにいたスタッフの方が助けてくれた、とてもありがたかった。

部屋は綺麗で、インテリアも素敵だった。
値段の割にクオリティがすごく高かった。
中心地まで電車で1本で行けるため、交通の便も良かった。
ただ、KLCCから徒歩で行こうとすると道が悪いため、タクシーやBangsar駅を利用すべきだと思った。
また付近はリトルインディアであるため少し怖い印象もあった。

Complimentary breakfast is very good, with a broad mix of Malaysian and Western items. The hotel is well maintained and the furnishings feel solid. Staff were consistently responsive and helpful. Proximity to NU Sentral is a plus for transit and shopping, but the immediate area is less walkable, with uneven sidewalks and busy roads.

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute dort wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Man kann das Hotel bequem über eine Brücke von der Bahn aus erreichen. Die Rezeption ist im 41 Stock. Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr komfortabel. Die Betten....mega bequem. Es gibt in dem 40 Stock ein Pool und ein Fitnessraum für den erholsamen Teil der Reise. Ebenso verfügt das Hotel über ein Bar mit toller Aussicht und einem sehr gutem Restaurant (Michelin ausgezeichnet) mit einem tollen Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre.Die Anbindung zu den Petronas Towern ist simpel. Einfach in die Bahn und sechs Stationen bei KLCC wieder aussteigen. Dir Fahrt dauert ca 15 min. Fazit....alles was man braucht ....

Fantastisch. Ästhetisches und beruhigendes Interior. Das Zimmer war groß, toll eingerichtet und das Bett sehr bequem. Der Zimmerservice war auch sehr gut (Bolognese). Jeder war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lobby und auch der Pool sind wie eine Wellness Oase. Das Hotel sollte viel mehr Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Absolut klasse.

Love the decor, brass fittings on dark concrete. New lux. Altho lighting in the bathroom could be brighter.. difficlut for doing make up. Otherwise, room and bathroom are spacious. Gym is good enuf, nice pool area with stunning views. Clean. Drinks and snack pantry on every floor is great.

Our family had another wonderful stay at Alila! This was our third visit, and it continued to exceed our expectations. The staff is welcoming, professional, and provides outstanding service. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel has plenty of common breakout areas for us to relax. Alila took great care of us, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

ラグジャリーホテルらしく35階から最上階の41階までがホテルで40階が眺望満点のプール。ごちゃごちゃせず高級で落ち着ける。各階エレベーターホールにコーヒーマシーンとアイスティーボトル、スナックがあり２４時間利用できる。朝食ブュッフェもチャイナ マレー インド料理があり多彩で美味しい。
