The reception and the cleaning staff were superb. They were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Walkway to rooms look dated. Waiting time for the lift also very long, especially during check out time. Other than that, room is clean, spacious and comfy. Rooftop pool very breezy with nice view. Breakfast selection is good too!

It's a nice hotel and I would rate it as excellent for everything . Only 1 issue that the hotel needs to look into is the lift service. Waiting for the lift takes too long.

아주 훌륭한 호텔이었다 숙소안에 시설도 좋았고 다시 갈 수 있다면 좋겠다 단지 조식이 포함되어 있지 않아 42링깃을 지불하고 아침을 먹었는데 딱히 추천하고는 싶지 않은 아침이었다

I'm allowing to check in early as per request. Nice, clean and comfort room except the pillow given was too flat and had requested extra pillow. Great location with nearby with mall (convinient for food, grocery etc)

The suite is spacious and clean. The hotel is situated at a quiet neighbourhood, away from the city noise and traffic jam. Downside is that need to travel further to get to the popular places.

The room was very nice except the TV was not working but the maintenance guy came to repair it immediately and the sky bar was good with an amazing view n the staff was excellent with the service. Overall it was a good staycation

This was a lovely hotel with a high standard of customer service. Staff were very helpful and polite.
The room was good, but the most special aspect was the view from both the room and the root top terrace.
I believe it is one of the very finest views of KL - and I've seen quite a few

Convenient location as there is a shopping mall, with choices of eateries & restaurants nearby. Also there is a supermarket at shopping mall & convenience stores too.
Room is of reasonable size & clean. Just take note that some rooms are windowless so for those who has a phobia, better to book the rooms with windows.
Internat is okay. Transport by cars, taxis or grab since no MRT station nearby.

I stayed in the Dorsett room, which was very good. The no-window cheapest room isn’t really nice at all.

My second time to stay this hotel. Simple and nice hotel. I love the scenery at the top of hotel. Nearby with mall. Convenience for dinner also.

This is my fourth time staycationing in Dorsett Hartamas and I keep coming back because of its reasonably cheap price for a room with a huge bathtub! The bed is super comfy and the location is convenient! It’s near to Publika and right next to Hartamas Shopping Mall so you have a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from (you can dine in or order in via Grab/foodpanda) the staff is always excellent, smooth checking in and out.
What I didn’t like though was the smell of the room when I first checked in, perhaps its the carpet that absorbed the cigarette smell. The bathtub was also leaking which made us worry for a bit that the water would flood the room but thank God it didn’t, it flowed straight to the drain next to the toilet.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay as always, but there is also room for improvement :)

2 elevators for large number of rooms are not adequate.

The service is attentive and the interior space of the room is very spacious. But the sound insulation is poor. The carpet in the hallway feels old and dirty.
