Economy room is very small comparing the hotel I stayed before but considering this hotel is in old city , it’s understandable.The staff was excellent and always helpful and very nice.
Overall nice hotel, good location and has a good vibe, I definitely recommend.

Oldukça ilgili otel personeli, temiz ve konforlu bir butik otel, konakladığımız gün yoğun olduğu için odanın dışındaki bağımsız koridorda banyosu olan bir oda verdiler ancak ellerinden gelen her türlü yardımı gösterdiler, 2 kişilik rezerve etmemize rağmen 3 kişilik oda verdiler, oldukça memnun kaldık.

We stayed for one night only. Family of 5. Check in was swift, Rooms were big enough to accomodate our individual luggages too. Beds and Bathrooms were in top shape. Daily breakfast included hot and cold options, various cheese, egg, toasts and other delicious essential things. Thank you guys for taking care of our one delicious breakfast. Location is superb, in the heart of the city. They also arranged our trip to Antalya, Pamukkale and Ephesus.

Hotellet har två syster hotell och taxichaufförerna har inte koll på alla tre. Se till att hamna rätt mellan Boutique, Spa och ??.
Personalen hjälper dock gärna till med transport och du kan bli incheckade överallt.

Совершенно новый отель в современном стиле. Дизайн и чистота на отлично! Местоположение чудесное - в сердце старого района Калеичи. Атмосфера древнего города, никаких шумных дорог и суеты. Рядом небольшой платный пляж и все достопримечательности. Много кафе и магазинчиков. У нас был самый бюджетный номер, поэтому комната с туалетом и душевой находилась напротив номера (она не общая, только для нашего пользования). В целом никакого дискомфорта это не принесло. Нас очень радушно приняли! Заселили раньше времени заезда в номер с балконом (лучше, чем бронировали). Юлия (на русском языке) дала много ценных советов, сориентировала на местности и ответила на все вопросы. Огромное ей спасибо за теплый прием! Очень рекомендую! Внимание, забота и отличный номер вам гарантированы! В целом, на мой взгляд, это район для осмотра исторических достопримечательностей. Для исключительно пляжного отдыха, думаю, нужен другой район Анталии.

Nice, clean and very new hotel, no proper reception at the place, but staff are always available as they own other hotels very close by.

Chambre triple avec lits confortables situé dans la zone animée et piétonne de la Old Town, réservation dans un hôtel basique faisant partie d'un groupe hôtelier de 3 établissements dont un avec piscine et SPA (à bien choisir pendant la réservation). Serdal a été très compréhensif et nous a proposé une solution pour garer notre véhicule. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Très bien pour une nuit de passage et découvrir ce quartier assez festif. Merci Serdal.

Umulig å komme i kontakt med hotellet for å avtale parkering, da vi kom skulle de egentlig ha 10euro døgnet for det. Ingen info om hvor frokost var ble gitt ved ankomsten. Måtte gå 10 minutter for den. Ellers veldig sentralt og flott til den prisen.

Konum olarak güzel özel araç ile ulaşım zor olabilir tarihi kaleiçi bölgesinde olduğu için görevli arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever odalar gayet büyük banyo malzemeleri ve konfor açısından biraz iyileştirmeye ihtiyaç var genel olarak tercih edilir teşekkürler

Would not recommend the deluxe Spa building for families seeking to sleep before 11:30pm. Its a great place for youngsters whom likes to be awake and party. There is a restaurant right down the balcony that has live music playing until late night. Parking lot was in a tight isolated spot which was about 5 mins walk back to the deluxe + Spa building. They have 2 other ones without the SPA which i was told is less noisy and has a bar. The one with the bar has a parking spot right in front and the apt building is close to the Main Street (las vegas strip of the old town). The person cleaning and the one making the breakfast provided first class customer service! Overall! Very satisfied!

Great room and washroom very spacious ...location was annoying because it was surrounded by pubs and loud screaming late into the night

In the middle of old town, excellent location for few days tour. Rooms comfortable and clean. As they have 3 hotels in property , you should walk to one of them ( 300m) for the breakfast. In this building it's not served.
Overall impression: very good.

Konum, oda genişliği, temizlik harika. Ücretsiz otopark yürüyerek 2dk uzaklıkta. Ancak gece saat 22.00 ile 02.00 arası çok gürültülü. Ses yalıtımı yok ve meyhanelerin sesleri tamamen odanın içinde.

Querky and practical if you can get the right price. Fairly clean and fairly comfortable, in a very convenient location. Low on privacy and definitely no protection from noise. Leaky bathroom facilities. Excursion services don't like to pick up or drop off from the hotel, due to the narrow roads, but this is ideal if you want to be out and about all day to take in the local area.

Just as a note - the economy room does not have a bathroom inside the room. We were told this during the check-in, but we happily accepted paying some more and having our own bathroom in the room. We were given a very nice room - spacious and nicely designed. However, I could not sleep all night because our room was next to the street and there was a different annoying noise all night. People walking and chatting, a loud motorcycle entering the street, a car getting stuck ... - everything was directly hearable from our room. Although I'm not very sensitive and am able to sleep in many circumstances, it was a painful night for me. Again, somehow the mini fridge was also making a dreadful noise every 15 minutes. I somehow couldn't find the socket to pull it out as it was plugged in behind the cabinet and somehow there was no switching off button. And the high pillow did not make sleeping any better either...
Yet, unlike some reviews, the reception was available for all night. Kind staff. We walked approximately 4 minutes to the breakfast place, but it was not a problem at all. Thanks.

I dikd not like that without any informationm beforehand, my toilet and shower was outside the room. Otherwise ok room and breakfast.

Wir wurden in ein anderes Hotel verfrachtet, dass angeblich auf zum Delight Deluxe gehört. Die Dusche und das Klo waren nicht im Zimmer. Es war ausserhalb.

The hotel advertised is not the one we stayed at. There is another “delight deluxe hotel” down the road that have none of the facilities at the main hotel that is advertised online. The room is very basic with the bathroom across the hall! Not the worst and definitely not the best.

Оплатил все через сайт. По приезду заселили в другой отель в соседнем здании, сказав что по вине сайта произошел овербукинг. Номер оказался намного хуже оплаченного.

ekonomik oda rezervasyonum mevcuttu gittiğimde odanın çok küçük olduğunu ve banyo ve tuvaletin dışarıda olduğunu öğrendim oda resmi yetersiz tabi yurt edasındaki odada kalmadık 40 tl fark istedikleri başka odaya geçtim ama toplamda verdiğim ücreti hakeden bir otel değil resepsiyonun yeri bile beni benden aldı otel tarzında bir işletme değil

Chambre dégueulasse à notre arrivée. Drap déchiré, odeur désagreable, douche qui fonctionne à peine et traces de moisissure. On a demandé à ce que le menage soit fait mais on a retrouvela chambre dans un état similaire. En plus de ça, ils ont voulu nous faire payer 15€ un drap avec une tâche (notre fille a saigné du nez dans la nuit).
Le petit dejeuner est dans un resto à 500m mais ça n’est pas précisé au moment de la résa, cela dit l’accueil là bas était sympa.

Hotel gayet guzel temiz ve konforlu ama araci olanlar park yeri olduguna aldanmasin baska bir arkadaş gelip arabanizi guvenli bir yere cekecem deyip anahtarinizi alip götürüp bir yere carpip hic bisey olmamis gibi tekrar teslim ediyor ..

Otopark var diye seçtiğimiz otelde, otoparkın diğer şubelerinde olduğunu öğrendik. Kaleiçi inde diğer oteli bulmak imkansız. Çok dar sokaklar ve kalabalık. Sonrasında oteli yaya olarak bulduk. Aracınızı otele getirme konusunda yardım talebimiz dikkate alınmadı. Sadece yol tarifi yapıldı ve otoparktan yararlanamadık. Dokuz numaralı odayı tutmayın. Özellikle sorun. Tuvalet ve banyo odanın dışında. Genel olarak memnun olmadık. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Gece saat 23:30 sıralarında otele giriş yaptık. Otel Antalya kaleiçinde turist ve insan kalabalığının yoğun olduğu bir yerde . 9 numaralı odada konakladık - odanın tuvaleti odadan bağımsızdı. İlk gördüğümüzde şok olduk ancak sadece 1 gece kalacağımız için çok sıkıntı yapmadık ama uzun süreli kalacaklar mutlaka konaklayacakları oda numarasını sorsun. Çünkü duş aldıktan sonra odanıza geçerken ya da gece kalkıp lavabo ihtiyacı duyarsanız büyük sıkıntı. Ayrıca odaya tahsis edilen banyo öylesine küçüktü ki arkanızdan kapıyı kapatabilmek için duş teknesinin içine girmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz.
İkinci en büyük sıkıntı otel konum gereği aşırı gürültülü bir bölgede ancak bu teknolojide odaların camlarının bu denli ses geçirebiliyor olması çok üzücü camı kapatsanız da sokakta yapılan muhabbetleri sanki odanızda gibi dinleyebiliyorsunuz.
Oteli tercih ederken tüm bunları göz önüne almanızda fayda var.
