Best location with the best largest shopping centres attached to the hotel lobby. Everything is good, except the interconnecting room's door does not block any conversation & noise from the other room. Ok for a family to book 2 rooms with interconnecting door. But you want one room for your partner & you only, ask for a non connecting room.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided during our recent stay. Due to an urgent request, I called at night to arrange some decorations for my mum’s 90th birthday. She has been a frequent guest and has celebrated her birthday at this hotel every year, and once again the team made it special. We had a small celeration at the business lounge too.
A big thank you to Mr Fikri, who handled my request with great care and efficiency. I would also like to commend Mr. Vasu from the front desk for being extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Thumbs up.
We were pleasantly surprised and grateful to be upgraded to a suite room. This hotel has truly become a second home to us, as we have been staying here since 2010, back in the Boulevard Hotel days.
Highly recommended — I will definitely encourage my friends to stay here as well.

Really nice large rooms with high ceilings making the room feel larger. Air conditioning was cold which was great for the KL heat! Very convenient location with close indoor walkway to Midvalley Shopping Mall. Definitely will stay again in future.

Checked in without towels (2 small towels and 1 floor towel) also fridge is not working at all for 2 rooms I booked 2722 & 2724, a bit disappointed. Request for late check out, only allow till 1pm for 1 room which is 2724. Suggest more training & upgrading in order to attract more return guests.

This was my repeat stay at the hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shopping and eateries just a short walk away, which makes it very convenient. The rooms were very clean and well-kept, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
A reliable and convenient choice—I’d definitely return again.

It happened to be my birthday on the day of check-in, and perhaps because of that, I was kindly upgraded to a better room. Thank you very much! The breakfast was also plentiful and very delicious. However, despite being on a high floor, there were small ants in the room.

Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to everything.

Reserved 2 rooms as we have 2 young teenage kids and weren't comfortable staying on their own so requested for inter-connecting rooms. As that weekend the hotel was full they apologised and said they would be on the same floors but after trying all my kind persuasive ways staff member , AKid went above and beyond to help solve my issue.
We also stayed there as the Mid Valley and Gardens mall were on site and the hotel has direct access to the centre.
Parking can be an issue even though they have so many parks, it can get full during peak hours.
First time to this hotel and it seems it has been refurbished and can't really complain about the rooms.
Buffet breakfast was similar daily but again if you don't want to eat in the hotel there are many other options surrounding the hotel.
The pool was clean and there wasn't many people using it. Also has a kids pool. They gym was a bit small but good enough for a quick workout.
Would return to stay for sure.

日本人の方で、出張滞在するには申し分のないホテルだと思います。
スリッパはありません。備え付けのペットボトルの水は無いので、用意する必要はあるでしょう。
その他のアメニティーはいわゆる高級ホテル並みには揃ってます。
唯一気になるとすれば、エアコンの風量を上げたら、ホコリが噴き出してきたことでしょうか。。
海外出張時には、必ずコロコロ粘着クリーナーを持って行っているので、対処出来ました。ですが、基本的に掃除は行き届いていると思います。
朝食のバイキングもかなり充実してます。フォーも用意されてます。
I think this hotel is perfect for a Japanese person staying for business.
There are no slippers. There is no bottled water provided, so you will need to prepare your own.
Other amenities are as good as those in so-called luxury hotels.
The only concern I have is that when I turned up the air conditioner, dust came out.
I always bring my Korokoro adhesive cleaner with me when I travel abroad, so I was able to deal with it. But basically, I think the room was well cleaned.
The breakfast buffet is also quite extensive.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est chaleureux et professionnel, toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, mais suffisamment calme pour bien se reposer. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment excellent.
Petit bémol : le petit déjeuner. Peu de choix, qualité moyenne, et pas vraiment à la hauteur du reste des prestations. Dommage, car tout le reste frôle la perfection. Cela dit, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Stayed four nights here, and we're impressed with the service. Premium room had only one chair for the two of us, but front desk found and sent us one more. Car park was a tad confusing as hotel was located at a mega mall.

This hotel is located in mid valley n there is a very big shopping arcade under the hotel. Lots of shopping n big super market. Hotel housekeeping staff very good service. However one reception lady s service is not so friendly. Always no smile. All male staff in reception are cheerful.
