I'm very satisfied staying in Sovotel. Room is very comfortable & clean. Plus they provide a massage chair in the room. Rate is very cheapest if booking via online. The location is very strategic with a amenities nearby. Mall & mamak stall. It also nearby the LRT station.

Sangat selesa dengan bilik y luas dan dengan ada kerusi urut dapat merehatkan badan.. bilik sangat bersih dan selesa. Cuma mungkin boleh bersihkan dengan memberus lantai tandai agar lebih selesa 😊

Nice, clean, room assigned is as shown in picture. Bottled water, shampoo, body wash, soap, towels provided. Room is spacious, there's even a small message chair. there's hot water. WiFi connection can be disconnected or weak at times. The only issue i had was sound proofing of the rooms. I can hear people talking, using the washroom from both sides of the room, and can hear people doing 'it' at night, can be very disturbing and annoying when you're trying to sleep at night.

Good location, next to IOI Mall Puchong, near to Puchong Jaya MRT station. Friendly staff.
No lift. Room no soundproof. Limited parking lot during day time. Toilet bowl cleanliness to be improve.

The aircond wasn’t cold at all. The pillows stink and we asked for an exchange...... room with windows are quite noisy since it’s facing highway.

Hotel looks new but need to improve on cleanliness. Bedroom linens was not changed...smelly.
Bathroom floor need to be washed properly. Can feel its not scrubbed when its wet.
I have informed the hotel staff on cleanliness but nothing done on my second day. Room not even being clean as im staying 2 nights
