Wir waren schon mehrfach im RuMa Hotel und jedesmal ist alles perfekt verlaufen, saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück und eine schöne Lounge mit Pool.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job ensuring everything was spotless and neatly arranged.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again

After one of the worst hotel 5-star hotel experiences in Bangkok Thailand, I arrived at the RuMa in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, complete restoring my faith . What an extraordinary hotel this is. Personalised, detailed and hospitality to the max. Beautifully designed and the best breakfast I have had anywhere! What a pleasure and I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you to the entire team!

Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, helped us with a late check out and transparent about fees in that and we're very flexible with this given timing of our flight home. Staff all really friendly and helpful and very lovely with our little boy.

Stunning stay. Everything about it was perfect. Fabulous rooms, superb breakfast and most importantly lovely staff. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had a large room on the 17th floor which was extremely comfortable and very quiet.
It was cleaned efficiently every morning and a turndown service was provided every evening.
The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
An excellent breakfast was on offer from 6:30am at the mezzanine restaurant. The choice of food was extensive and the quality was excellent.
Location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Petronas Towers and handy for all our sight seeing.
We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quiet luxury type of hotel. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Professional staff.
Only complaints were mold in the shower (should not happen in a luxury hotel) and while the dim lighting in the room/bathroom makes for a lovely ambiance, it would be helpful to have better lighting available so women can do their makeup…
Also, the plugs in the bathroom are extremely poorly placed in the drawers so I had to do my hair in the entrance to access a plug!

Cet hôtel est une vraie pépite ! Très bien situé, la chambre est d’un confort absolu et le petit déjeuner est excellent avec un très grand choix de produits frais et de délicieux plats. Le personne est aux petits soins, le Check-in et check-out très rapide et simple. Bref, je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation et j’espère y revenir vite !

Everything was amazing and top it off. The service was exceptional. The staff Irma, adi, Arif and bell are amazing. Everyone goes out of their way to help and to make you feel comfortable.

Check in was a breeze. Good locality to malls and KLCC. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It would be perfect if there are option to choose different types of pillows available.
Overall we had a good stay!

Everything was magnificent! The room is so thought out and has beautiful large windows. The shower is great with good pressure. The breakfast is included and was just a fantastic way to start your day. The staff goes above and beyond. Definitely will stay here every time I come to KL.

Beautiful property in the centre of KL. It is a 10min walk to Bukit Bintang. Service was excellent throughout our stay and staff were polite whenever we saw them. Room was really nice with wooden floorings and automatic blackout curtains. Would definitely come back again if we visit KL.

Amazing hotel with excellent service. Hotel breakfast buffet was varied and to a very high standard. Pool area and gym also excellent.

Top hotel, vriendelijk personeel, mooi zwembad en goede locatie!
Ondanks dat het hotel best vol was is het een hele rustige omgeving en daardoor erg prettig.
Klein minpuntje, het personeel bij de bar van het zwembad was iets te enthousiast met de verkoop van drank en zonder het te weten van elkaar. Hierdoor werd je dus te vaak door verschillende personeelsleden aangesproken.

Not my choice for as I prefer faded charm but friend who likes 5 * put this as his favourite hotel ever. Based on effort & attention to detail. Room good pool area excellent, breakfast & staff. KL is a horrible walking city but as Petronas Towers nearby this part of city has good walk ways from Station to 7 11 near hotel. Some locals ignore Red Lights

A charming hotel, finely decorated with a great location, an excellent and varied breakfast, and professional and friendly service.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the comfort in the rooms. Very nice pool facing the Petronas towers to make the trip an unforgettable experience.

Sehr schönes und top ausgestattetes Hotel - wie man es von einem 5* Hotel erwartet. Alle Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer vorhanden (Nespresso, free Minibar, Bügelbrett etc). Fussläufig zum KLCC Park, Suria Mall und den Twin Towers. Toller Außenpool im 6. Stock mit Bar. Hervorragendes Frühstück und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Top Empfehlung 👍

Moderno hotel grattacielo a dieci minuti a piedi dalle Petronas e altrettanti per il mall Pavillion. Bella piscina al sesto piano esterna con bar e vista sulle Petronas. Camere complete e spaziose. Buona colazione, pulizia e servizi. Consigliato.

An excellent one-night stay at the RuMa. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff were incredible, from complimentary cake both in room and at the spa, to all the email communication before our arrival with plenty of recommendations. The room was exceptional and the pre-arrival email asks for pillow/bed preference which is a nice touch. The hotel ambience was lovely and we will definitely stay here again when we return to KL

Outstanding oasis in a bustling city. Great service, friending attentive staff, convenient location… so much nicer than some of the other more outdated luxury brands! Highly recommended.

The Ruma hotel was brilliant, the staff were great, very attentative, friendly. The staff at breakfast are the best, Amal was our daughter’s favourite person and made us feel special everyday along with the countless other staff. The rooms are so luxurious, clean and spacious. After 10 days we still weren’t sick of breakfast- it was so yummy! The pool is very lovely and clean. The staff try to cater to every need. Would definitely recommend and hope we end up here again. We will be back! Thank you for making our trip so comfortable.

Fabulous stay in a charming boutique hotel in the heart of KL! Staff were attentive, friendly and customer oriented. Breakfast was a real feast and would absolutely recommend the spa on site. Room was spacious, beautiful and elegantly decorated, shower and bath were a real treat. Would recommend as a solo traveller and would return here if back in Kuala Lumpur
