I had a wonderful stay at Casa Sur. The hotel has a lovely, calm atmosphere and is located right in the heart of Kaleiçi, with many shops, cafés and beautiful streets nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made me feel very welcome. I truly enjoyed my time here.

It's rare that a hotel and its grounds look better in person than in publicity photos. But this place amazed me and surpassed expectations with its tranquil garden setting in the very shade of the ancient city walls. The breakfast offered several amazing Turkish dishes--fresh and well-crafted--with wonderful service. Location excellent, being right around the corner from Hadrian's gate; it was an easy starting point for both exploring the old town and catching rides to farther destinations. We had some problems with the heating/AC but staff were very helpful about it.

Das Zimmer zum Garten war ein Traum. Die komplette Anlage ist wunderschön, sauber und alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach nur nett. Das Frühstück war auch sehr sehr lecker. Die Lage ist toll, direkt in der schönen Altstadt von Antalya uns eine Fußminute entfernt vom Hadrians Gate. Dahinter befindet sich sich direkt eine Bahnhaltestelle, sodass man auch ohne Auto mobil ist

Lovely, well restored boutique hotel located in Old Town Antalya. Backing onto Hadrian's Gate with its quite garden and steeped history, this is a great place to relax and take in the ambiance of the ancient city. Also conveniently located next to Atiturk Cd. and the pick-up point form many tour operators

Oda temiz, bahçe portakal ağaçlarıyla kahve molası için keyifli, ferah. Kahvaltı güzel. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Ulaşım kolay, merkezi.

Oda çok temizdi gereken her şey vardı. Kaleici gibi kalabalik ve sesli bir yer olmasına rağmen odalara hiç ses gelmiyordu. Personel çok ilgiliydi restoran kısmı da çok keyifli

Everything was fantastic. The introduction, assistance to my room, support/direction, the room was fantastic (water and nespresso ;) the location is stellar for the perfect starting point and ease for orientation. Seriously the ambiance and food, staff everything. I would come back to Antalya any day and stay with you again.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is very centric, just a few steps from hadrian's gate. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

From the moment we arrived at Casa Sur, we felt like we were home. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and effortlessly elegant, but what truly sets this boutique hotel apart is the extraordinary level of care and attention from every single staff member.
The team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect—offering thoughtful restaurant recommendations, arranging the best beach clubs, and anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. It wasn’t just hospitality; it was genuine kindness and attentiveness that made us feel completely cared for.
A special mention goes to Kerem, who not only served us at the bar but brought such warmth and personality to every interaction. His service elevated each evening we spent there. And the manager & hostess Nava and Nilgun were simply outstanding. Their grace and personal attention made a lasting impression on us and truly reflects the spirit of Casa Sur.
In a city full of hotels, Casa Sur stands out as a place where luxury meets heart. It’s not just a stay—it’s an experience of feeling welcomed, looked after, and part of something special. We cannot recommend it enough and will absolutely return.

Un oasis de paix bien situé dans la vieille ville et surtout l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. La chambre était très confortable et le restaurant excellent. Le serveur nous a fourni beaucoup d’informations sur la nourriture et les spécialités turques.

Everything about this hotel is amazing and comfy, starting from the location at the heart of the down town, to the rooms, and the beautiful garden they have where you can sit and relax. The restaurant is really good. We were lucky to catch with the brunch which occurs usually at the first sunday of each month. I would definitely book again at this hotel when i visit Antalya again

We loved out stay here. This was our third visit to Antalya, our previous go to hotel was the Ramada that just happened to be overbooked this time, so we booked here instead. and i must say, any future visit to Antalya will have us staying here instead.
Nice room, very pleasant staff, a very central location if you’re interested in the old town. Sheila, the amazing receptionist, greeted us on our first day, we were hoping to see her again before we left but didn’t get the chance. Praying for her expedient recovery.
The breakfast was delicious, if you book a bed and breakfast reservation, you get to pick an item from their breakfast menu plus a hot drink, total value per person per meal was around 600~700TL range. It was well worth it.
We would like to thank the staff for such a pleasant stay. Hope to visit soon. Peace.

Beautiful room overlooking Hadrian’s gate and the garden, mini fridge, lovely staff, resident dog, reading nooks. Garden is part of the restaurant, so plan to enjoy it with food/drink, Skip the airport transfer - after a 30 min wait and no known arrival time for the car, I learned the taxi was about 1/2 the price.

Excellent hotel in the most amazing location. Living in the midst of history. Very good staff. Niĺgun is an amazing host.very knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant is very good Volkan is the best restaurant staff. Makes the best drinks. Ayse is very good at the front desk. Would love to stay there again

Tucked away in the heart of Antalya, right next to Hadrian’s Gate, the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Despite being so central and close to all amenities, the hotel felt like a peaceful oasis—charming, cozy, and incredibly tranquil thanks to its lush onsite gardens and private, thoughtfully designed rooms.
The cleanliness was impeccable, and one day we returned to find colorful balloons in our room—a sweet, unexpected gesture from the staff that really made us feel special. Every single staff member was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They happily accommodated our requests, whether it was for a fan or help finding flowers, and consistently went above and beyond.
The rooms themselves were beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable enough for our two-week stay. We loved the thoughtful touches like slippers, dental and shaving kits, and a fridge stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and soft drinks—it’s those little details that really elevate the experience.
The Cava Restaurant was also a highlight. The food and service were exceptional, with our waiter offering helpful guidance through the menu and recommending the hotel’s signature cocktails, which were fantastic.
Overall, Casa Sur was the perfect place to stay—peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully run. We had no complaints whatsoever and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Loved the hotel which has a great atmosphere, is very tastefully decorated and has a great sense of place (which is unfortunately rather rare in touristy towns in Turkey). The only drawback was the noise which is completely out of the hotel’s control but did disturb us. There is loud disco music until the early hours every day and the room above us was noisy too due to wooden floors. Again, not the hotel’s fault at all but something to be aware of if you stay in the old town.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel centrally located in Old Town. The service is excellent and the restaurant, Cava, is wonderful. The room was small but well equipped. A chair for the desk would be a nice addition, as well as a luggage stand.

Very elegant hotel, with lovely garden to spend time. Only disappointment was that breakfast not included. And it would have been quite expensive to eat the breakfast from hotel restaurant menu. This was our bad, we should have check it more carefully when reserving.

Unterkunft liegt zentral und ist sauber. Allerdings trübt das Schleppen der Koffer von einem weit entfernten Parkplatz (sofern man denn einen Platz bekommt) die Urlaubsfreude. Der Lärm in der Nacht von einem Pub (nur eine Armeslänge vom Zimmer entfernt) ist unerträglich. Wahrscheinlich sind die Zimmer zum Garten raus etwas ruhiger.

Hotel is very nicely decorated, and rooms are very clean. Cleaning service is great! Breakfast is also delicious. The only thing we didn’t like is how noisy the rooms are, it’s next to town which is convenient but noise didn’t stop until after midnight. We also had a rough checkout, we were told to pay a certain amount but not what it was for, it would be helpful having a note of what the charges are for, that way the front desk isn’t confused also, we got it figured out after some phone calls to which then we were told what the charges are for.

Mattress was THIN and equivalent to non existent. I had to sleep in the crease between the two twin beds. I was more tired after sleeping than I was before.
Rooms are absolutely TINY.
