Todo muy bien el lugar, limpieza, alrededores, solo tuvimos inconvenientes con la persona que atiende barra en la mañana, atiende de mala gana y agrega la propina sin preguntar

El cuarto, ubicación, servicio y todo excelente. Lo único en lo que podrían mejorar es con las almohadas, ya son un viejas y están "boludas".

Cama cómoda, buena ducha. El desayuno rico pero limitado sería conveniente mejorarlo. Personal amable. No me gusto que esté la entrada llena de letreros de fotocopias hay que señalar con mejor gusto. Por el nombre del hotel espere un mejor hotel y no me refiero a muebles o edificio; sino verdaderamente detalles de servicio o instalación ÚNICOS como lo dice la marca , más me quedo con un hotel estándar solamente. Excelente ubicación

The room was very nice but wasn't impressed with the towels and placements majority of the towels seem very worn.... Those little details mean a lot.

The room was unfortunately not properly cleaned (floor stains), smelled of very harsh cleaning products upon arrival. The hotel’s condition has deteriorated significantly since my last stay in 2021. For example, the shower tiles needed to be re-grouted, the glass door hinge for the toilet room should be re-installed/checked, and the ac was leaking onto the seating area underneath. There was also about two feet of flooring baseboard missing upon entering the room. The closets dont have hangers yet there’s hanging space… having said all this, the service / people that work there are great!!! The location is also nice!!!

Un hotel pequeño con una limpieza de habitaciones extraordinaria. La cama, almohadas y ropa de cama de buena calidad y muy cómodos. El área de toilette impecable, una ducha muy cómoda. La decoración industrial moderna limpia y agradable. El café de la habitación no es recomendable. El personal de la recepción poco atento y menos dispuesto a ayudar. Falta, en general, una buena ventilación en todas las áreas que elimine el olor de productos desinfectantes, insecticidas y otros. ESE es el único problema del lugar.

Me hospedé por la ubicación del hotel. En general, las habitaciones son amplias, silenciosas y cuentan con todo lo necesario. Sin embargo, tanto el edificio como las áreas comunes y las habitaciones requieren algo de mantenimiento. No se percibe sucio, pero sí se nota la falta de pintura en algunos lugares y ciertos detalles que no están bien fijados o parecen inconclusos. En resumen, para un viaje corto el hotel es perfecto; solo recomendaría dar mayor mantenimiento a esos aspectos.

I liked the location, it was walking distance from everything that’s convincingly to someone traveling alone. My room had a bad Oder I let the front desk know to check it and when I came back the Oder was less but still there. I was uncomfortable because of the Oder but after a while I just felt with it since my stay was short.

El personal muy amable y disponible, pero es necesario reemplazar los colchones, las sobrecamas y mayor privacidad en el área del baño, así como mejorar varios detalles a nivel general de las instalaciones.

Las habitaciones están muy limpias, pero el aspecto de los acabados hacen ver los cuartos descuidados como zoclos mal pegados, malos terminados de tablaroca, el estacionamiento también. Las almohadas no me gustaron, y la habitacion que reservé arriba tiene el bar, aunque la musica terminó a la 1a.m.
