When we checked in their was rotten food in the fridge from a previous guest.
It’s advertised as having a private bathroom but that’s not true. You have to leave your room and go into common area to get to “your” bathroom. Supposedly each room has their own bathroom but at least 3 times I found other guests using my bathrooms. The bathroom was often gross and dirty from random people using it all day. I tried getting help from staff but people kept using my bathroom. I have Crohn’s disease and need access to a bathroom. I would not have booked here if I knew this.
The location in nice but very loud since it’s right beside a busy road walking bridge.
The food is ok.
There were a lot of bugs in the hotel. Mostly ants.
Even if you put up the do not disturb sign they will still come in your room while your out. They turned off my ac when I went for a walk so I came back to a scorching hot room.
