Fantastic hotel, we just spent a couple of nights during our transit but wish we would have spent more! Spacious room, great views, friendly staff, great position.

Nice hotel but quite busy at breakfast. Pool staff could be better. Loved the fine dining restaurant and staff.

Clean big rooms, great shower pressure and lots of amenities. Central location to everything, best 5 star hotel ever. The staff were all super nice and helpful.

The infinity pool and the spa facilities were particular highlights of our one night stay at the EQ, together with the breakfast buffet and late check out to accommodate our evening flight. The EQ provided the ideal relaxing stop over on our journey back to the UK from Australia and arranged for airport transfers too..

We had a great experience at the EQ Hotel. The room was comfortable and overall well maintained and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a great experience and they have a diverse buffet. It’s also well located from an access standpoint but is on a major road that sees heavy traffic so waiting for a taxi can sometimes be an extended time. Overall great experience and I would recommend this hotel.

日本人スタッフの方がいらっしゃったため、分からないこともすぐ聞くことが出来、安心しました。
お部屋もとても清潔でシャワーの水圧も問題なく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。
クリスマスツリーもとっても素敵でした。

A lovely hotel in a great location for the tourist places to visit when in KL. Staff very helpful.
Pool seating area fairly small but this was never an issue. Poolside menu limited but food was tasty.
It's a shame we couldn't order a coffee whilst sat by the pool.
Great gym and lovely sauna/steam room area.
Wonderful views from Sky51 bar.

Eq Hotel sets the standard for luxury accommodation. From the minute we arrived to our departure we were treated like royalty. Every request was accommodated.
Mini bar and snacks were a lovely surprise. Breakfast buffet was out of this world.
Special thank you to the bell boy at breakfast entry. He is so fun and happy He made me a coffee to take on my outing which was much appreciated.
Only suggestion would be a seating area at the main entrance as I sat on the water feature by accident thinking it was a seat. For which I do apologise.

Stayed in a Premier King Room and absolutely adored the view and experience.

Lovely spacious room. Immaculately clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, food was great, huge choice something for everyone. The lady who appeared to be overseeing the service was particularly helpful and had a friendly and informative manner.
We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Room:36 th floor- beautiful spacious bed v comfy view amazing of twin towers.
Blackout blinds brilliant. Shower v powerful - lovely.
Lifts: v fast no waiting. Secure - can only get to ur own floor with key card
Sky bar51 awesome views and night skyline. pumping music - bit too loud at times hard to talk. Cocktails very nice. Slightly pricey £15 but expected for views and 5*
Service: very good @ reception and breakfast.
Didn’t eat in hotel - looks amazing but expensive.
Breakfast: wide variety & tasty but everything is Luke warm - only real criticism. They don’t close kids on food warmers.
Location right in centre so accessible. Walked to most things within 1 km
Hotel airport transfer bookable easy and cheaper than cab !
Really recommend this hotel. Ticks all the boxes. We are returning for a night before travelling home

Great hotel and great location. Big rooms, lots of amenities including unlimited refills of a free minibar. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Parking is free if you’re a guest. Rooftop bar has a great view and guests can walk in without a reservation.
TVs in rooms are old fashioned pay per view style with a few rubbish channels, and the remote is bespoke so no option to watch your own streaming services like a more modern setup would allow - this is my only criticism.

立地がよく、お部屋や設備もとてもきれいでした。そして何よりスタッフのみなさまが最高でした。困っているときにフレンドリーに声をかけてくださったり、こちらが英語の理解ができないときは翻訳ツールを駆使して対応してくださったりしてありがたかったです。また日本人スタッフの方もいらして細やかに相談にのってくださったりして常に安心、リラックスして過ごせました。
子どもたちがホテルで誕生日を迎えたのですが、お部屋をデコレーションしてくださりかわいらしいケーキもご用意くださりすてきな誕生日を過ごすことができました。またクアラルンプールに滞在するときには宿泊したいです。

Wonderful hotel. Delicious breakfast buffet. Delicious and affordable room service. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Loved the room darkening, remote blinds. Convenient to paths shops and trains. Loved it.
