I really enjoyed my stay at KLoe Hotel, that I booked it again for the second half of my trip in Malaysia. It’s a perfectly placed quiet retreat after a busy day of sightseeing in KL. It’s just outside of the main busy area of Bukit Bintang but still central and close enough to walk (or get a Grab taxi in the heat/at night!)
The rooms were large, thought out, and I enjoyed the aesthetics of the hotel design. The staff were really friendly also!

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen KL Städte Trip. Innenstadt leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants und super Mall TRX ganz in der Nähe. Super Preis Leistung

Nettes Boutique Hotel. Clean, reduziert und gut zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist es etwas laut, dafür ist man sehr nah an allem was KL zu bieten hat. Außerdem gute Verbindung zu zwei MRT Linien. Das Hotel bietet tolles Frühstück und nettes Personal.

Breakfast in the hotel was great!
The staff is super friendly, especially Eiol who was extremely hospitable and allowed me to check in earlier. He was always ready to assist.

Love the hotel vibes and all the little details e.g. name on TV screen, little notes, local childhood snacks. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great location too. Bed is comfy and the inhouse cafe is great! Definitely would come back here again.

We throughly enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel. Loved the interior design but it’s the service and friendly staff that really make the experience special. For this very reason we shifted from other accommodation in KL to Kloe and we enjoyed it so much that we booked it again at the end of our holiday. Great location too.

We are 2 senior adults from Australia who recently had a very positive stay at Kloe Hotel. Location is very central and the hotel was easy to find. The amenities were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathroom spotless. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel is gorgeous - modern and comfortable. The living room vibe of the lobby encourages guests to work, dine, chill and socialize.
We had coffee and breakfast at the cafe every morning and had dinner there the night we arrived. The food was delicious - and although the restaurant was closed while we were there, the cafe menu was wonderful.
And the staff were so welcoming and lovely! They even packed up some to go snacks for us to take to the airport, knowing that we had a long day of travel ahead!
Highly recommend this property!

I stayed 5 nights at this modern and trendy hotel in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, and it was a fantastic experience. The lobby is stylish and inviting, perfect for working or relaxing, and the on-site café offers a great coffee and food. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
The rooms are cool and well-designed, providing a comfortable retreat. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from the bustling shopping area and vibrant nightlife of Bukit Bintang.
Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

This was our second stay at KLoé Hotel, and it was just as exceptional as the first! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service stood out—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s rare to find such genuine care and professionalism, and it’s one of the reasons we keep coming back.
The hotel’s design is stunning, with its modern and artistic aesthetic that feels both chic and comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor creates such a unique and inviting atmosphere—it’s truly a space that stands out in Kuala Lumpur.
The food was absolutely fantastic once again. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Dining here is a real treat!
The location is also ideal—perfectly situated to explore the city’s highlights while still offering a peaceful retreat when you return.
KLoé Hotel continues to exceed our expectations with its combination of great service, thoughtful design, delicious food, and unbeatable location. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Highly recommend this hotel.
Check in was quick and easy.
All staff were super friendly, which added to the vibe of the hotel.
Couldn’t fault our room in any way, it had everything we needed, and a few treats!
Breakfast was delicious, especially the ‘lucky granola’, which I am going to miss!
We didn’t use the pool, but it was nice to have the option if we’d wanted to.
Location is great, we walked to most places, but it is a short walk away from train/monorail stations. Lots of shopping malls/restaurants nearby!

Loved the look of the hotel and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.
Our room was great, only suggestion would be to add hooks to hang towels as there are none.
Overall, fabulous stay and would absolutely recommend it.

There is nothing that we did not love about this hotel. Beautiful decor. Excellent customer service. Great vibe. Super convenient. Incredible views. Spacious room. One of our new favorites — highly recommended!

From the outside this hotel doesn't exactly ooze much charm or expectations. However, you don't judge a book by its cover! Surrounded by dozens of mega chain luxury hotels (Hyatt, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, etc.) within a walking distance this privately-owned property is reminiscent of "a little train that could..." The lobby features charming decor and is sparkling-clean. Front desk team is very helpful, kind, and clearly put their clients first. There's an aura of intimacy and friendliness that is generally lacking in chain hotels.
Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Huge windows allow plenty of light. AC worked great. Amenities included bath robes, slippers, bathroom supplies, coffee (instant), tea, bottled water. There's a decent WIFI. The only thing I found a bit disappointing is lack of storage space and no hooks or hangers in the bathroom.
There's a coffee shop in the lobby which also serves few breakfast items and a small bar. There's a train station "Tun Razak Exchange" within a new Exchange Mall about 10 minutes walking; there's another huge mall "The Pavilion" close by. Right around the corner is the famous Bikut Bitang filled with street food and shops. Petronas Towers is about 25 minutes of (somewhat tedious) walk.

Courtyard room has ample space for 2 persons. Essential amenities provided but wished they had body moisturizer in the room as well, i had to go out to buy a bottle. Walking distance to TRX, Pavilion, Changkat

The hotel has a great design, the rooms are a bit small but it is still a great place to stay and also it is in a great location. You have a few restaurants and malls around. Their cafe at the lobby is great and the food is also really good!

We stayed in Kloe for 4 nights as part of our SEA honeymoon. It's a perfect pit stop to visit all the tourist destinations as its either a short walk to them or 10 minutes to the nearest MRT.
The hotel itself is very stylish, rooms are small but comfortable and has all necessaries plus amazing aircon! Bathroom is nice, frosted glass means you'll need to be quite friendly with your companion (also toilet paper is good quality!)
Service was immaculate, didnt get to use the pool but there was a cute little market within the hotel grounds.
I believe they are a 3 star rated hotel but should definitely be higher, I cant recommend Kloe enough.

I booked Kloe hotel based on the recommendation of another friend who had stayed here. This hotel is located right near shopping, restaurants but located on a quieter part of the area. The decor is very Brooklyn and reminds of a hipster hotel. Reasonable rates. They leave you a basket of Malaysian cookies and candies and have 2 carafes of filtered water for you. Rooms are on the smaller side but I was out most of the day and didn’t mind. As I’m from NY, I’m used to ambient outside noise but if you are a light sleeper you may hear the karaoke bar next door into the early morning hours. I fell asleep just fine. I did not use the pool but it seemed nice on the 2nd floor. Very cute lobby / receptionist area with an onsite cafe where you can order light food and coffee. Nearby the hotel literally right next door is a gas station with McDonald’s. As there’s no gym in the building, Anytime Fitness is across the main road and you can easily go to their website and download a 3 day trial pass. I highly recommend Black Bixon cafe for yummy breakfast. I had their avocado toast with fried egg and you can get assorted pastries from there. Overall Kloe was a great place to stay for my 3 nights in KL. Good value and did the job.

Clean and beautiful room, cozy pool, amazing staff. Everything was so nice I could stay whole day in the hotel.
It would have been nicer if the restaurant was open but the food court of TRX mall is nearby so not a big deal.
Not hotel’s issue, but the roads around the hotel is a little tricky/unfriendly for pedestrians.

Amazing hotel. Inside and out extremely nice for the price point. Look exactly like the photos. Room smelled good. AC works well. Good water pressures. Cute snacks provided. Nice view. Good noise blocking. Pool was very refreshing. The only restaurant there close permanently but the reception did not mention. Hotel is in the back of a gas station/mcdonald so i could hear bike revving at 3am and could not sleep. But overall i really enjoyed my stay. Walked by other hotels i could have booked but all looked too busy. This hidden gem was sold out and all booked yet did not feel too busy nor crowded.

This hotel is brilliant, our room was fantastic with amazing air con and great facilities. The staff were also brilliant, friendly and attentive, they even went out of their way to help us source some local snacks for a souvenir that we couldn't find in the shops. Can't recommend enough.

Extremely relaxing-super comfortable bed. Hotel has a very minimalist layout. Yet even in the simpleness the place is very chic. Comfort amenities wherever you go. I most certainly recommend this place as a destination on your visit of KL Malaysia
