Fantastic hotel, short walk to downtown. Located by the river, with a beautiful view.
Property in pristine conditions, combine comfort with wonderful pieces of antiques.
The staff was very helpful, and really showed how welcoming we were.
We will certainly come back.

It has an excellent location. I booked a cruise and I could go walking from this hotel. The main touristic attractions are walkable. Staff super!

This was our annual family winter break. The hotel staff were so friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent and very central for visiting the various attractions and savouring the night life.

This was a wonderful stay and I believe we hit the jackpot as far as hotels go here. The place was clean and cozy. We felt extremely safe and the best part is that the staff were very kind and helpful giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. The location is also in a perfect spot to walk around. If we’re back in Lisbon we will be staying here!

We stayed a week in a spacious, two-bedroom river front apartment that captured the most beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and made the check-in process smooth. The apartment was beautifully clean and well-maintained.
Very large layout with an amazing view over the Tejo River.
Highly recommend.

We had a great stay during our 5 day trip to Lisbon, and a large part of it was our stay at Varandas de Lisboa. This was a great location, in walking distance to Sao Jorge Castle, Barrio Alto, Alfama, Baixa, and Praça do Comercio. The view from our balcony was beautiful and we truly thought it enhanced our experience. One thing to note is you have to walk up 2 large flights of stairs before you get to the reception area where there is an elevator. We parked across the street at Campo das Cebolas, and it worked out great (25€ a day). Our rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We will be coming back here!

The accomodation was great. The location could not have been better for a city break. Easy access to a range of transport to sites as well as being next to a favourite (casa de bica). Range of cafes and restaurants right at the doorstep.

Very professional and helpful staff! They make you feel appreciated. I asked for a few things like iron and board no problem within minutes at my door.

Wonderful building and spacious room with excellent views of the river. Very close to the cruise port (we could see the ship from the window). Abdul and Victoria on reception were extremely welcoming and helpful. One member of our party had mobility issues but there was a back entrance straight to the lift.

The property was a bit hard to find at first, given its very small, inconspicuous door. Once that door was found, however, I was greeted warmly by very attentive staff.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in 4 e avevamo una stanza bellissima e spaziosa divisa in due camere moderne e con magnifica vista sul porto. A disposizione dei clienti c'e' una cucina utile per poter risparmiare sui pasti. I bagni sono in condivisione con altri ospiti ma è sempre pulito. Il personale è gentilissimo. Un plauso anche alla posizione della struttura. Se torneremo a Lisbona torneremo sicuramente qui.

Très bien situées, les varandas de Lisbonne vous accueillent au pied de l’Alfama. Très propres, les appartements et chambres sont proches de toutes les commodités et des transports. Idéal pour visiter tout Lisbonne et rayonner sur Cascais, Sintra etc…

配車アプリのドライバーではこの地区に入るライセンスがないので、空港からスーツケースなどある方はタクシーの利用をお勧めします。

The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating when you are traveling with children. The location is excellent to see old town Lisbon. Downstairs is a wide array of restaurants, which makes it easy to feed the kids and get them into bed after a long day of sightseeing.

We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The shared bathrooms were almost always available when needed and if they were occupied, you could go down a few floors and find a free one. The woman who checked us in was very sweet. She let us store our bags upon check in and promised to call us when our room was ready. She even allowed us to check in earlier than normal. When we checked out, our flight wasn’t until very late in the evening. They allowed us to store bags again and we could relax in the common areas until our flight that evening. I recommend this place. It’s very beautiful and makes for a comfortable stay.

This hotel was in a great location for walking around and for getting to a lot of activities. The service was excellent - very thoughtful of our needs. We had a 2 bedroom suite with its own bathroom, which was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. There are several street restaurants right outside the hotel with great Portuguese food. Lots of fish!

We spent 3 wonderful nights here. Fabulous location. Many dining options in the same street. Walkable to shops and major tourist spots. Staff super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Foi uma estadia excelente, fomos muito bem recebidos e o local estava muito limpo e organizado. Apesar dos banheiros serem compartilhados, estavam sempre limpos, assim como os demais cômodos compartilhados. A localização também é excelente, fica a poucos metros do metrô, o que facilita a ida do aeroporto para a hospedagem tranquilamente de metrô. Houve um dia em que fui tomar banho e a água estava bem gelada, mas a atendente prontamente resolveu meu problema. Então, para mim, os dias que passei lá realmente valeram a pena.

The room is rather small, but bed is comfortable. We had shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with a beautiful view on the 5th floor. Great neighborhood in Alfama, walking distance to Praco de Comercio and Rossio Square. Excellent choice!
