디즈니 랜드와 가까워서 선택했는데...도쿄시내와는 1시간이 조금 넘는 거리에 있어서 4가족이라 택시 많이 이용했어요~ 여러 편리성을 고려해서요~
그래도 룸 컨디션도 여러 서비스도 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 주변에 이용가능한 식당이나 매장이 거의 아무것도 없는 것이 좀 아쉬웠네요~호텔은 좋았습니다^^
참 체크인때 한국분이 계셔서 이것저것 많이 물어보고 도움 많이 받았습니다. 그것도 너무 좋았습니다^^

The staff are super friendly. The location is close to Disneyland with the free shuttle service provided. The rooms and additional amenities are clean.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and attentive, our room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. the property was very clean and nice. The only amenities I used was the gym but it was nice for what it was. 10/10!

Hotel was amazing, room was great, staff was awesome and shuttle bus was an added bonus. I did get a surprise bill at the end that I didn’t realize was a part of it, my fault. But it’s a great hotel would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful! Having shuttle to and from the hotel was a great option to get to the nearest subway line, Disneyland and Tokyo Sea. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out and that gave us time to go out. There also is an airport limousine bus you can book that picks you up from the hotel which was cheap and convenient. The downfall was being far from food places, convenient stores, etc. and we had to Uber Eats food. Other than that, a fantastic stay!

L'accueil à la réception a été chaleureux et professionnel, avec un personnel toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et très confortables. Le design est élégant et la propreté irréprochable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le lit, qui était d'une qualité exceptionnelle, parfait pour une bonne nuit de sommeil après une journée de visite.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet était varié et délicieux, avec de nombreuses options à la fois internationales et japonaises.

室内も清潔で広々としており、子どもたちも部屋での時間を楽しんでいました。
朝食も何を食べても美味しく、野菜が新鮮で毎朝楽しみにしてました！
テレビ下の収納の扉が壊れており閉めても開いてしまうので、修理した方が良いと思います。
次、遊びに来る時もまた利用させて頂きたいと思います！

Las habitaciones muy amplias y muy cómodas! El personal en general 10 de 10! Hacen hasta lo imposible por darte el mejor servicio! Llegamos mucho antes del horario del check-in y aún así nos dieron nuestra habitación para poder pasar a descansar después del viaje tan largo. 100% recomendable!!

小学4年生のこどもとTDRで遊ぶために、2泊利用させてもらいました。
まず、ロビーからラグジュアリー感が溢れていて、ちょうど外資系のクルーがチェックイン手続きをされていた時に、私たちもフロントに到着したこともあり、外国に来たのかなと思いました。お部屋も、センスの良いインテリア、壁紙、お部屋も清潔で、次も是非利用したいと思いました。

The breakfast was amazing! Delicious, hot and plenty of variety.
The staff were very professional and friendly. They carried our bags to our room and to the airport limousine bus. They even made sure we got on the right bus to the airport.

ディズニー終わりのチェックインで混雑してましが、スムーズに手続きできました。ホテルもとても綺麗で、ゆったりとくつろげました。

Estuve una semana y mi e de adía fui muy buena el hotel cuenta con trasporte gratuito a las estaciones de tren y también te lleva al Skytree a la estación de Tokio lo que hace que te puedas mover a cualquier punto excelente hotel
