Room cleanliness is okay. There are spots where it's dusty but yet the important thing like the bed etc are all clean. The one thing that is slightly annoying lately is the fact that you can no longer keep the A/C ventilating the room while you're out as you need an actual key card from them. They will claim that there is insufficient card always.

This is the best hotel for value for money. I have stayed here many times and will continue to choose this for most of my KL visit.
Location is not so near public transport but grab being so cheap in Malaysia, you can grab a taxi to anywhere
Hotel may not have restaurant but again you can get food delivered from anywhere in 10-15 mins and have it at level 1 .

This hotel is amazing, nice and clean throughout, I love the infinity pool on the 29th floor with a fantastic view of the city, and the roof top has a sky deck where you can sunbath and relax. I would stay here again in future.

到着時はシステムトラブルでチェックインできず、そのまま出かけたが、それ以外はセキュリティーもしっかりしていて満足。プールは広くて、10往復した。ラマダン最中のため、ビジネスエリアは使用不可であったが、快適に過ごせそうだ。

Near to LRT station and easily accessible to major shopping mall in Klang Valley. Reasonable price, spacious room, friendly staff.

Its very near to everything. Its affordable. However the room has cigarette odour. I guess they havent clean up the smoke remnant by previous occupant.

Place is super clean and the whole area looks brand new. You need to request for a towel after you check-in. The staff are all quite friendly though so that’s no problem. There is a supermarket and lots of good eateries within walking distance less than a minute away. Also the Gateway mall is some 5-10 minute walk away while the Megamall is some 5-10 minutes away by car. Well recommended if you’re looking for a nice convenient place to stay in KL

Hôtel très agréable avec une belle piscine et de beaux espaces. La chambre était très propre mais même au 22eme étage c’était bruyant.

큰 도로와 지하철이 지나가서 소음이 심하지만, 교통이 편리하고 가격에 비해 시설이 좋습니다. 전구가 깜빡거려서 불편했고, 내부 시설에 대한 점검은 필요합니다.

Room was a bit on the small side, but managable.
No shower door meaning half of the bathroom was wet when coming out from the shower.
Decent location with a number of eateries just across the room.

Lower floors towards the train and highway are noisy. But other then that it was good. Clean room and towels every day.

毎日お掃除してくれましたが担当者によって質はまちまちでした。とても綺麗に掃除してくれた女性もいれば、シーツ交換をサボった人もいました。タオル交換を忘れられた時、お願いしに行ったら投げられましたが、交換して貰えただけマシでした。外国人はQRコードが使えないのが少し不便でしたが、以前、滞在した時よりも快適でした。

駅が近いので、電車の音が朝早くから、聞こえます。部屋の向きによるかもしれませんが。
筆記机がもっと大きく、木の丸椅子でなければ、パソコンしやすくて、ベターです。

Everything is good except the Wifi speed is unacceptable and only limit to 3 devices per room. We’re staying in a 2 bedrooms corner room and the wifi signal is so weak and can not connect to my laptop.
