客室のテレビ番組がローカル局のみで､CNNやBBCなど英語放送が見られなかっただのが残念でした。レストランの朝食はバリエーション豊富で良かったです。

離鬧區跟捷運站都很近，算是鬧中取靜，附近有很多獨棟的高檔餐廳，地點很棒，算是CP值高的住宿😊

the hotel servicing is over then my expectation before I'm check-in, especially the reception staff they're very Enthusiastic and professional, the hotel location in the downtown central, this hotel make my trip have a very nice ending for this time.

此旅館雖沒有附近大飯店或網紅等級的完整設施（沒有游泳池），但是地點位置極佳、房間光線良好、整齊清潔、早餐簡單卻營養衛生、並附有小型健身房。稱得上是「麻雀雖小五臟俱全」的商旅型小飯店。看得出管理團隊的用心，得以在四、五星飯店林立的黃金地段，以高性價比取勝。

Even though it takes only 5 minutes to the main street, the pavement of the side street is uneven. Cars do not stop for pedestrians. The staff at the hotel are very polite, friendly and helpful. We are on the 9 floor, the room is spacious and bright.

It's worth all the money!
I really like the property and how compact the room is because I like small, but compact room. The location is in the middle of attractions like Pavilion, KLCC Suria mall, Twin Towers and new mall called TRX. It's the nicest budget hotel I have ever stayed in Malaysia.

The room was good. Clean, well maintained, with all the necessary amenities

The room was of a average size with a small bathroom and toilet but had coffee and tea making in room. Hair dryer, and tap to fill up your cup to maintain hydration. Air conditioning was too cold for me so they supplied me with an extra blanket. The breakfast was on the 1st floor and offered a varied menu. The one thing missing was a hand towel. The laundry service was good.

For the price we are comfortable and see value. The service was good. Only gripe it maybe the pillows have a smell although the pillow case was clean. Walls are super thin so we can hear if we have a noisy neighbour or people shouting downstairs - best to bring earplugs.

Pros: Easy check-in and check-out. Great location for the price if you want to be close to Bukit Bintang, but not on the main strip. Loved the eco-friendly built-in drinking water system.
Cons: Room was a bit small, but if you're not going to be in your hotel much, it's fine. The shower handle looked like it had seen better days. The window shade in the shower had mold growing on it. No hand soap for the sink, and no one was available to talk to at the front after midnight when I got back.
Overall: Good place if you just need a place to stay near the hub of everything.

They had a large group the same week so the floors were not shockingly not as cleaned coming out of the elevators. Then some rooms were rushed. However, the personnel acknowledged & they were very responsive & helpful. I would visit again.

Had two rooms for the four of us (two teenage boys). Was conveniently located in a good area, and was clean and well kept. Would certainly stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to move around. Additionally, the price was very reasonable given the good condition and amenities.

There is only one elevator in the hotel. In the morning rush hour, long wait is not good.

The hotel is in a central location although there are limited facilities in the immediate area.
The car park uses lifts for the cars, which are quite difficult to get in an out of the car.
The bathroom in the room is very small, with the door opening inwards rather than sliding. This means you have to move yourself awkwardly around the toilet to close the door

Nothing to complain. It’s better than a certain 4-star hotel I stayed in Melaka. It would have been perfect if they can get rid of the narrow sloping car parking rack which serves no purpose. Service is excellent. Place is clean. Walking distance to Pavilion & Bukit Bintang.

Hôtel très proche de tout. Personnel agréable. Seul bémol : on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres mais rien de particulier à KL.

Had booked this hotel for an overnight stay in KL.
So there are 2 Dorsett hotels across from each other - This one is the economical one.
Would recommend only for a very short trip.
The breakfast option is there but it has very limited options.

值得贊是員工非常有禮貌、服務也很很好。是次入住原因是和家人小孩入住、非常接近柏威年廣場、之前也入住付近的酒店非常方便、和小孩是免費入住、但是前住柏威年廣場帶著小孩非常麻煩、因為沒有交通燈或班馬線方便行人、橫過馬路非常危險、酒店付近一片爛地。下次不會考慮再次入住。

I stayed at this property for 4 nights with my partner on arrival to KL. There were limited photos on Google and Expedia but we took a chance. The hotel is more of a budget hotel for the area. In terms of location, we loved it. It’s very walkable to Bukit Bintang and The Exchange TRX. It’s in an area with a bunch of other hotels and nice restaurants and malls. The room was tiny and wasn’t in the best condition. There were scuffs on the walls and caulking was falling off. It was annoying that there was only one universal outlet in the room while the 3 others were not. They could do with some renovations. I don’t think I’d stay here again but if you’re on a budget it’s a good option for the location.

位置还可以 旁边不远就是榴莲公园 离pavilion步行几分钟就到 但酒店内部设施就很一般了 隔音不好 房价是便宜 但差不多这个价格我也住到了很好的酒店

Hôtel bien situé. La chambre est propre et la literie confortable. Bon séjour en général.
Deux bémols ; le service de chambre qui tape a la porte trop tôt pour le nettoyage de la chambre.
Les fermetures automatisées très bruyantes des portes de chambre .

Nous sommes rester 3 nuit dans cet hôtel et le ménage n’a pas été fait, et quand nous avons récupérer la chambre elle était faite mais le ménage laisser à désirée. La chambre est assez petite, quand même

The soundproof is extreme terrible. You can hear the guest next to your room wash hands, flush, showing, evening talking. The room is not very clean. The guest before me had used the cup to brush the teeth and they dont clean it and they just put the cup back to next guest. Also, i found a clipped nail on the floor.
Please AVOID this hotel if possible.
