Otele gittiğimizde duşların ve lavaboların odanın dışında olduğunu söylediler bu uygulamada Yazmıyordu mağduriyet yaşadık duşlu ve lavabolu odalar için ek ücret talep edildi maalesef verdik hotels.com'dan yapılan rezervasyonlarda sıkıntı yaşadıklarını aktardılar ama sonuç olarak Mağdur olan bizdik

What an absolute dump of a place. The air con pipe drained into a 5 litre bottle that you had to empty, daily. The electric distribution board had no cover so it was open to the elements. The socket in the bathroom right besides the sink was open and exposed to the water as the hairdryer was wired directly into the back of it. The wardrobe has basically like a pendulum swing and was falling apart, being held up by a set of drawers. The wifi was atrocious and hardly worked. Every night you could hear the noise coming from the front desk and kept you awake until the staff decided to be quiet

Rezervasyon yapmalarına ragmen ve ucretini ödemelerine ragmen istemedigi kisileri zorla baska otellere yonlendirmesi ve otelde konaklamamalari icin hertürlü sindirme politikasını izlemesi. Satiklari otel odsdinin kalinmiyacak kadar berbat olmasi. Ortak banyo ve tuvaletletinin rezalet bicimde kullanissiz olmasi.

I stayed in a basic economic room but the main issue was that the door handle of the room 603 is broken. The air conditioning blowed hot air instead of cool air. So I basically stayed there with just surviving from the window being open and also leaving the room door open to let breeze through. The room was right in front a shared shower room and when anyone showers. The entrance to the room was all flooded with water.

Very poor hygiene conditions.There were lots of dust gathered on toilet fan.Not enough toilet papers.Tv wasn't working and WiFi is very unreliable.Would not stay here again!

Room was dirty and stinky, smoked ! Shared toilet was dirty too! I even didnt try to use a shower.

Çok vasat bir deneyimdi. Hijyen yok. Yastık ve çarşaflarda kıllar vardı. Başka otellere yollamaya çalışıyorlar.

It is very dirty hotel and the specification mentioned in the website are not correct. There is no AC, WC and shower are in 5th floor and the room in the ground floor. There is no window in the room for air circulation and the room is very hot. The door lock is not working from the inside and outside door hand is broken. I can advise other to stay away from this hotel.

Odalar leş gibi.Sigara kokuyor her yer.Ekonomi odalarında tuvalet banyo ortakmış belirtilmemişti.Lavoba kapıları bozuktu ve belirtmemize rağmen odayı değiştirmediler.Banyoda duşa kabin yok.Klozet su akıtıyor.Sürekli bir gürültü hakim.Berbattı

I booked Ozgur hotel in my original booking.When I arrived there they told me that there's no room available at Ozgur hotel and told me that they can provide a room at their sister hotel Denizbank!
What a joke! I said ok and went to Denizbank hotel.The room was horrible, it was in state of unfinished building,no curtain,no door handle,very poor hygiene,bed sheets were footy.Over all disgusting experience! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THESE HOTELS! YOU WILL GET MOST LIKELY SCAMMED!

it was dirty and noisy. We arrived at 11pm in the night and were given the complete wrong bedroom. I paid for 'garden view' double bedroom with two single beds. I was given tiny room with one double bed and was told to separate the beds myself with no offer of extra blankets. I then went to use the toilet and the hole toilet seat fell. I asked for room change the next day and they gave another dirty bedroom with no curtains and the toilet would not flash. I tried to be patient with it and then on the third day, we came back from sightseeing to rest at the hotel and it looked like some men had slept on my bed in my absence because there was soooo much men hair on my bed which looked absolutely cleaned in the morning when I left. I had the biggest headache with my stay at this hotel that in the end I had to pay another hotel 260 to stay for the extra nights I was in Antalya. When i left the hotel and checked out two nights earlier than my stay there, The manager did nothing for me. It was almost as though they had over booked and they wanted me to leave so that they could offer that room to someone else. Honestly I've never experience anything like it before. I was shocked and disgusted that how do all these travel websites get away with advertising a hotel like ozgur hotel.

Otele gittiğimizde tuttuğumuz yerin ortak tuvaletli olduğunu öğrendik. Ekstra para karşılığı başka bir şubelerinde özel banyolu bir oda tuttuk. 4 gece kaldık ve 1 kez bile temizlik yapılmadı. Duş içerisinde ne şampuan ne başka bir şey vardı. İstediğimizde 1 taneyi zor alabildik. Duş başlığı kırıktı ve yine söylememize rağmen kimse bakmaya bile gelmedi. Odada pencere adı altında var olan şey her ne ise asla ışık almıyor. Çalışanlar aşırı ilgisiz ve asık suratlı. Otelle alakalı tek olumlu yer bulunduğu yer ama bir daha Antalya'ya gidersem sokakta kalmayı buraya tercih ederim.

TERRIBLE, RIPPED OFF, THEY LIED ABOUT ROOM THAT ITS NOT AVAILABLE THE ONE I HAVE RESERVED. They double charged for the same ROOM! Nothing works , poor CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Отдыхали в Кемере, а данный отель на 5 часов использовали как камеру хранения чемоданов, так как вылет был ночью и хотели погулять по Анталье. Состояние комнаты такое, что присесть на кровати было страшно, не то чтобы здесь ночевать. Но я догадывался, что брал. "Камера хранения чемоданов"
