Air conditioning was a little weak, doesn't really cool down the room even when I set 18degrees. The room was still 26degrees after an hour but it was ok. Room number was 909 btw.

The place was so convenient in all amenities. The hotel was clean and air conditioned was great in their weather. Staff friendly and helpful.

Quarto bom, limpo e com todos os itens necessários para uma boa estadia. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo de muitos bares e restaurantes, além de shopping centers. Fácil acesso ao metrô e da linha do monotrilho.

The rooms are snug, clean and beautiful with all your necessities. The hotel is super central in the bustling Bukit Bintang, with the monorail and Pavilion shopping centre a few steps away, and Jln Alor for your foodie needs. If you're not about noise and flashing lights this is not your area. The staff are friendly, as always. I've been coming here for years, will keep coming back, this place feels like a home to me.

Great locations. In the middle of the shopping belt. Near to the monorail and MRT.
Staff are very courteous. Room looks modern.

Perfect oasis in the heart if KL. Cannot ask for more! Ps: I was on a high floor so the "noise" was bearable. Don't go to the kebab joint beside the hotel. Ultimate tourist trap. Tad inconvenient if you need to travel by car because of the traffic.

Good location and clean, comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bed was small and my friend had to sleep diagonally because he was too tall to sleep normally. Bathroom could be larger too for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel in a very convenient location. Room is clean, love the layout of the bathroom and toilet.

Le séjour a été parfait. J'aurais tout de même préféré une chambre avec fenêtre pour avoir un aperçu de la météo mais sinon l'hôtel est central, très bien situé, près du métro et de toutes les magasins et autres superettes etc. J'ai adoré le design de l'hôtel Wolo, son confort, ses tarifs plutôt intéressants, les couleurs choisies pour la chambre. La mienne etait couleur cuivre très jolie, bien agencée, bien équipée, le lit une merveille confortable. Le choix de la déco est parfait, j'adore et j'espère bien y revenir ou le conseiller à mes proches.

Great room in convenient location- my room looked over Bukit Bintang intersection which was lively and entertaining. Can be a little noisy at times as this area ‘alive’ till 2am most days!
Room very comfortable, loved the floor to ceiling windows, esp in the shower!
Great location for access to Jalan Alor for great food street experience.
Restaurant in hotel looked nice but didn’t dine there, nor did I book their breakfast as reviews were average and there are lots of options in walking distance.
Would have loved a pool once I was there but was fine without it.
Pavilion a nice shopping centre nearby.
15min walk to Petronas towers.
Easy, convenient, modern, clean and friendly- would definitely stay again.

WOLO is located in a fantastic area close to many shops and food markets. Room was comfortable and clean. Very reasonably priced accommodation.

全て良かったです！窓無しの部屋に泊まったのは初めてでしたが快適に過ごせました。
シャワーを使いながら洗面所の水を出すと両方ともお湯が急に熱くなります。なので、その点だけ注意すれば問題ないです。
スタッフの方も感じが良くリッチも最高です。今回は３泊させていただきましたがまた次回もお世話になりたいと思っています。

If u are looking for a place to stay in the heart of Bukit Bintang, this hotel is it. The hotel was clean and the service from the hotel staff was good. The rooms were nice and beds were super comfy.

A really nice hotel in the middle of everything. The staff was wonderful and the room was very nice. You order breakfast the night befor and get it delivered to you room at tour choice of time, the only thing to say anything about is that the breakfast menu is not changeable even if you try. I recommend trying the malasyan breakfast, very good.

交通方便，附近就是KL 的熱鬧中心，吃東西買東西都很方便，早餐是送進房間的，很適合睡晚來不及去餐廳吃的人

改装以前から比べるとかなり快適な部屋になっていました。窓は無い部屋でしたが、立地を考えるとむしろ無くて良かったと思います。

Room was spacious as We got the Suite with window. Bed comfortable however housekeeping service needs improvement. The handovers looked old and worn. Washed cups n glasses were left to dry on a towel in the bathroom. So unhygienic. Ironing board was left on the floor for the 3 days we were there. Litter on carpet wasn’t removed; assumed wasn’t vacuumed during our stay. Concierge n doorman very polite n helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Great location with easy walking access to the Malls.

Perfecte locatie in KLCC met mooie kamer, goed bed en vriendelijke hulpvaardige medewerkers. Het uitzicht vanaf de 12e verdieping op het stadscentrum is geweldig. Aanrader!

El hotel en general está limpio y bonito, muy moderno e inigualable ubicación. El trato muy amable de su personal. Las habitaciones pequeñas y con falta de mobiliario para acomodar la ropa.

とにかく便利なロケーション。 ホテルを一歩出たら、まるで東京の渋谷のような賑わいだが、ホテル内は静かで快適だった。 部屋のアメニティも十分で、水も毎日補充されたし、部屋の清掃もとても早かった。
ただ部屋が寒過ぎて温度調節の仕方が分からず、部屋にいる時は冷房を消していた(それでも寒かった)。
