the hotel is in great location. there are a few fantastic Malaysian sytle restaurants right opposite to it. Also loads of food nearby in China Town. Walking to The Central Maeket takes 10 minutes or less. and maybe 4 minutes to the cloest railway station. Room is new and staff are friendly. we enjoyed a lot our stay there.

Brilliant staff and amenities. This hotel is nothing short of brilliant and the staff are excellent.

The gym met our workout needs. Laundry was quick and efficient. Our room was always clean and housekeeping left ample water and coffee.

Clean room, good breakfast, walking distance to Petaling street, and Central market is about 20-30 mnts walk or can take grab for $5. Booked the room with king bed, got the room at 10th fl at the corner with 2 side of windows, appreciated the city view .

I had a great five night stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, clean, and had a view of the KL Tower and the Petronas Towers at night. The pool is on the 7th floor with a view of Merdeka 118. The location was super convenient. Restaurants are right downstairs and the MRT is just a few minutes away. I didn’t interact much with staff after check-in, but everything went smoothly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it!

Great Stay. Super location...wander all the small alleys in Chinatown and notice how many buildings are being renovated. The metro is about 5 minutes away - walk over and go anywhere in KL without the hassle of traffic (I took it to the airport). Lovely pool...sunset in the pool is cool - good staff who are welcoming, informed and helpful.

Room was clean. Staff were great. But the location is the absolute best. It is a bit to get to since it’s in the heart of town by taxi. You can also take the KLIA Express and transfer to the LRT line and it’s about a 10 min walk from the station.
You are walking distance to endless restaurants and tons of food choices.

I had my honeymoon here and it was absolutely amazing.
Amazing people, amazing breakfast, good clean room, beautiful view. The swimming pool was also nice on the 7th floor.
Only note was that the shower wasn’t as hot as we wanted, but it was not an issue!

It was all very good. Only small issue I had was that you cant turn off the aircond. I now have a hotel head cold.
And no to set the temp was hard as it was a suite it kept varying.

Very good hotel with comfort environment! Breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices. Surrounding area near China town with easy convenience places to go. Also near the MRT/LRT stations which is very convenience to take for visit around the town.

Splendid location! Petaling Street is similar to Greenwich in NYC, it’s has the charm of the old and modern vibe. Yes, there are other place in KL with excellent night life but Petaling Street is more for hipsters and night crawlers and bar hopping. Four Points offers luxurious amenities , yummy breakfast and the best part its location, walking distance( crawling distance)to PS 150, Wildflower and lots and lots of street food eateries and excellent restaurants.

Shopping and great selection of food and restaurants nearby.
Always enjoy walking in and around petaling street. During this occasion half of the Petaling street had completed renovations and proceeding on remaining half. Most stalls are still operating which is good.

앞에 유명한 코피티암 식당및 유명한 가게들이나 관광지가 많은것 같습니다 그리고 차이나 타운도 엄청 가까워요 LRT 역도 가까워서 좋습니다 길게 스테이 하기보단 일정 있으면 1-2박 정도 가성비 있는 숙소로 머물기 좋은거 같아요

Very convenient location and most importantly the view from our room was breathtaking. We were able to get extended late check out time which we appreciated and free refill of 4 bottles of water. The only problem was the next door room was noisy (on the last day) so we can’t sleep until past midnight.

The service from all staff from start to finish was excellent. The rooms are well equipped and very clean and the breakfast buffet fantastic.
Grab taxis always available promptly, and loads of restaurants in vicinity.
