I liked the elevator to reach my room on the third floor. I also liked being close to the Red Wave supermarket in the area. However, my room was pretty noisy both at night and in the early morning. There were strange noises coming from upstairs early morning. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

the resort is very big. The rooms are more beautiful in reality than in the photos. The staff is very professional and experienced, and they all speak good English. there is a wide range of activities on the island and also many different restaurants. The only thing I would have to complain about is that it is simply expensive here.

Place was small , bed and pillows were not comfortable, staff was good.

The first picture advertised for this hotel is showing the pool, which was the only reason we booked this hotel (we were looking at cheaper hotels to stay at as we were only staying for one night. However when checking in, the staff informed us that we have to pay (per hour and per person) to use the pool. This was not stated anywhere in the booking page or fineprint information for this hotel.
Also the beds were not comfortable
