Great location with access to public transport,
Magnificent property with all facilities to make you feel at home. Sarah on check-in was amazing and so very helpful

The staff were all friendly and went above and beyond for our stay.

We were very happy with our accommodation and would recommend it. The only issue is they should provide a broom for cleaning as the place is very dusty and they don’t provide cleaning services unless you pay extra!

Hotel is good . Accessible to Metro and tram.
Only disappoint was , we have booked 5 - 2 bedrooms apartments and expected early check in for couple of apartments. I have requested before going there . Simple they entertain early check ins .

Friendly staff, nice and clean apartment.
Easy parking, everything you need available in the apartment. Only thing was that the house cleaning was not cleaning to well, left the kitchen untouched. But everything else 5 stars

メトロ、トレイン、トラムの駅から近く、スーパーも近くにあり、お部屋も綺麗、備品も綺麗で満足でした。キッチンも洗濯乾燥機もあり便利でしたが電子レンジがなかったのが残念でした。お部屋をグレードアップしていただいたみたいで広いお部屋でした。ありがとうございました。また泊まりたいなと思うホテルでした。

Everything was just AWESOME!!
The staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were BEAUTIFUL, the location was perfect, AND we rented bikes right at the front desk!!!

Super spacious well equipped apartment with stunning views out towards the airport. Friendly helpful staff. Easy transport links to the city, RAI conference centre and airport. It’s in a business area so the restaurants are super busy during the week

Right from the start once we left the airport by train we were there in 10 minutes short walk to the property. check in was very fast I enjoyed security use of the room key to enter the elevator. The apartment style room was great Free coffee and Tea's and fruit in lobby . Less than 50 yards to the public transports Every day we used public transport to get around Netherlands
Airport being a public transport hub also for connecting bus or trains. This facility made our stay very nice

Bery good loft with all your needs ( full kitchen , dishwasher, even washing machine )
Supermarket is 3 minutes away …
Close to both Metro and train ! ( 4 stops to Dame square , 15 minutes to schipol @3.5Eu …)

We loved our stay here. The apartment was modern and well appointed. Fridge/freezer, cook top, oven and a dishwasher (but no microwave).
Two TV's, lounge and comfortable bed. Pod coffee machine, plus you can get free coffee from.the machine near the reception area
The train, metro and tram are all in walking distance.
A supermarket which sells alcohol is just down the road and plenty of restaurants. Market 31 was our favourite. Multiple vendors and a bar all in the same building.
Very happy and the staff are all so friendly.

All was great although we had requested for early checkin but it was not available & informed only when we arrived. Resulted in us waiting to check in for 5hrs in hotel lobby

Endroit très bien situé pour les trains et métro et tram. Très insonorisé. Personnel courtois et agréable sans exceptions. Sécuritaire et propre. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Property was spacious and very convenient location, v close to my office and Amsterdam Zuid train station. Access to the local gym was great too.

清潔感があり、働かれている方の雰囲気も良く、とても居心地が良かったです。歩いてすぐのところにAlbert Heijnというスーパーが２店舗あり、食料品購入もしやすかったです。アップグレードしてくださったみたいで、とても広いお部屋で過ごすことができ、快適でした。

Great location, mins walk to Tram station and super market. Secure parking and apartment has everything we need, from cooking supplier to washer/dryer machines..front desk is very nice and helpful..highly recommend

Modern aparthotel with friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable accomodation. WiFi access is secure but signal strength/speed could be better. Although located in the zuidas business district near the world trade center, with grocery and some restaurant on hand, it is well connected to the airport by train and the city centre by metro and tram if visiting more widely. The walk through Amstel park and along the Amstel to the city centre via the tea-house is an option to see a different side of the city. Cycle hire is also available next to the hotel.

방두개에 가족 네명이 머물기 최적이었습니다. 넉넉한 공간과 청결함. 주방이 도구도 잘 갖추어져있었고. 젓가락만 추가로 가져가면 될정도. 가족여행 숙소로 아주 만족.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was so clean, nice, and comfortable. Only a few steps from the tram, and a few mins walk to the metro station. The location is only a 10-min ride to the city center. Front desk was so nice and welcoming, and my teen kids said the gym was the nicest they've seen. I highly highly recommend!

The property is exceptionally comfortable and well located. It has convenient services like the gym next door and is close to a couple of supermarkets and light rail / train stations to move about.

当初予約した部屋よりグレ－ドアップして頂いた様で、広くてきれいな部屋でした。色々な質問もスタッフからは丁寧に答えて頂き、非常に気持ちの良い宿泊をする事が出来ました。ただ、エアコンの効き過ぎで部屋が少し寒く、エアコンは日本とは違い上限温度が 22℃までしか上がらずエアコンを切りかたを教えてもらい別にヒ－タを用意して頂きました。現地の人と日本人の高齢者の差はあると思いますが、エアコンの温度はせめて 25℃まで上がる様にして欲しいです。

Clean room, great location, good amenities.
Sadly let down by not the friendliest staff and a dangerous rug in the room that liked to slide or curl to become a tripping hazard.
Very overpriced store on site make sure you have your drinks or snacks or there is a supermarket nearby.

這次我們住宿的是兩房一廳的公寓房型，整體空間真的非常舒適，位置也超級方便的，周邊機能對我們來說是非常方便，只是廚房的垃圾每天都會幫忙清理但不知道為何另外兩間浴室的就沒有整理，浴室淋浴空間排水似乎不是很好都會積水所以要洗的小心翼翼，另外有一點讓我們很介意的是，第一時間遇到的女生櫃台很熱心還幫我們查找地圖，但之後換成男生櫃台人員的時候就冷漠許多，這是因為我們發現他對其他西方人的答覆跟服務態度跟對我們的有落差，這讓我們感到有一點被歧視，除此之外飯店的位置及硬體設施是真的都很不錯。

Appart Hôtel propre , spacieux et moderne . Le tram 5 est aux portes de l hôtel pour rejoindre les musées et les canaux .
Hôtel confortable, cependant pour nous et contrairement à ce qui est indiqué ce n' est pas une chambre mais un lit dans un coin de l appartement. De plus la fenêtre ne s ouvre pas. La douche n est pas fermée et même avec précaution l eau est dans toute la piece.

長期宿泊用ホテルとして、キッチン、調理器具、選択乾燥機などがついており、一通りの生活ができる。歩いて5-7分ほどの場所にアルバートハインもあり、買い物に困らない。
アムステルダム南駅が徒歩圏内であり、トラム、バス、メトロ、鉄道、いずれの交通機関も利用でき、立地は最高。
掃除は基本週一、洗剤のフリーサービスは2-3回分と少ないので、洗濯や食洗機の利用が多いと追加で購入の必要あり。
トータルで非常に便利。

Conveniently located property with pleasant staff. Wish bedrooms had blackout curtains for privacy and to keep out morning sun though.

Loft XL has lots of space. Comfy bed.
Only criticism is the air con never kicked in and the room was a bit warm and stuffy. Otherwise a great stay and a friendly front desk

I think it is the best choice if you are traveling with family. Kitchen and two bathrooms! Train, metro, and tram stations are all nearby. The only problem is that you don't get housekeeping service if you stay less than a week. So it was pretty tough to keep it clean for several days. Desk service was always satisfactory.

Bed was comfy and the room was large. People were nice when engaged but we were never greeted otherwise. There was a large dried piece of bread on one of the plates in the cupboard and lots of crumbs on some others. The large knife in the drawer was FILTHY! The dryer took forever and the clothes never got dry.
There was an announcement the second that told us to leave the building immediately. There was an emergency exit right outside our door so we exited and walked down the 16 flights only to end up in the wrong lobby. There was a barrier that would not allow us from the hallway to the lobby so a guys that came down the stairs with us jumped over the wall and told the man at the counter what the problem was. He grudgingly open the gates to let us out. We walked next door to our hotel and asked about the announcement and were told it wasn’t valid anymore. No announcement that said you may return to your room, no explanation and no apologies.
We will be in Amsterdam next year and we will find someplace else to stay.

Location was great next to transportation hubs
The team needs to ensure cleanliness of the apartment, including leftovers from previous residents, there was a bad small coming out of the toilet

Located one stop away from Schipol airport which is convenient. Amsterdam is a small city so it was easy to get to central.
I was really disappointed with the level of cleanliness. There were crumbs and pieces of food in the kitchen cupboards when we arrived. The shower looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned eg. there was dirt in the corners. The toilet also hadn’t been wiped down properly. Service is also really slow and reception staff aren’t very proactive.
