Personeel is behulpzaam. Nadeel ze komen de kamers laat schoonmaken rond 17.00

Location is good, possible to walk to many areas of interest. Train line is just a 5 minute walk, only one stop from KL Sentral.

Was a little tricky to find, not sign posted?
Also there was no staff available to help with my luggage, and theres stairs at the entrance, was a big inconvenience as a single female lone traveler

Big spacious and clean room.
Hot and cold water is outside the room.
Will be great if clothes hangers and a hair dryer can be provided in the room

The hotel place it self located at Kotarya complex in the 5th place is fine ,area around usually busy with people and traffic
Otherwise it is fine and i recommend to stay again

Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht und man hat ziemlich viel Platz. Das war schön. Die meisten Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett. Nur ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Der Abfluss im Bad hat ziemlich ekelig gerochen. Nach 23 Uhr lief noch die Waschmaschine des Personals direkt neben unserem Zimmer, was extrem laut und störend war. Morgens sehr früh genau dasselbe. Auch haben die Mitarbeitenden morgens laut auf dem Flur gerufen. Außerdem hat sich zweimal morgens eine Person direkt vor unserem Zimmer übergeben, was uns jeden Morgen früh geweckt hat. Sonst waren die Zimmer sehr in Ordnung, es gab nur leider kein Fenster. Die Lage ist aber sehr gut und man ist schnell bei dem Central Market.

不滿意，很像青年旅舍，沒有置物櫃，馬桶座不合

ホテルとしてヘアドライヤーが常備がないなど、ウェルカムドリンクがなく、水は浄水器から入れるとの事でしたが、備え付けの水筒自体は中に水が溜まっており、非常に不衛生でした。
あとシャワーの温水は非常にぬるいと感じました。
良い点としては、チャイナタウンなどアクセスが非常にしやすいなぁっていうのが良かった点です。
