호텔은 좋았은 좋았으나 여기 마이리얼트립 에서 뭘 어케 잘못했는지 왜 내가 다른호텔에 등록되서 지릴지랄 하절 않나 ㅡㅡ

Uzun Güneydoğu asya seyahatimizin son gününde kaldık, çok geniş çok rahat bir suitti, heryer temizdi, wifi ve gerekli önergeler whatsapp tan geldi, giriş çıkış işlemleri pratikti. Geliştirilebilir özellik olarak, asansör tadilattaydı ve kartonlarla çevrili bir asansöre binmek pek hoş değildi yine de geçici olduğunu dşünerek puan kırmadım, havuz alanına ek şezlong iyi olabilir ve suların aktığı alt kısım pek hoş görünmüyordu yine de genel güzelliklerin ve konforun yanında bunlar kolay çözülebilir, bir gün de olsa rahat etmemizi sağladığınız için teşekkür ederiz

god lokation , venligt personale, god service og skøn seng fed lejlighed med gid udsigt over byen , gardiner dækker ikke for lyset så der blir meget lyst tidligt i soveværelset det er det eneste der sættes en finger på ellers er alt godt.

Room is great except for the condition is getting old. It is a state of the art facility maybe 15 years ago, but you can see the aging of the furnitures and setup in the kitchen and restroom. Other than that, security is good and service/security staff are great.

Amazing apartment. Amazing location.
Very clean and comfortable suites. Highly impressed with every tiny amenities in the apartment.
In 2 bedroom suites we had 2 baths, 2 king beds with top quality bedding. 4 AC controller.
Living room was amazing. Nice couch, great views. Kitchen was great as well. Expected some more small pans but that is not a bummer.
Beyond expectations was active connection of Netflix and multiple TVs. Super fast WiFi.
Highly recommended place.

호텔식 레지던스로 커튼이나 시설은 낡아보여 7일박후 타호텔로 이동계획이었으나 몇일 보내보니 조용하고 교통 환경특히 침구등으로 수면이 좋아서
나머지 3일도 추가 연장으로 머무름
가성비 좋은 숙소입니다

시설과 위치는 좋습니다. 룸에 전화기는 없습니다. 서비스 문의는 1층 프러트에 가서 해야 합니다.

friendliness of staff is what stood out most for my stay here - from the front office to service staff at the breakfast and room service.
It would be good if more variety of food could be offered at breakfast. Similarly, it would also be a plus if hand towels could be offered at the gym. Not forgetting that it would be a plus for TV control to be made available at the gym too (currently, the TV is not tied to any channel when switched on, probably due to not remote control)

Clean, shower presssure a bit low and hot water took time to heat. Overall necessities were covered, beds are very comfortable.

J’ai séjourné trois jours dans cet hôtel qui est encore en travaux. La chambre était très belle mais j’ai retrouvé 3 cafards en 2 nuits dans ce logement. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas et aucuns retours de l’accueil à ce sujet. La piscine est agréable et l’hôtel est bien placé.

All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Room (one bedroom suite) was fantastic.
Pool on 18th floor was great.
Both the Pavilion Mall and the Suria Mall are within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The facial recognition system needed to get into the place and operate the lift did not work and according to google reviews, often does not work. This meant I had to find staff anytime I wanted to go in and up to our room.

The location and rooms were great but it felt like the property ad seen better days. Everything felt a little run down.. There was sufficient but very limited cutlery and crockery and lots of the equipment in the gym was out of order. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Location was brilliant

Wir waren für 6 Tage da .Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage es ist fast alles zu Fuß zuerteichen .Das ist für uns der Hauptgrund gewesen die Unterkunft zubuchen .Preis /Leistung stimmt .Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich .Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer läst etwas zuwünschen übrig sind auch in die Jahre gekommen eine kleine Renovierung wäre mal von Vorteil .Der Pool gehört auch mal überholt Wasser war sehr eingetrübt . Aber in allem waren wir zufrieden und können es weiter empfehlen .

The hotel is currently undergoing an upgrade and has a lot of potential. The apartment is large and has a kitchen but only one small frying pan and a pot. The rooms are not cleaned properly.the cleaner needs to get into the corners and also scrub the shower. The swimming pool was nice but also needed a good scrub around the water line. Great location. Very friendly staff.

トイレの水漏れ、食器かキッチン用品が汚れたままセットされていた、ワーキングデスクの上にモノを置いたら埃が飛び散ってでびっくり、ティッシュがすぐなくなった

I stayed in the king suite which was very outdated and in need of renovation. The air conditioning unit was directly outside the window which was roaring all night. Which made it hard to sleep.
The bathtub although very nice, was chipped and had dirt along the sides. Aswell as the sink area. I guess you get what you pay for in KL

Det var ett ok boende. Läget var perfekt, bara 5 min promenad från petronas twin towers. Ganska fint och stort lägenhetshotell. Rummets skick var ok, lite slitet. Men frukosten var katastrof, inget utbud samt att det var gammalt. Ät absolut inte frukosten, förstörde hela min resa, blev magsjuk. Ät absolut inte under några omständigheter frukosten, du kommer bli sjuk.

Good location, but don’t expect much from the staff or facilities. Bathroom needed a deep cleaning!

The property is in a great location but the room left much to be desired. Stains on rugs, ripped sheets, leak from bathtub and bedside table had exposed adhesive and someone else’s hair stuck in it. While I nearly tried to find other accommodation, we stuck it out. The price was good and housekeeping came each day which was great, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Our first room was a disaster. The room was literally falling apart with humidity on the walls, the ceiling breaking down and falling on the floor, broken door to the WC, etc.
The front desk was very helpful and changed us rooms. The next one was okay but definitely not up to the pictures shown when we booked.
Good location, but be aware the rooms do not match the descriptions or pictures.

Personalet var fraværende og ikke særligt hjælpsomme. Værelset var slidt og fremstod beskidt. Desuden var der et af vinduerne på 16. sal der kunne åbnes ud. Måske lidt farligt, når man har børn med på opholdet. Slidte faciliteter. Lille udvalg af morgenmad og sløve til at fylde op.
Beliggenhed var god.

Check in was poor. Took around 20 minutes for no apparent reason. I was asked for a WhatsApp number. Never used that app before and don’t want to, but they moved on from that fairly quickly and this didn’t appear to be the cause of 20 minutes of just mucking around. After the initial 20 minutes of fluffing around, they advised that they use facial recognition for access to the elevators, but their system to take my photo was not working. Therefore I had no lift access for the first few hours of my stay and had to be escorted to my room by staff. Had to have a cold shower as no hot water for no apparent reason. Otherwise clean and comfortable and great location.

communication to help rectify all of the above and no compensation.
