Me encanto la habitacion y la piscina. Lo unico es que el baño tenia olor a cloaca.

La chambre est agréable, colorée et avec une vue superbe sur une des deux tours petronas. Il y a un petit coin cuisine qui mérite peut-être un petit peu plus d'ustensiles, une salle de bain avec une douche à l'italienne. Sur le toit une piscine à débordement avec une vue exceptionnelle et un petit restaurant où on mange vraiment super bien pour pas cher. La situation est parfaite, juste à côté du marché central, à un pas du quartier chinois et a deux pas des tours.

Tolle Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Super Zimmer was ein Pool. Service wie neue Handtücher gab es nur auf Nachfrage und keine Reinigung in 4 Tagen aber bei dem Preis. Wir haben die Zeit genossen

Ottima struttura. Ho soggiornato in una camera al 30esimo piano. perfetta. Vista magnifica. Sopra una piscina della quale non ho usufruito ma comunque bella. Peccato per il bar ristorantino abbandonato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. consiglio vivamente

Un rooftop avec une vue incroyable sur la ville, les chambres sont bien. L'hôtel est bien placé, on peut facilement aller à pied à la tour Menara, à Chinatown, on est à 30 min à pied des Petronas. L'emplacement est idéal ! On recommande vivement !

The room was clean though a bit worn out, flooring by the sink was ripped. The view from our room, 23rd floor, was amazing, could see the Petronas towers. The pool was very crowded, only a few sunbeds which were always taken, and the area didnt get any sun. Its a very busy hotel but our room was quiet enough, it helped i think because we were on an end. Nice enough place to stay, good location, 10 minute walk to bukit bintang.

appartamento molto grande, bello, pulito e ben fornito. vicino al centro. all'Interno della hall c'è un piccolo negozietto ben fornito. Ho prenotato a dicembre per agosto e solo in un'occasione la reception ha risposto alle mie richieste, diversamente non sono mai stata ricontattata

Facilities at the property were excellent - infinity pool with an amazing view, well equipped gym, bar and restaurant. It is well located, close to the major night market, lots of restaurants, public transport and KL Eco Park. The room was overall good but can do with a bit of maintenance (the laminated floor was peeling off). The bay window was really great for chilling and read.

SOGGIORNO PIACEVOLE
abbiamo trascorso qui 2 notti, ottima vista sulle Petronas Tower sia dalla camera che dalla piscina al 37º piano.
Staff sbrigativo ma cordiale, anche quando gli abbiamo chiesto un favore personale.
Ottima posizione, a soli 10min a piedi da Chinatown
La pulizia è buona considerando che siamo in Malesia, livello ok per i nostri standard occidentali.

プールがある所にバーが併設されていて、そこから見える夜景がとてもきれいだった。バス停もすぐ近くなので便利。
部屋の掃除やタオルの交換は毎朝メッセージを送らないと来てくれないのが正直面倒。エレベーターがなかなか泊まってくれない。チェックアウト時は最悪で、エレベーター待ち15分。

Excellent place to stay. Clean and modern room with a great rooftop pool, gym and restaurant. I'd have rated 5 other than the fact the guy checking us in had zero manners.

The rooms need to be redecorated as they look tired. The toilets and bathroom areas do not look that clean and look like they could do with a deep clean and replace all the toilet seats as they are dirty and damaged.

L’hôtel est bien placé à côté de Bukit Bintang vue incroyable etc mais sinon aucun service la chambre est sale ( poussière et grains de riz trouvé sous le lit) ce qui nous a valu une véritable fourmilière dans la chambre et pas de ménage effectué pendant les 5 jours où nous étions là. Salle de bain vraiment pas ouf et les toilettes ont l’air d’avoir été décapés au point que la peinture s’enlève.
Ok pour un court séjour mais sinon allez ailleurs.

Good location with night market and cafés in walkable distance.
Staff friendly and trying to help whenever feeling responsible for. Cleanliness is an issue.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wurden jede Nacht durch die Zimmernachbarn geweckt weil die wände so dünn waren und man jedes Wort gehört hat. Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig. Vom Personal kann man nicht viel erwarten. Zimmer praktisch, tolle Aussicht und toller Pool auf dem Dach.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement parfait, avec une piscine superbe et une vue vraiment magnifique – c’est ce qui sauve un peu le séjour.
Malheureusement, tout le reste laisse à désirer : service inexistant, chambre sale à l’arrivée, serviettes trouées, mobilier vétuste et taché, parquet abîmé. La salle de bain était dans un état déplorable avec de la moisissure.
C’est dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais un vrai coup de propre et un minimum de service seraient indispensables.

Staffs weren’t friendly. No room service if you stay less than 7 days.

This hotel looks good but that is about as good as it gets. Bad service, uncomfortable room and beds and no help from front desk staff.
