Room was very clean and totally updated.Only problem is, the air-conditioning is not working.

Everything was great except we need people who can advocate rightly about the property and its amenities. We need pleasant looking persons who can speed up and do the work necessary to have a successful rating.

This hotel is near enough the Bukit Bintang shopping areas to walk, but far enough that it doesn’t feel so hectic. Ongoing construction around the hotel though make the walk to Pavilion and Lot 10 a little difficult but nothing too bad. Peak hour traffic in the area though has intensified in the last few years, so expect jams coming to and leaving the hotel.

A wonderful property that is nearby almost everything needed. Staying with family is highly recommended. Staffs are outstanding. Love this place. Sure will return here in my next trip in KL .

Close to all the busy shopping and lights. Great restaurants close by. Had a wonderful rooftop swim in swimming pool and used the handy laundry as we travel light with only small carry on cases. A fabulous stay.

We had a very enjoyable two night stay, facilities staff and accommodation all above our expectations and would certainly stay again.

The concierge staff were terrific. Very helpful and always there to help.
The room was large with a big bathroom and nice size little kitchen.
Minimal utensils which is not a problem but limits what you can do.
The location is terrific near the Pavilion centre and Monorail and Subway trains.
Using grab is essential in Kuala Lumpur and very well priced.
The laundry facility is great cheap and very easy to use.
I found the staff at the reception rather cold and not interested in conversation before the very basics. If anything they could care a bit more about their clients in my opinion.

2nd time staying here within 3 months. This time round, I was able to bring my elderly mom along. Shoutout to the Conceirge team - awesome performance throughout my trip - always so friendly and welcoming. Same goes for the security team always willing to lend a helping hand toward my mom. I’d like to also compliment an Indian lady from the reception team who was so warm and friendly, as well as the team from the Den - despite the breakfast hours being so busy, they are always efficient. I opted for the larger executive studio this time round. I wouldn’t as much say I was unhappy - just some minor details that can be improved - the hairdryer was missing from the room (it got sorted out after I called the service desk - so efficient and fast). Not sure if the socket in the bathroom worked though ; it was ok one minute and stopped working the next, so I kinda got a shock when the hairdryer stopped working half way. Overall I’m happy with my stay here as it was so walkable to major malls. Traffic outside the hotel was busy as always but still not as bad as the one outside Pavilion mall, so getting a Grab ride was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel and service! Exec rooms are very spacious and the location is excellent. It’s walking distance to all the main shopping and eating areas in Bukit Bintang

Great location within 10 mins’ walk to two MRT stations. Very comfortable bed, modern design in hotel room and spacious bathroom. Rooftop pool with beautiful skyview. Sauna room in the changing room but self-operated, Needed to be preheated for 15-20 mins before use. Will stay there again for next trip.

Exceed our expectation before checked in to Capri by Fraser. A nice hotel with friendly and attentive services.

Overall a great experience staying here. Staff were very helpful and friendly particularly those at front desk, Conceirge and breakfast restaurant “The Den”. Room had a modern decor with microwave, sink and mini fridge. Water is filtered from a small tap at the sink, no bottled water is provided so bring your own flask/ empty water bottle and refill it here. Walking distances to popular malls - super short walk to TRX (recommend by a front desk staff) and a stone’s throw away from Pavillion. The road in front of the hotel is busy but not as busy as the one outside Pavilion, constantly full of people and traffic jam. If you chose to come by coach, you may alight at Tribeca Suites opposite Capri. Super happy with my stay here and couldn’t recommend enough. Also I appreciate very much the staff decorated the bed with balloons and towel “cake” for my birthday. Also on Deepavali, staff wore Indian costumes to celebrate one of the country’s celebrations- how awesome!

Facilities with the gym and the pool were great.
5 min walk to 2 huge shopping centers.
Local eateries and other restaurants all walking distance.
Bukit Bintang is a very busy area especially with traffic. Be mindful when you need to get out via car.

Hotel was very good. Its only improvement should be the downstairs waiting area. It should be bigger, preparing for the rise of e-hailing Grab/Uber cars.

Convenient location. Less than 5 minutes walk to the pavilion.
Rooms were spacious and had mini kitchens.
Microwave, refrigerator, plates and small knives made my stay comfortable.

There is a drinkable water tap in the kitchen. Our room is clean and spacious. It provides kitchen utensils even a knife, scissors and tea towels.

Great find. We had a lovely few days here en route to Australia. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Also it was reasonable for a city hotel.

Definitely would recommend to stay at Capri barest location and staff. Super clean and care about your comfort. Many amenities are available. We stayed also at Sleeping Lions which was a block away but NOTHING compared to Capri. Will be revisiting again and staying at Capri in the future.
