Distance to metro is with a bit far by walking, also no shopping centre and restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel is located in a relatively newly developed area and about 15 mins' drive to the old city area. Not much to do in the neighborhood, and is ideal for ppl who prefer a quieter area. Hotel is newly decorated and the staff, especially the ground floor concierge, is very helpful.

Things are mostly good. Bad soundproofing in the room is a issue, you can hear clearly people chatting in the next room, and in the corridor. Curtain windows needed to be cleaned.

Travelled as a family with infant.
Food was good - variety and quality.
Only had breakfast and 1 buffet dinner.
Room size and amenities was as per booking.
But there were issues.
1st issue was with the 1st room. Smelt like someone smoked in the room.
Windows were opened and air purifier provided. No change.
When i went to FO to ask about a room change, the FO staff told me cant confirm it with an attitude that the smoke smell in the room was my problem.
I requested for the FO MOD to call me and gave her my feedback. She did better and even confirmed a room change for me later in the evening.
2nd issue was with thr 2nd room.
The air-conditioning was central.
In the afternoon and evening, the entire room became like an oven.
Windows were opened to no avail.
When i called down i was told there was nothing they could do and could only offer 2 portable cold air blowers which i took though it offered little reprieve.
Hospitality is a full package, but the basics of getting a room right - which is what every guests pays for - should never be compromised.
