The communication with the hotel from the get go was excellent. Mr Tanner was so kind and helpful from the time we arrived till we left. He’s very polite and so are the hotel staff. This has been an amazing experience at a hotel to feel warm and welcome. This is exactly what customer service is about, and I’d come here again for every other stay. This hotel values the customer, and that is core value to feel welcome.
Excellent breakfast as well. And the hotel is super central to old town, and yet quiet being in the center. Rooms are definitely small, so if you have multiple large check ins, you’ll be getting creative on how to unpack:))

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, Bushra and Tanvr were extremely attentive to the guests needs and provided a personalized service to us and all the guest there. I will highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Soooo charming and cozy Magnificent beautiful rooms , service . The staff are very very nice and helpful all speak English and very polite 🙏excellent location and very easy access to all nice cafes and restaurants 🙏👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it was my second stay there and the only place I will stay .

We had a phenomenal stay at Hotel Lykia, in the heart of the old town but off a quiet street. Staff was some of the best - very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was also great! Super substantial and we were never lacking for a cappuccino. Would highly recommend

Idyllisch, ruhig, sehr schöne klassische Einrichtung, ich habe mich vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Es wird jeden Tag das Zimmer gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Es gibt sehr viel zur Auswahl für das Frühstück. Man kann in diesem sehr schönen Hotel Sprichwörtlich die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Was soll ich sagen, schaut euch die Bilder an! Da es in der Altstadt von Antalya liegt kann man sehr gut alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt viele schöne Parks, Restaurants und sehr schöne Aussichtspunkte mit einem wundervollen Panorama. Ich kann nichts negatives über dieses Hotel sagen, es ist einfach wie in einem Traum gewesen! Wundervoll! Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen! Der Strand ist sehr gut mit einer alten klassischen Bahn zu erreichen. Einfach klasse dieses kleine versteckte Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Antalya.

Highly recommend staying at Hotel Lykia, it’s small, charming and perfect. Nothing is too much for the family that run it, I already miss our menemen breakfast and endless coffees. Thank you so much, we will be back! Best hotel experience we’ve ever had :)

This hotel was such a delightful gem! It’s located right in the heart of old town Antalya on a quieter side street. The staff was warm, kind, and helpful—facilitating logistics for tours I’d booked separately. The room was comfortable and adorable with great AC. And, I looked forward to breakfast in the courtyard each day. I would very much recommend this place to anyone considering a stay in Antalya.

Charming hotel situated by the old town with very helpful staffs. We were greeted by Mustafa who is a very good host.
The Hotel staffs Mustafa and Ali were prompt in checking if we need anything and enthusiastically helping us with our requirements. We also liked the nightlife around old town area and loved that the hotel is right in the middle of all happening places.

The Hotel Lykia is in a beautifully restored building in a quiet florid side street but only a few yards away from the main restaurant district and bars. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel staff especially Mustafa and the staff member from Uzbekistan whose name I have forgotten were very friendly yet professional and we received great service.
We received a room upgrade on arrival which was lovely.
The hotel was a very old property that had been modernised and was unique and tastefully decorated.
We loved the breakfasts and my husband really enjoyed the Turkish coffee and liquor!
Great hospitality and a lovely place to stay.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Otel gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi. Tek sorun odalar çok küçük bunun harici olumsuz hiçbirşey yaşamadık. Cem Beye özellikle ilgisinden dolayı çok çookkk teşekkür ederim.

This is a gorgeously restored 128 year old mansion in Antalya’s old town. Our room, as advertised, was extremely small but gorgeous and very comfortable. The bed, pillows and linens were high quality and the bathroom was spacious and recently renovated. There was a large wooden wardrobe with ample space so we could unpack what we needed and put our suitcases to the side - something I cannot say about a few of the other places I’ve stayed in Turkey. The breakfast was excellent - again, the quarters are tight but the staff goes out of their way to provide exceptional service. We ate our meals outside, by the pool under a huge umbrella. Even though the weather was cold and rainy, we were comfortable and happy to linger after breakfast and drink coffee. The staff of the Lykia go out of their way to provide you with information and every comfort. The few downsides: small rooms, no elevator, no nearby parking- were minor compared to how comfortable, luxurious and perfectly situated The Lykia is. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Antalya

It was a very cozy and well-maintained old house. All the staff were friendly. After staying at another all-inclusive hotel in Antalya, we moved here for two nights, and the stay here was much more satisfying.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Lykia Old Town. The hotel itself was tucked away somewhat from the busy nightlife but close enough so that you’re only steps away. The room was on the small side but tastefully renovated. We loved the small, charming friendly hotel atmosphere and the staff were top notch. The breakfast was some of our favorite during our 2 week stay in Turkey. The pool was a great place to unwind when crowds got to be too much. Noise levels were tolerable thanks to the reinforced windows. I highly recommend this place for couples or those traveling solo. Thanks again for a memorable stay! We can’t wait to come back and visit again soon.

Super little boutique hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent decor and very well maintained. Fabulous buffet breakfast with choice of egg dishes. Lovely relaxing courtyard with bar and small pool. One of the best we’ve encountered during our extensive travels in Turkey.

A lovely, well kept, beautiful property in centre of busy old town. Kudos to the hotel’s staff members for their kind and caring nature. They recognise your requirement and make sure it’s fulfilled throughout the stay.
I loved the breakfast. My favourite “poached eggs with yougurt and eggs with turkish sausages. Really missing the turkish coffee with orange liqueur, which you can ask for anytime of the day.
Looking forward to staying at the Hotel Lykia in future when I visit Antalya again.
Thanks to the lovely staff for making our stay memorable.

The moment we stepped into the hotel we got welcomed by their beautiful staff. The host was so accommodating and friendly, he made our stay in Antalya much more enjoyable. The place had the perfect location, the staff went above and beyond to help us and make sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was beautiful and very peaceful sitting in their backyard. Overall we loved the place and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

A true gem. We had the top floor one bedroom suite for 3 and it was wonderfully decorated, spacious, with its own kitchen. Bathroom was very clean. Everything had a feel of the old world but definitely modernized and well refreshed. Then the breakfast and the customer service are out of this world. Very well located just of the main area of restaurants but still very quiet. Highly recommended.

Quiet hotel despite being very close to restaurants/bars. Easy walking to just about anywhere. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. Shout out to Adnan who went above and beyond every day. He recommended a Turkish barber that was brilliant. No hesitation recommending Hotel Lykia!

This place was great. The service was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent and overall a great stay. The desk person, Jacob, I believe is his name was so hospitable and always at the ready to be of assistance or just to hold door open as we would go out for the day. The night desk person was equally helpful and accommodating. Hugely recommend

This hotel is an small boutique hotel with amazing service. The breakfast in the morning was fresh with lots of options. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an amazing location with ton of food options. I would defiantly stay here again on my next trip to Old Town Antalya.

l'hôtel de caractère, situé dans la vieille ville est absolument remarquable de par sa situation; près de la plage, accessible à tous les commerces, ou sorties vers la ville. Tout est de bon goût et pensé pour le confort du client. Souplesse de l'accueil, quand votre avion arrive tard le soir, ou inversement tôt le matin, pour les vols internationaux, vous êtes accueillis, et assistés au besoin. L'hospitalité est chaleureuse, attentionnée et vous apprécierez les goûts délicats, salés ou sucrés des propositions au petit déjeuner : encore plus appréciables, quand vous les prenez en terrasse sous l'olivier.
Je recommande avec ferveur , et renouvellerai l'expérience

The staff is incredible. Could not be any more accommodating or nice. No request is taken without a smile and taken care of immediately. Room was small as expected, but the bathroom was a nice size and the shower was amazing.
We loved it and will be back. Excellent stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful all the time. The hotel breakfast was amazing. As well there were many excellent restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the walkable streets throughout the old city.

It was perfect by all means. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome by staff. Comfortable, lovely room with all appointed amenities. Clean, well decorated room. In each floor a coffee/tea station with fruits and goodies/snacks. Most comfortable quality mattress and pillows with an Egyptian cotton bedding, I felt so at home. Very friendly and generous staff. Had an early flight and they prepared a to go omelette sandwiches and a very delicious homemade fig cake they baked there. Couldn’t ask for a better hospitality! Will definitely recommend to anyone. Great location. Thank you all for making my stay a special one. I feel blessed.

My daughter and I had the most amazing days here. The hotel is a lovely place, beautifully decorated and with lots of character but what it really makes our time so special it was the lovely young guys working at the reception who do everything and more to look after their hosts. Turkish people are extremely friendly, passionate for what they do and greatful for what they have.Thank you for everything!

The staff was AMAZING! The minute we walked in, they greeted us with fresh lemonade and showed us around the property. Throughout our stay they were so courteous and helpful and hospitable, and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
The place is very well designed. Even though it's small, everything in it is beautiful. You can tell right away that a lot of thought was put into every corner of it. Even their plates are beautiful! If you're looking for a small boutique hotel, located in the middle of the restaurant street, where you'll get great service, then this is your spot. We highly recommend it!

Wir wollten einpaar Tage in der Stadt von Antalya verbringen und wir haben die beste Entscheidung getroffen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und mitten im Geschehen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren wie Familie. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Jeder einzelner war so bemüht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Ich kann das Hotel von Herzen weiter empfehle. Danke an das tolle Lykia Team für alles ihr seid Spitze ❤️

Excellent hotel in old town Antalya, lots of little restaurants and bars within a block. Friendly hosts and an awesome outdoor seating area for breakfast. Building is an old character building which has been renovated nicely.

Petit hôtel tout simplement splendide!
Une attention particulière aux détails me permet d'affirmer qu'il s'agit du meilleur hébergement de notre séjour!
La décoration est exquise, autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, et tout semble très propre (sachet de lavende sur le lit, sceau de propreté sur la toillette). Les déjeuners étaient excellents: petit buffet, oeufs cuits selon vos gôuts, cafés spécialisés et dégustation de leur liqueur maison.
Nous avons tellement apprécié notre nuit que nous avons réservé une autre nuit avec eux à notre retour de la Cappadoce!
À notre départ, nous avons reçu un petit cadeau de leur part (un joli savon artisanal) et ils nous ont préparé un deuxième café spécialisé à emporter pour notre départ à l'aéroport.
Le quartier dans lequel l'hôtel est situé est très vivant et semble être le lieu trendy de la ville, avec plusieurs restaurants et bars remplis de personnes du coin et de quelques touristes. Le bruit se propage malheureusement jusqu'à la chambre, mais avec des bouchons, il est possible de bien dormir.
Aussi, comme il s'agit de la vieille ville, les rues sont extrêmement étroites et certaines rues sont également interdites aux voitures. Il est donc fortement conseiller de vous stationner en dehors du vieux quartier et de transporter vos baggages à pied jusqu'à l'hôtel (5 minutes de marche).

It was the loveliest most friendlies hotel i have had the pleasure of staying in. The staff just couldn't do enough to make our stay, one to remember. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it.
It is central with lots of lovely bars and small restaurants nearby.

A nice hotel with a clean room, friendly staff. The room needs some maintenance…hooks and other hardware are loose, shower floor is stained. The breakfast was OK, but not the incredible spread that was advertised. Our other hotels in Türkiye were better. Staff wasn’t able to give recommendations on restaurants, hammams, etc.

During my trip to Antalya I stayed in different Hotels from which Lykia was far the best. The staff was outstanding attentive, there was a fresh lemonade served upon arrival and a little gift handed out when I left. The room was super clean and cozy. The only little thing was that the rooms are a wafer-thin as the Hotel is located in a traditional house. Standard room are all close to the reception why you hear people walking in and out. Besides that, all was perfect.
