Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral, was wiederum den Touris, die diese wunderschöne Stadt erkunden möchten in die Karten spielt. Das Personal, ist sehr nett, höflich und stets Hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt, und steht somit jedem mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Hierfür auch von meiner Seite aus, ein herzliches Dankeschön an: Serhat - Cağrı - sowie Fırat.

10 gün kaldı ve çok beğendim personellerin ilgisi çok iyidi odada biraz kusurlar vardı ama güzeldi

Çok memnun kaldığımız bir yer oldu hem temizlik hem hizmet konusunda oldukça iyi ve güler yüzlü işletmecilere sahip. Mutfak temiz ve kullanışlı içerisinde çoğu araç gereç mevcut fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz yerin aynısı denilebilir.
Antalya'ya tekrar gittiğimde kesinlikle ilk tercih edeceğimiz yerler arasında :)

Questo piccolo hotel è completamente nuovo e probabilmente appena ristrutturato, davvero pulito e perfettamente funzionante, la camera aveva aria condizionata, un bel bagno e un letto comodo.
Il personale è stato gentile e accogliente, super consigliato rapporto qualità prezzo.

Sadece Konaklama için kullandım. Zamanım çok yoktu. Sakin bir ortamı vardı. Dinlendim.

Yatak çarşafları daha temiz olabilirdi. Giriş çıkışlarda hızlı hizmet var. Sıcak su vardı. Fiyatına göre 1 gece konaklama için fazlasıyla iyiydi.

Fiyatına göre çok iyi bir odaydı. Tek sorun bütün sesler odanın içinde ve jakuzi için su bazen soğuk akabiliyor, ısıtma konusunda biraz sorun yaşadık. Ama genel itibariyle her şey temiz ve düzenliydi.

Konum iyi odanın büyüklüğü iyi fakat banyodan kötü koku geliyor ve bir kez böcek gördüm !!!

Fiyat performans oteli.
Çok lüks ve konfor beklememek lazım.
Gece konaklaması için makul.
Klima biraz sorunlu, duşakabin dışarı su sızdırıyordu.
Biz küçük oda tuttuk, baya küçüktü.
Bebeğimiz için bebek yatağı vs ayarlanamadı , o biraz üzdü.
Çay ikramı, ketıl, su , minibuzdolabı işlevsel idi.
Otelin konumu antalya merkezi gezmek için çok çok iyi. Tam merkezde, yürüyerek hemen her yeri gezebiliyorsunuz.
Temizlik iyi düzeydeydi.
Personel güler yüzlü.

Genel olarak idare edebilir diyebilirim. Ancak resimlerde görünen odayı rezerve etmişken gittiğimde çok daha küçük ve farklı bir oda ile karşılaştım ayrıca jakuzili oda seçtik ancak odayı su basacaktı kullanamadık. Ayrıca otelde çok gürültü kirliliği vardı aşırı ses duyuluyordu diğer odalardan

Yan odamda yabanci asıllı insanlar cok sesliydi arayip sessiz olmalari konusunda uyarmalarini istedim fakat tamam diyip gecildi gece boyu kavga gürültü sesinden uyuyamadim ayrica elektrik kesintisi yasanabilecek bir yermis onu anladim

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es war schlecht. Abgesehen vom Personal und Lage der Unterkunft war es nicht auszuhalten. Alles war verkalkt und mittelmäßig sauber. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Receptionists are great! Let’s us check out earlier. If your room is on the first floor and you’re with a pram - be prepared for not being able to use a lift simply because it doesn’t exist. 2nd, 3rd are ok but 1st no lift.
The room wasn’t clean, it was dirty… the floor was a mess. I entered the bathroom and it stinked of ammonia, meaning that previous guests would pee all over and cleaners wouldn’t clean properly. Not going to lie, I stayed for 1 night and I didn’t shower there i comply couldn’t. Thought night our neighbours were smoking and you know what’s funny? We could smell it whole night! On the pictures the room isn’t that bad but it’s very old and extra dirty. Wouldn’t stay there again and would never recommend it to anyone

Badezimmer hat nach Abfluss gerochen. Sehr störender Gestang.
Zimmer viel zu kalt. Vl hat es 15 grad gehabt.
Fenster undicht als würde man draußen schlafen.

Teenage hotel. Party on the rooms all night. Could not sleep. Hotels are for sleeping after a long day out, and not to be awakened all night. Washing machine have rotten/fungus inside and therefore useless. No normal thick bed quilts available. Only those thin towel-like blankets.

I checked in to this Grand Suite. At Terra Rossa. It was nothing like the pictures on line
If your life is a low level and of low standard .then for you it may be OK.
For me it was not good .
Dirty stained walls. Holes in the door . Filthy dirty kettle no proper dishes cutlery badly stained and smelly sofa with cigarette burns A sloping mattress due to being worn out . No bed sheets for sofa Apartment is for 3 people. No blackout curtains Not enough cups plates dishes etc curtains hanging off hooks
Bathroom had old cigarette burned washing machine in. And smelt of stale piss shower shelf rusty and dirty
The lift went only to 3rd floor. Suite was on the 5th floor
I complained to the receptionist on the afternoon duty and wanted to change rooms . He was argumentative and did not want to know
He would not change rooms. You booked it he kept telling me. Yes i did. Book it. But the clean smart suite you advertise on line .Not a old smelly stained horror movie suite We bought paper cups and water and remained outside the suite for the 2 nights we had booked
It is a dirty smelly Suite. That needs a lot of attention .book it if you want horror

Otelde kaldığımız gece sesten uyuyamadık yan tarafta aşırı derece yüksek sesli müzik ve saçma saçma bağırislar vardı inip şikayet ettiğimde tamam hallediyorum dendi fakat hiçbir şekilde müdahale edilmedi

Tek kelime ile rezalet aile odasi diye verdiklari oda aileyi birakin tek kisi bile konaklayamaz, son derece pis ve bocekler cirit atiyor dolap yik olanda sanki kare ne alirsan doldur hesabi, bur pencere var duvara bakiyor ixerite bocek girdigi icin acamadik iceriye oksijen alacak biryer yoktu daha yazacak coksey var ama yek kwlime ile gidilecek yer degil

Es war schmutzig und unsicher. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Was not good at all, the bathroom had a disgusting awful smell constantly, there was constant power cuts, the washing machines were really dirty inside, there was constant banging all day and night could here furniture moving around constantly, could here people having sex in other rooms as the walls are so thin, it’s difficult to find overall not impressed at all

Rezervasyon geçilirken koyulan yatak türü (2 queen yataklı oda) otelde mevcut değil. Sorunu düzeltmek için hiçbir şey yapılmadı. Rezervasyonunuzu öylesine onaylıyorlar. Kanepe de uyumak için hiç elverişli depil. Duvarlar aşırı ince. Yan ve alt-üst kat ile beraber yaşıyorsunuz.
Ancak bir apart için fazlasıyla temiz.
