Had a great stay withy family. The rooms were clean, staff were helpful and polite from front desk to housekeeping.
Connecting bridge to to Gardens, Megamall and KLEC made shopping, F&Bs easy.

Hotel is clean and modern, rooms are clean and big.
The hotels.com dining voucher for gold member is a werid offer as it limits to soft drinks only. If you don’t wanna offer people things, just don’t. Why create so many limitations ?

Room was clean and comfy. Just an overhead bridge away from Gardens Mall and Mid valley Megamall. LRT station is 5 mins away. Will book again if in KL

Great healthy options for breakfast with a nice room modern clean room. The happy hour has a live violinist playing daily so I recommend checking out the downstairs restaurant.

Fourth time staying at this hotel. This time stayed in their club room, which felt kind of the same with exception of some perks like daily laundry for 3 items before 10 am if you want to get back within the same day, Cocktails and sandwiches from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm daily. Also, the room was on the 21st floor this time, compared to the 5th floor the last time. Nice breakfast buffet on level 1, the international portion was a bit lacklustre, and the pastry was also not as much as before. Location is great as it is near an MRT station and also walking distance to the Garden and Mid Valley Mall with lots of shopping choices and food options. ECO City is nearby, and you can get loads of coffee options. The room was cleaned very well, and towels are changed daily, which is good. Staff are very polite, even the security at the door are exceptionally nice. Will syay here again if in KL.

5 start service, and the room is spacious, tidy and nice!! connecting with 2 big shopping mall. Great for business traveller , right in the heart of the city.

Second time here, club access was nice, will stay again when in KL in future. One thing though, the fella at the eggs station at breakfast wasn’t very engaging, didn’t return my greeting, didn’t confirm my order

近隣に大型ショッピングセンターがあり、フードコートもあるため非常に便利。空港へのアクセスも市内を通らないので渋滞も比較的少ない。朝食はバリエーションも豊富で飽きない。お勧めのホテルです。

お盆のクアラルンプール旅行で利用しました。
場所は中心からははなれてますが大きなショッピングモールが併設しておりショッピングや食事には不自由しませんでした。
クラブルームを予約していましたので朝食が付いていたりカクテルタイムではフリーのアルコール飲料や軽食を頂けました。
また利用したいです。

It was my first time in KL and I wanted to stay close to Midvalley Megamall, this couldn't have been a better choice! The hospitality is great and the people at the check-in counter were extremely accommodating. Breakfast had several choices and was very good for the price, I was really confused to see a lot of negative reviews on breakfast. All in all I would definitely consider staying here again!

Clean and spacious rooms, professional front desk staff. Conveniently walkable to malls, eateries and LRT station. One minor issue was the slow draining sink in the bathroom, and occasional odour from bathroom trap but room was otherwise well serviced.

Best hotel I ever stayed in KL. The front office staff are not only efficient, and competent but also highly professional. A very special mention to Misha and Nizam. Definitely assets to Amari Hotel.

My first choice when traveling to KL. Really love it as the cleanliness, convenient location and easy access to mid valley mega mall.

Easy walk to LRT station and mid valley mall. Short convenient walk to 7-11.
Two stations away from Central Market.
Very spacious clean room for a standard room.
Bonus that when purchase breakfast, includes an evening cocktail and canapes from 5pm - 7:30pm.
Breakfast have large selections of Chinese, Malaysia and Western.
