Clean spacious room and beds are real comfy to get a good nights rest. I ordered room service 3 times and had no issues with my order. Food was delicious! The gym was nice and the pool area over looks the city and mountains for a great view.

La habitacion super bonita, al igual que todo el hotel, el unico punto es que no tiene estacionamiento propio, pero tienen convenio con la plaza 190 pesos por dia

Todo fue excelente, personal muy amable en todas las áreas.
La decoración es muy moderna y elegante, muebles de buena calidad por todo el hotel.
Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas.
El bufet de desayuno súper completo, estuvimos hospedadas por 5 días y no nos aburrió por la variedad que ofrecen.
Lo único que no nos encantó fue la semi-privacidad del baño, pues tiene un vidrio que deja ver hacia y desde la habitación. Si vas en familia pues no afecta, pero si vas a compartir por trabajo o amistad, es penoso.
Sin duda me volveré a hospedar aquí cuando viaje a Mty.

We do not like the glass partition between the room and the bathroom. It needs a solid wall or at least a blackout privacy curtain.

The stay was great. The check in was seamless and courteous. The rooms were ready and the cleaning staff was on it! The doorman was very helpful , the breakfast staff was friendly and the food was great, good variety. I used the gym three times, very clean enough equipment to get by and a great view of the city.

Great location connecting to the mall. Breakfast was one of a kind and very worth it. Staff super nice and professional. Very convenient for families with kids.

Clean room, nice staff, Cecilia at the breakfast Buffet was nice and helpful. The food at the buffet was excellent. We really enjoy our stay at Hilton Valle.
