Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Pool war super. Frühstück war auch vielfältig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Very clean and comfortable. Room a little on the small side but for me travelling alone it was fine.
Location was ok for trips. Not too much around but a few restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Nice sky bar and swimming pool which is open until 10.30 which is great for an evening swim.
Enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast was fine and staff were helpful and polite and always greeted with a smile😁

Lovely hotel, close enough to many attractions to walk.
The room was clean and well appointed and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
Great little convenience store attached to the hotel.
I also enjoyed the pool and cocktails.

Schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten, große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffett und super nette und hilfsbereite Hotelangestellte. Sehr gute Lage auch. Toller Pool. Rundum empfehlenswert. Tipp: Flussblick nicht wählen, der Fluss ist eine Kloake. ;-)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast options were absolutely marvelous with plenty to choose from. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and kept the room spotless every day. The location is also great — pretty much walking distance to shopping and many nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

The view from the Rooftop and the pool was very good. Stunning views!
It would have been good if the pool was heated a little - thought it was a bit too cold for us.

Petit déjeuner complet, de qualité.
Le rooftop avec la piscine est top pour se décontracter après une longue journée de marche.
Les chambres sont confortables mais manquent un peu de propreté, seul bémol.
Le personnel est adorable !

The room was always spotless and ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was within walking distance from the train and mono rail stations or a little longer to Petronas Towers and KLCC or take a cheap GRAB car to most attractions.

the hotel offers a large and varied breakfast and has a lovely rooftop swimming pool. the bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good too. it’s pretty well located too.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was clean.
I also enjoyed the included breakfast, which was very varied.
The main tourist attractions are a 15-minute walk away.

受付はとても親切です。言葉があまり通じない自分にもアプリなどを使って丁寧に説明してくれます。
荷物預かりはコンシェルジュカウンターでいつでもしてくれます。
Wi-Fiもじゅうぶん使えます。
部屋はリーズナブルながら広くて綺麗。ベッドがふかふかでよく眠れます。ルームウェアやガウンはないのでパジャマを持参した方が良いです。
駅から少し歩きます。

Check in war erst ab 14 Uhr obwohl ich 2x per email angefragt hatte für einen früheren Zugang, da wir eine frühe Ankunft hatten. Leider keine Rückmeldung. so haben wir 2 std gewartet.
Am Pool gibt es schöne Scheiben als auch Glastüren zur Bar...man kann schöne Bilder machen. leider waren die Scheiben beschmiert...wäre gut wenn diese mal geputzt würden.
Frühstüch war gut und abwechselnd

We stayed here the 2nd time and like the last time we had a Great time here. The room(s) are always clean and very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel at our next stay in KL!
