Surrounded by bars, restaurants and top quality shopping malls.
The property is excellently maintained and luxurious.
The pool is not heated and so a bit too cold, though you can use the pool next door.
The breakfast was of a very good quality.
The suite itself was spacious, with all you require in a modern hotel room.

Excellent stay I have to say. Check in was chaotic and should be improved. Hotel sent a basket of fruit as an apology. Staff excellent. Great area to stay. Would definitely return.

Sensational hotel - perfect location for KL. Central to so many different shopping and dining areas. The hotel and staff were great, and loved the rooftop pool at night.

This is our 3rd stay here in Pan Pacific and we will definitely come back as the location is superb! Close to everything but far enough away from the busy streets just outside Pavilion Mall.
Ms. Farah was amazing! So friendly and personable when she checked us in and also what a friendly smile to greet us at breakfast.
The only thing that I could find that was the not so pleasant were the smells/odours that were the emanating from the drain from the bathroom floor. Occasionally it would clear up but it was there during our entire stay. I would suggest that the hotel conduct more frequent sanitising cleaning throughout their drainage system. Other than this the room was very clean and everything in great working order.

The Pan Pacific in KL was excellent, the facilities were very nice and the breakfast and bed were outstanding. I recommend

No doy más estrellas porque no hay opción a poner 6 o 7. Suites amplias, cómodas y en un estado impecable. Limpieza inmejorable e inmediata. Cambio de toallas todos los días. Gimnasio completo, piscina cuidada y con fantásticas vistas. Desayuno bastante variado y completo aunque como era de esperar predominantemente oriental.

Perfect location to stay while exploring KL. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Amenities in room included washer and dryer. We booked the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite, perfect for a family of four.
Everything you need within walking distance - Sungei Plaza, Pavillion, night market.

Our 4th checkin for 2 bedroom Deluxe. Their standard in facility, cleanliness and service are always maintained and always keep us on the best comfort. We will be back. Great location surrounding with lots of shopping, restaurants and including local food shop. 5min walk to MRT/LRT that bring to other part of KL conveniently

Usually a review has pros and cons. I can’t find a single flaw with this hotel. Service was excellent all the way from check in to check out.
The location is ideal for a city. Real in KL.

Excellent hotel. Very close to shopping. Lot 10 next door. Pavilion 7 min walk. Jslan Alor ect nearby. Single bedroom spacious and well maintained / new. Has washing / dryer. Gym well equipped. Brealfast good.

Building facilities were great, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was lovely. The views were perfect. Rooms were very spacious. They were always able to accommodate your requests.

We had an amazing stay. Staff were accomodating. Lots of choices for breakfast. Monorail and MRT were a few metres by foot that can bring you anywhere in the metro. And it’s in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bukit Bintang.

The property located at the heart of KL. The transportation is nearby, maybe 5min walk from Bukit Bintang MRT station. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The only downside for me is the sleeping pillow a bit too soft but is not a big deal. Overall, highly recommend and will choose to stay again in future.

Best choice ever for 1st timer in KL. Walking distance to Food Street, night life and shopping centre. Our 1 bedroom suite was well equipped and staff were all very friendly

Fake hardwood floor are all peeling off bumping up needs updating duct tapes on the walls needs fixing and updating
