Clean adequate rooms idealy sutuated on the beach

Fantastiskt, fint rum, utmärkt läge, tillmötesgående personal. Vi hade problem med resväskan som inte kom fram i tid, personal hjälpte till och ringde flygplatsen, stort tack Mohammed. Och vilken frukostbuffe!

Stunning beach front hotel. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come back again. Staff are friendly and the property well maintained. All the amenities are very close by. Highly recommended.

Instalaciones y ubicación muy buenas. Por poner un pero la parte de playa que hay delante es la de salida y entrada de motos de agua y hay un poco de piedra también.

Second stay at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint.
Location is perfect but still quiet despite being really well located.

Vi var svært fornøyd med oppholdet. Vi syns hotellet var passelig stort, og alle som jobbet der var vennlige og hjelpsomme.
Koselig frokostrom med god mat.
Vi var ikke SÅ fornøyd med middagen i restauranten, men det var nok av fine restauranter å velge mellom i nærheten.
Perfekt beliggenhet med fin strandpromenade mellom hotellet og stranda.
Kommer gjerne igjen!

Onmiddellijk op de wandeldijk, niet ver van het oude centrum van Benidorm met alle gezellige restaurantjes.
Zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel.

What an amazing place. The rooms are super and with gorgeous views from almost all rooms with large balconies. They are comfortable and with a lovely shower. They have a super breakfast with everything you might need. American breakfast with pancakes, English breakfast with hash browns and even fried bread and many options for a continental breakfast ( fruit, croissants, rolls). The coffee was great strength and thank goodness it’s was an unlimited. Every morning there was a different atmospheric live music presence like soothing guitar music, harp music or a singer singer. All to a lovely noise level and great to wake up to. The pool is brilliant. We had no big troubles securing a bed at some points of the day. Reservation of bed is not allowed and the great security is keeping an eye on bed with towels without people using them for a while to make them available for others. The system is great and stops people holding beds al day without being there. The staff in this hotel is just the best. They really are genuinely friendly and super helpful. We loved the guys at the pool bar that make you laugh every day ( more) . Location is just perfect. It’s right on the beach with the pool looking out on al the passers-by. It’s private yet you can see everything going on. It’s close to the old town and it’s not far to the English part. Both foot travels are flat or it’s super fun walk if you into people watching. If you are not a walker then you came take a bus or hire a scooter.

Superbe hôtel en front de mer, très bien placé dans la ville de Bénidorm. Tout est accessible à pieds. Les personnes à l'accueil sont très gentilles, également au restaurant et au bar. Hôtel calme (adult only) et reposant, très propres. La piscine est petite et il y a peu de transats autour par rapport à la capacité d'accueil de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien, en buffet libre. Les repas du soir, moins bien. On retrouve toujours plus ou moins la même chose et on finit par saturer au bout de quelques jours mais c'est le cas de tout les buffets libres des hotels en Espagne.

La situación del hotel es ideal a primera línea de playa, todas sus instalaciones tienen una calidad superior, el comedor tiene unas vistas a la playa estupendas y la comida exquisita con una presentación ideal, junto con un ambiente muy agradable.
La habitación muy confortable con un cuarto de aseo espacioso y completo.
Todos las personas que nos atendieron desde la recepción, comedor, cafetería y piscina, limpieza y la persona de seguridad fueron muy atentos y amables con nosotros, muchas gracias.

I stayed here on my 1st solo trip. The beach is on your doorstep, the hotel is spotless and all staff are friendly. I dint think i would stay anywhere else in Benidorm. Blown away bt the whole experience

Flott kun for voksen hotell rett på stranden. Veldig bra frokostbuffé og godt med plass. Litt for lite med strand Hånkle så etter lunsj då er det tomt. € 24 for parkering pr døgn, pluss for at en kan få låne fjernkontroll for innkjøring porten.

Great location on the sea front. It’s a shame no one from the hotel contacted me to say that the pool was out of use. Having work done. Also the noise from the next door renovations wasn’t great during the duration on my stay.

Car parking at 23€ per day is far too expensive, the breakfast quality is improvable. The rest is nice.

Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is the evening meal wasn’t great. Breakfast was, but evening meal was the same every night and not a lot of choice, Especially if don’t like fish. If I came here again I would do bed and breakfast.

El hotel está en primera línea de playa muy bien ubicado,el desayuno no estaba mal,pero nada del otro mundo,he estado en hoteles de 4 estrellas mejores la verdad,me parece que para el precio que está podía ser mejor,y lo peor el ascensor para que bajara…un horror.

Dommage que Benidorm soit aussi peuplé mais quand vous êtes à l hôtel vous n entendez pas le bruit nous étions à l arrière du bâtiment.
Faites attention la piscine est plutôt un bassin de trempette...
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien achalandé.
La plage en face de l'hôtel est très fréquentée à cette période il est préférable de vous rendre dans d autres villes à taille humaine.

Very good location and breakfast, thus 4 stars rates. The rest, unfortunately, is very mediocre. The rooms are really small and dated. The toilet flush was leaking, creating some noise, which was very disturbing at night. And why there is a glass door leading to the bathroom, which is not close properly?
Also, we got overcharged for car parking. The information provided on hotels.com and actual is not in sync and therefore NOT trustworthy.

La limpieza de la habitacion deja bastante que desear.
El hotel esta renovado pero aun hay cosas del hotel viejo.
Las puertas de la habitacion dejan pasar la luz y tambien el ruido del pasillo.
La puerta del baño es de cristal, no llega al suelo ni al techo , si se usa por la noche imposible no molestar al acompañante.
El desayuno bastante regular, ni parecido a otros Melia en los que me he alojado.
Se acaban las cosas del bufet y no habia nadie para ver que se habian acabado.
Se quedaba sin zumo, ni pan .
El personal bastante amable y atento.
La ubicacion es perfecta en primera linea de playa

La direction incompétente ils ont un ascenseur en panne de puis une semaine ils arrive pas à le réparer en plus la majorité de leur client elles c’est des personne âgés il a des moment en est obliger d attendre 15 mn pour avoir le deuxième ascenseur une petite remarque il a une dame avec son compagnon Andicape parfois sa lui arrive de descendre au rez-de-chaussé par escalier pour réservé l’ascenseur

Es un lugar viejo. Las toallas son viejas. El olor de la habitación no es agradable. No hay nadie que te ayude con las maletas al llegar.
