Cleanliness, Amenities, Location: Room is clean and of comfortable size, kettle is available for the tea/coffee provided in the room, hot/cold water pressure and drainage in the shower room is great, hotel is conveniently located near shopping buildings as well as train stations. Also, the excellent breakfast spread.

新しくはないが清潔でコンディション良く維持されており、街の中心部で便利な場所で快適です。3軒ほど隣りがセブンイレブンですが、マレーシアの法律で夜9時以降はアルコール類の販売が禁止なのは要注意です。

The hotel location is great for dining and shopping. It is walkable distance to Pavilion, Alor night street, Berjaya Time Square and other malls in Bukit Bintang. Free parking is also a plus for staying in this hotel.

Property is very convenient for night market and also taxi. Good shopping and eating places close by. Property condition is not great as it is shown in photos. One can get a view of KL tower as well as Twin towers from the room. It is bit noisy in the night due to night activities in the night market. It goes on till midnight.

The area outside the hotel not really user friendly to pedestrians. While it deters illegal parking, it makes it inconvenient to get across the road.

One of the best budget hotel to stay in the heart of golden triangle. There might be some noise during the night coming from the street music, if you’re sensitive to noise during night then be aware. Otherwise the best hotel in bukit bintang. Good for families and singles.

立地周辺治安はあまり良くないがガードマンが常時1人外で監視してるので見通しもよく比較的安全です。スタッフの対応態度も良く説明も丁寧。エレベーターも数機あり待たされる事もなくすぐ来る。部屋はクイーンズベッドの部屋でしたがベッドメイキングも良く臭いや湿気もなく快適。アメニティは海外どこも同じだが少なくタオルはバスタオルだけ洗髪グッズや歯磨きや綿棒なども当然ない。ただシャワー水圧だけは以上に強い。全部ガラス張りの窓は二重になってるが通り側だったのでストリートライブが夜中まで聞こえる。冷蔵庫も機能してウェルカムドリンク水もあり満足出来る施設です。

I like that the hotel staff are very friendly. We arrived 12 pm and they allowed us to check in early as there are available clean room. Hotel manager told us they will give the room as long as available and not ask customers to wait till 3pm. Highly recommended as hotel is ideally located too.

Despite a smoking floor, but the room i stayed in without any trace of smoke nor cigarette smell. Great job to Somir the housekeeping staff always exceed my expectation on room
Cleanliness. I will be keep coming.
The ONLY problem i face is the water pressure in 1509, the standing shower is not strong as 1209 as well as the feet washing tap. I coming back soon.

Hotel Capitol located at the Bukit Bintang area, very easy to access, mrt station nearby, lots of good food and shopping malls around in walking distance, had a great year end count down there. 👍

KLタワーとツインタワーの両方が見える高層階の部屋で景色は最高だった。フェイスタオル、歯ブラシは無いが持参していたので問題なかった。年末の週末に宿泊したら午前２時頃まで大通りの路上ライブの音が響いたので耳栓をして寝た。ホテルの隣にセブンイレブンやショッピングモールもありとても便利だった。

The hotel is right in the centre of KL with everything either with in a short walk or there are lots of public transport options if you are going further a field.

The staff allowed us an early check-in and were very welcoming. The drain in the bath tub were clogged and it was resolved very quickly when the issue was brought to the reception's attention. The room was a bit old but overall very ideal location to do shopping and eat with very easy access to public transportation.

직원 친절하고 위치 파빌리온과 잘란알로 중간이라 어디든 가기 좋아요.
시끄럽지도 않고요. 가성비 좋은 듯. 딱히 단점이 없었던거같아요. 굳이 따지자면 바깥쪽 방이라 와이파이가 전혀 안됐다는거?

매일 수건하나씩 빼고 주신거. 블라인드고장. 두개빼곤 흡연층인데도 방안에선 냄새안나고 넓어서 좋았어요 24시간룸서비스 좋았구요. 위치도 역과 5~10분. 야시장은3분 ㅎㅎ좋습니다

Near Plaza Low Yat. There is also a lot of choice for food. The Cold Storage supermarket is a mere 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

スタッフの対応は素晴らしいです。
部屋は新しくはないが清潔に保たれているが、Wi-fiのつながりがあまり良くない。またテレビのチャンネル数も少なく英語番組もスポーツ番組くらいしかないのが残念です。朝食は種類も多く良いと思います。

Room was as immaculately clean as it could be made, but carpet and furniture was old and kind of gross. Bed was fine and pillows were very good and bathroom was very nice and modern. Breakfast was excellent - a great assortment of options for all nationalities and staff was prompt and nice. Location is excellent and view from the room was beautiful. Would have given it a 10/10, but the rooms desperately need a refresh.

清掃をしてくれていてもティッシュが切れているのに新しいものを足してくれていない。それに、電話が内線も切れていて通じないのでわざわざフロントまで行ってティッシュの交換やシャンパングラスを頼んだ。ティッシュはクリーナー部門のスタッフ、シャンパングラスはキッチンかルームサービスの部門のスタッフが持ってくるので頼んでからかなり時間差があり、待ちくたびれた。
フロントやコンシェルジュは丁寧なサービスだった。ウェルカムのクッキーは嬉しかった。
施設は少し古いしレストランは美味しくないが悪くないホテルだと思う。

I've been staying in this hotel a few times, but this time seems they're a bit understaffed since there are some things going on.. No staff helped us to bring the luggage, testing the fire alarm in the middle of the night and the next day a few times when we're sleeping, one lift undergoing repair, the basin stucks, etc.. Hope they'll improve since it's been a good location to stay

Felt cheated . Book n paid for king/ queen bed but given super single. I have stayed 1509 many times but this time they changed the bed size to smaller! Not worth for the price paid. Will check in again this coming week , hope the correct bed size is back. Reported to front desk.

老舗の大型ショッピングモールであるスンガイワンプラザの裏口にほぼ隣接しています。
もちろんブギビンタンの駅もすぐ近く。店の中を通ればモノレール駅から傘なしで行けます。朝食は豪華な方で満足出来ました。

First day - room carpet, bed, curtain chairs , table dirty with dust, beverage and food stains, bathroom wall n floor gaps filled with mold n grime, barh towel with brown color stain n heavily frayed. Second day - Rooms attendant Somir done a very good job on cleaning the room.
Air cond fan is slow
Front office staffs as usually never stop attending to u with a big smile n attentive. All above is the Capitol deluxe room

周辺は繁華街なので夜遅くまで路上ライブなどで少し騒がしですが、隣がコンビニだったり非常に便利な立地です。シャワーのお湯の出も良かったです。

Room 1309 , standing shower area with lots of fungus n mould, carpet very dirty and sticky. But good water pressure.
1505 is still the best room i ever stay eventhough it is a smoking room but no smell at all commented by me as a asthmatic patience.
Great reception service - the young lady checked me in is very passionate and helpful. Same to the lady checked me out.
