The staffs are incredibly attentive . Although the property is older . The service and location is unbeatable.

とにかく立地が便利。
MRT駅・コンビニがどちらもも徒歩１～２分な上、
ショッピングセンターのすぐ隣。
少しあるが、ツインタワーまでも歩いて行かれる距離。
他のコメントにある通り、設備は年季を感じるが私には十分でした。
日本人向けとしては部屋はインターナショナルプラグでした。充電もUSBーA・Cどちらもありました。
コンディショナーはないので注意ください。
（シャン・ボディソはあります）
また、スタッフの方は素晴らしい対応でした。
朝食もエッグステーションありますし、麺類もあり美味しかったです。

We arrived earlier than planned after 12 hrs of flight. The duty manager on fri morning was truly an angel and gave us a room early. We slept all afternoon before hitting the shops. Thank you

From the easy check-in, a large room with a comfy bed, a good gym & pool, I had an excellent week at The Grand Millennium. The staff were always warm & very friendly & the hotel is located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, just a short walk from the monorail. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Millennium everyone was so friendly and welcoming , from the doormen to reception and the cleaning team.
The room was spotless and very comfortable.

場所はパビリオンの隣、LOT10の向かいで便利です。コンビニもすぐ側にあり、歩いてJL ALORも10分以内。
ホテル設備は時間は立っているが、チキンとメンテナンスされていて、テレビも新しい。
朝食会食は朝は混んでいるが、団体でなければ問題ない。インドカレーが美味しい。
スタッフもフレンドリーで良いです。

Hotel is central and easy access to parvilion which is just next door, shopping is very convenient. Like the convenient to all shopping within the premises. 10 mins walk to massage area too. Place was pleasant and quiet too. Only improvement is the bed and the pillow could be firmer will be better for those having back issues.

I recently had a delightful stay at the Grand Millennium Hotel Kuala Lumpur. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel truly welcome. It has a great location. I stayed there 13 years ago and it is still a very good hotel.

This is our more than 4th time stay. Best location. good big rooms. Lounge on club floor is exclusive and nice. Staff is polite, accommodating, helping.
However, hotel and even outside is always crowdy, sometimes difficult to walk during late evening, too many people.
