The room was lovely! Definitely a 10 out of 10 for the bathroom. The only thing that I wish that they had was an elevator in the first building.

We didnt realize we could have jad breakfast included. We did eat there and paid full price, it was excellent except for the oatmeal. It was full of water, not thick.

This property is always my first choice when traveling to Bakersfield. it's easily accessible, and located in a nice quiet area of the city.

When you pull up to this property, you actually think that it’s deserted and it is in horrible condition on the exterior. But with that said our room is decent. Definitely clean and comfortable. The Jacuzzi was really dirty, so I went to the front desk and asked if they could get someone to vacuum it out and clean it and I was told that it’s out of order! But there was no indication when you were indicated area of the pool that the Jacuzzi was out of order.

Great place to stay and super friendly staff. The grounds are under renovations at the moment but the rooms are all updated and extremely nice.

All staff appeared Professional and we’re very courteous. Our room was very comfortable. The beds were great and we had good nights sleep. Very restful. We like staying in this hotel because of the convenience to areas in Bakersfield. I am from Bakersfield and this hotel seems like home to me.

We only stayed one night. The staff member on check in wasn't very helpful. On of the reasons we booked here was for the Bistro so we didn’t have to find somewhere to eat ..... it isn't open for dinner.
Room had everything we needed. Bed was nice and comfortable

No laundry available, apparently it burned down. The breakfast situation was a bit sad. The breakfast room was dim and very dated. There was one very nice lady waiting on everyone. The food was good though.
The pillows in the rooms are fluffy but uncomfortable. Being your own pillow if you can. The phones in the rooms don’t work either. The staff was very friendly, got to give them that.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms are outside of the building and they don’t include breakfast.

The front door is huge, heavy, and impossible to prop open. Dragging luggage in and out is VERY challenging and there is no one nearby offering to help. Other than that things were fine.
