We had a wonderful stay! This will be our go to spot whenever we're out that way. The hotel itself is a little older, but it's very evident that management has been intentional about making updates where they can. The entire place was clean, fresh, and welcoming. The room was very cozy and warm - i wish we could've stayed longer than we did. The hotel is conveniently located close to many eateries and plenty of shopping. The reception staff and housekeepers were very kind and accommodating. I cant think of one bad thing to say about this place.

Very warm, welcoming, accommodating, and professional front desk personnel on morning and evening shifts. Clean room and facilities. Convenient laundry area should guest(s) require it. Great dining options. Great price to value ratio. And easy freeway access. My only MINOR complaint was no tv guide for channels. Otherwise, easily a 9.5/10. Highly recommend and will be returning on future trips.

Clean room and attentive staff. Not too many amenities at the hotel but many things to do and lots of restaurants within walking distance, including a real good pho restaurant right next-door.

Everything honestly stood out — the room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the amenities made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. I really enjoyed the overall experience.

This location of hotel safe area the room was very clean . Front desk staff amazing. Rooms looked like they was just renovated. Would come back and repeat the stay.

They will make you wait until exactly 3pm to check in no early check in for a fee,hotel i good no issues.

It was perfect. The only thing is there is no microwave in the rooms. And no breakfast tpye thing. Orher than that..Its Perfectly place a in an area with Plenty to do like shop eat. And its cloae to Publc transit into NYC. Wjere you see a world within one. So its a clean hotel. Friendly staff. Amd in the sweet spot by itself.

Just be mindful there is no elevators to 2md floor and no microwave in the room.
