Set in the heart of downtown The Bristol is a true gem. Clean, bright, staffed with friendly people. The King Cool rooms are an excellant choice for your stay.

The staff was so sweet, valet was nice and easy, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the view was so cute! And the hotel is within walking distance of so many things.

The hotel was great. Wish they offered breakfast, but they do have a nice “make your own” specialty coffee machine in the lobby. The room was very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect too, near enough to the Gaslamp quarter without the noise :)

Stayed for one night. Super nice staff! Joseph helped us late at night and was nothing but helpful, informational, and just absolutely lovely. 10/10 Hotel. Will be staying here again. :) Super clean and great location and won’t break the bank.

The staff was exceptional and the location was perfect.

Older hotel, but well appointed. Staff is extremely professional and friendly. Would like to have more control over the air-conditioning and they should have some sort of free drink or snack in the lobby, but are the ones a very good deal.

The room was pretty clean and staff was super friendly only down side was parking. You either park valet $42 or find somewhere else to park.

Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. Joseph was especially helpful I was very thankful to have him at check-in , it all went so smooth and I even got to check in early. The area has many dining options and all are in walkable distance. Waterfront also walkable I enjoyed morning walks to the pier.
Room was very spacious with a nice large tv and window.
DAYtime valet crew was the best!!
A small microwave in the room or common area would be nice but I still loved my stay at The Bristol ❤️❤️

El recibimiento fue bueno, cualquier persona que esté en la recepción se preocupa por hacer de lo mejor tu estancia. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, buenas vistas, y excelente ubicación.
