Clean room and property overall. Stuff was okay. They checked on you with text message once in a while which felt nice. Pool was nice. Location was great.

Service was absolutely stellar!! We felt like special guests with the superb attention given to us. We are local and made this our first staycation in 27 years!!! We will definitely be back! Special shout out to Barrett and Christian for excellent service and wonderful food/drink pairing recommendations!

We had a great experience. Kids loved the pool, us adults loved the hot tubs. Came back to nice, clean rooms every day. Tons of things to do and great views with direct access to the bay. Would absolutely stay here again.

nice beach view, my daughter like to play on the beach. Location is good, convenient to go anywhere. Parking is quite expensive.

Great location, better weather, even better staff. The amenities, pool beds & rentals were easy to reserve, the food was expensive but very good & the bungalows are breezy and cool. I will absolutely be coming back here for my next stay in San Diego

This is a beautiful resort, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They all try to go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. They pay attention to all the little details. Housekeeping will text if your do not disturb sign is on the door to confirm if you want to schedule a clean etc.
Love that it's beachfront. Location is great as it is close to attractions. On site dining was great and had kids meal options. Will definitely return.

Maybe a little more family froendly than I'm used to - aka kids in hot tubs and doing cannon balls everywhere - but that's not on the resort.
Ground are immaculately taken care of.
Rooms are on point.
Pool bar staff came in early to work on a busy weeked.
Best part - my flight got delayed and they allowed me to stay pool side all day. That's above and beyond right there. I'll be back!

Mission area, mission park, resort was family friendly but nice for adults, too. Hot tub was nice but needed maintenance & cleaning & more heat.

Great family resort with good location. You're 10 minutes away from everything (old Town, little Italy, etc.). Parking outside the resort is always packed. The onsite parking is a bit high but you don't really have an option.

You can’t really ask for more. Water beaches exercise paths and outdoor gyms, right outside your door. Fire pit rooms are great, view is great. Perfect place to escape the snow in the winter

Everything was fantastic! The room was clean and the view of the bay was awesome!! The pool area was relaxing ! The drinks and food were delicious!! The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant!! All in all it was very enjoyable!!

We love this property!! This was our 2nd time staying. We booked for NYE, which although it was raining, we were still able to enjoy the jacuzzi. Check in was smooth, and you can’t beat the location. Still close to the liveliness of downtown, and old town, but quiet enough for a nice getaway. The bay view is gorgeous, and the christmas tree light up from Seaworld was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend this property. The only downfall being the $45/ night parking. We will be back in the summer for full usage!
