The charge for breakfast was too much for me to justify. The shower was cracked and repaired with little care to color match.

Everything was great except the parking my car get a little scared in the back.

The toilet ground slow we usually had to do two or three flushes. There was also a nightstand lamp that didn’t work. We reported both of the front desk at checkout.

Staff was great , hotel clean , only bad side the pool was not heated . Our kids were bummed since the water was too cold to swim in .

Ali is back from maternity , nice to have her she remember what I like / the beer I purchae , the cookies and the water and a room close to the elevator , You guys had some good one and we lost , but happy Ali is not lost .Keep it up

Restaurant on site was helpful with dinner even for late arrivals. We left before breakfast though. Rooms clean, quiet, and well appointed. Front lobby desk well manned.

everything was great. the only issue was that the elevator worked for us to go up to our room but to go back down the buttons weren’t working to bring the elevator to our floor so we had to take the stairs on the way down. and the black out curtains were fixed so we couldn’t close them to block out the sunlight

Stayed here numerous times and it’s always been a great experience. With one exception for a front desk clerk who replied to my recommendation that upon check in they could mention you have to request daily service said “well I’m advising you now” All other staff has been pleasant and rooms are clean and comfortable.
