This property is beautiful! It seems that amenities such as hot tub and sauna are closed ‘indefinitely.’ Perhaps those would be worth investing in.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean*ish*, however I entered the building clean and sober and just walking through the hall to my room, im pretty sure I caught a contact buzz from the overwhelming smell of Marijuana

As soon as you walk into the hallway to find your room let your hit with a huge marijuana smell. Room didn't have the same smell but didn't smell great. Had to put an airfare on the air vent. Beds weren't comfortable, no blankets just sheets (stained at that) Only good thing was the bathroom, it was very clean.

The hotel has been undergoing renovation for many years. It has not been completed. The ceiling above the first floor by where the ice machine is leaking water. The ice machine did not work on the first floor. The room floors are sloped, many water marks on the ceilings. Need a structural engineer review for entire building.

Where to start. The whole place is in disrepair. Just a sheet on the bed. No cups. Smells funky. If I was staying more than 1 night I would have went elsewhere.

Stood at the front desk during normal business hours and waited over 20 mins for someone to come check me in. Some areas smelled like weed really bad. I got a room with a king bed and a hot tub when I first checked in they put me in a room with two double beds and no hot tub. Called down they gave me an excuse So I asked for a refund for at least part of my room and they said the room I'm in costs the same amount. After talking to them for a little bit they said they would try to find a room that would work that had a hot tub. A half hour later they came and gave me a cart for a different room.

There was trash bags stacked by the entrance nearest to my room. The room smelled like there had been a fire. And every time I came in or out of the building. There were several people sitting on the ground near the door smoking. The pictures online are not current or accurate.

There was no option to check in early because "housekeeping wasnt done cleaning the rooms". There were only 2 people working there and they were at the desk. NEVER saw ANY housekeeping staff OR evidence they existed since our rooms were NOT CLEAN when we were finally allowed to check in. Elevators out of order. Pool was freezing AND green. Card locks to exterior doors not working (anyone off the street could walk in to guest room hallways) toilet was wobbling. Showers were mildewed. When power went out due to a car accident NONE OF THE EMERGENCY EXIT SIGNS WORKED. There was more but not enough room here to list everything. We took pics and will be reporting them to Radisson corporate and probably the local fire inspector. Could have been a decent stay if it had been safe and clean. Oh, their idea of breakfast was coffee and a bowl of apples and oranges. Restaurants and bar were not open. Might be a fun stay if sleeping in abandoned places is your thing. The beds were comfortable and clean. No ice machines. Both men who worked at the desk were rude but that was probably because they were tired of dealing with complaints. My daughter and her partner stayed across the hall and the night the lights went out her manual lock fell apart. She went to lock the door and it fell off in her hand. Could have been a great place to stay, even without the pool and other "amenities " if it had been CLEAN and SAFE at the bare min. if this review is removed, i will NEVER trust hotels.com

10 to 15 years ago this place was pretty nice. Unfortunately years of neglect are showing everywhere you look and smell. No breakfast, no bar, no vacuuming. Definitely pass on this place

Broken elevator. A long walk to my room because a closer entrance was also broken. My non-smoking room smelled of tobacco. Toilet running constantly. Broken TP dispenser. Free breakfast eakfast doesn’t start until 7am. And my room was on the highway side of the building,

Hotel needs maintenance. Murky cold water in pool. Restaurant and Lounge were not open. “Breakfast” was only coffee. Bedding consisted of sheets and a duvet cover without any blankets. Bath tub was rusty. Toilet was loose and moved when you sat on it. You get what you pay for, but photos and written descriptions are misleading.

Toliet leaked from underneath onto floor everytime u flushed the maintenance guy said that there was no wax ring and he would come havk tomorrow to fix it

The room needed attention. The bathtub and shower was horribly disgusting. There was still a water bottle in the refrigerator. I woke up to the sound of dripping water, which was coming from the air conditioner that was in the ceiling. Then, when I looked up, I saw how nasty the ceiling was. The vent hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Overall, it’s a shame that the facility isn’t being maintained better.

The coffee pot in the room was dirty, had old coffee in the basket with mold! The light to the left of the bed did not work, found the plug electrical receptacle was shorted in the wall. A fire hazard! The bed was comfortable and hard, with soft pillows, should be hard pillows. This made you wake up with stiff neck. I took picture of everything. Pool advertisement open till 10:00pm and was closed at 9:35 pm checking in at waited 15 minutes or so nobody next at counter.

Mud caked on the stairs, first room assignment (immediately changed) reeked of weed (sp?) in the hallway Drag races in the parking lot on Friday night around 11; the room ventilator sucked in air of burning tire rubber. bathroom tub had been cracked with lines of heavy rust Found a big bug dead on the bathroom floor - can't say it was roach, but looked like one. I will think twice before considering a local hotel backed by Radisson.

The Park Inn is quiet and decent for a weekday crash (Monday–Thursday), though the place feels outdated. On weekends, it turns into a loud club-style disco, making it far from relaxing and definitely not kid-friendly.

We arrived early before check in and was told the rooms are not ready. Okay fine, I could tell they were busy by the 3 cars in the parking lot. After checking in and going to our room, there were piles of dirty linen on the hallway floor outside of the rooms. Upon entering our room there was a heavy smell of marijuana. The rooms are non smoking. We noticed there were no washcloths. I asked housekeeping once and the front desk twice over two days and did not receive any after being told I would personally make sure I got them. Friday night, extremely loud music coming from the bar area. Not a person in the place. It played until after midnight it could be heard in our room. Garbage cans overflowing, garbage in the parking lot with overgrown weeds. Breakfast consisted of small muffins, apples and oranges. Coffee maker in room, but no cups. Electric outlet not secured to wall. Bedsheet and hand towel stained. I am not one to comment, but do not recommend this hotel. Staff not helpful.

The entrance from outside at exit D, the access door was broken, anybody could have walked in. The sheets on the bed was dirty. Half of the hotel was down for renovation, which was not listed upon booking. The halls were dirty. Baseboards coming off the walls in the hall. The indoor pool was open but was freezing cold. Someone was blaring music all night long, couldnt sleep.

Very difficult to get housekeeping services. Had to ask three times for fresh towels. Carpeting was very dirty, curtains were unclean, toilet rocked when used, the safety grab bar for the tub was loose. Bedding in first two rooms we were shown was dirty, had not been changed. Finally, the third room had fresh bedding but the room was not clean.

The place was almost empty due to over due renovations. This was not disclosed when we booked a reservation. The breakfast was very sparse.

Overall not the greatest place to stay. The pool was closed without notice a big letdown. the room and hotel was dirty and needed a lot of updates. The room was 2 out of 5 as the microwave and phone did not work. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice except for not being supplied with toilet paper. I would pass on this hotel in the future as their are many better options for a slightly higher price.

Do not book this hotel. It’s extremely dirty everything is shut down the elevators are broke th pool is green and they have no cleaning staff. The worst stay I ever had. Police were patrolling the hallways due to crime and drugs.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Elevators broke. Smelled. Dirty, Nothing like the pictures online. Unsecured doors Lobby Restroom smelled when you opened the door dirty clothing laying on the floor in stall. The trash was overflowing onto the floor.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The pool was claimed to b heated and it was ice cold my kids wouldn’t even get in it. There was trash everywhere. There were drug addicts doing drugs outside of the building doors. Everywhere smelled like old cigarettes. And when we tried to get a refund the front desk guy was rude and said we were there for 4 hours long and we were there for only a hour so no refund and walked to the back while I was trying to talk.

Checked in that room keys weren’t able to get into our room right away. The rooms were OK. Went to take the kids to the pool and it was ice. Cold says it was heated, but it was cold and ended up just leaving and not staying and didn’t wanna give me a refund and his trash pile up everywhere by the dumpsters trash cans, bloody towels all over outside I would not recommend staying here.

Worst place I ever stayed in. Room was well below acceptable. Ceiling tiles missing. Rooms were ice cold due to space under door leading to the indoor pool area. Doors locks to room look like they were kicked in and unsecureable. Hot tub was bolted shut. Pictures on website showed it was working and open. Main door to building D was unsecured (not Lockable) even though there was a key swipe. No working Ice Machine in the building. One of the reasons i picked this location was the pool/hot tub. I will never use Radisson ever again. King size bed was reserved, but was unavailable. Then we were overcharged for the 2 full sized beds after we were told the price would not change. I want a full refund for this entire waste of time. I was going to sleep in my truck as it would have been safer.

There was trash everywhere. Rooms next to ours were being used as storage units for giant black garbage bags full of mystery contents. There were bags at every doorway like some kind of haunted landfill obstacle course. Outside doors were casually off their hinges. We had two rooms. One was hotter than the hinges on the gates of hell itself.The other? Straight-up Elsa’s bedroom. No in-between. One door wouldn’t unlock for the ENTIRE five days. Every. Single. Time. I had to go down to the front desk and Someone had to come upstairs and manually let me in. The other room wouldn’t lock at all — you could open it just by pushing it the right way. That was better than the room at the end of the hall, because THAT one had no door handle and yellow caution tape. Sir. MA’AM. That is not a room. That is a crime scene. Now let’s talk about the pool. It looked beautiful. Sparkly. Inviting. But it was colder than Jack in Titanic. One toe dip and suddenly you’re reconsidering all your life choices. So naturally, we asked to change rooms. My husband spoke to the female manager, who promised us an upgrade to a jacuzzi room. All we had to do was come back later and ask for her. Fun fact: she vanished. Not “off shift.” Not “busy.” Gone. Reduced to folklore When we went back to the desk, the person working had absolutely no idea what we were talking about, refused to move us, and basically said, “That sounds like a you problem.” And THEN we couldnt even cancel due to booking with hotels.com

Full trash bags in the hallway and on the sidewalk. Broken furniture and mattresses in the open field next to the hotel. Back security door entrance, the door was hanging from the automatic closer. Hinges for the door were not present. Very potent weed smell in the hallway. Looks like no one has cleaned the hedges around the building in 2 years. Total dump!

The elevators were broken, the back door was falling off the hinge which almost fell on me. The room i stayed in the closet door was broken and was difficult.

There was no heat. Our room was 58 degrees with only 2 small space heaters. We went to dinner thinking it might be warmer…only we came back to no electricity and a room that was now 52 degrees. I went to the front desk to demand a different room or a refund. I was told that they’d reset the breaker and it would be fine. Only after sternly complaining was I offered a new room. The hotel is terrible and should be torn down.

The worst stay of my life. Still waiting for a refund for a night we did not even stay, pool was green yet they said it was ok to swim in. Rooms not clean, Bowl of rotten fruit for breakfast, heaters in room s not working.

This was such a disappointing experience. The facility is really quite pretty overall but the management and running of this hotel is severely lacking. I understand renovating but waiting 30 minutes for someone to shown up from outside of the hotel to check you in while ignoring your calls, telling you the pool is closed, “well not closed but not heated so do what you want”, and needing a space heater in our filthy room half way through the night because it feels like the heat is shut off is just insane! The whole reason we stayed here was the pool so the disappointment of that alone mixed with the horrible room condition and service made this the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel!
